A number of indicators can show developments in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe and interpret the results of observations regarding the Development of the Sharia Banking Industry, especially in Financing Distributed (PYD) in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the approach used is library (library research) in which the collection of data and information obtained from library sources (readings) derived from books, journals, articles, and other reading material that has relevance to the topics in this research. Observations were made by examining the theories, concepts, statistical data, and regulations related to this research. So that in each analysis the main reference is found in the source of data concerning the development of the Islamic banking industry, especially in the financing channeled. The results of the study show that the PYD in the Islamic banking industry continued to show an increase from 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2019 the PYD was at 343 trillion rupiah with a growth percentage of 12.94%.

Manajemen risiko pada bank Islam merupakan suatu proses berkelanjutan tentang bagaimana bank mengelola risiko yang dihadapinya. Meminimalkan potensi keterjadian dan dampak yang ditimbulkan pada berbagai risiko yang tidak dikehendaki. Kegiatan utama perbankan syariah yaitu penghimpun dan menyalurkan dana berupa pembiayaan murabahah terhadap nasabah, dari kegiatan penyaluran pembiayaan dapat menimbulkan risiko pembiayan yaitu nasabah bermasalah Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh CAR, dan Bank size terhadap risiko pembiayaan secara simultan pada periode 2012 â€“ 2016 dengan jumlah sampel 7 perusahaan perbankan syariah . Metode pengujian menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, dimana hasil penelitian ini menunjukan CAR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Risiko kredit (NPL). Bank Size berpengaruh signifikan pada Risiko Kredit (NPL) untuk perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).

This research was conducted to answer the problem, first, how is the level of parental attention to learning outcomes. second, how are the student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects, research uses descriptive quantitative, namely the method used to research on certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative / statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results of the analysis on parental attention to learning outcomes, it can be concluded that parental attention has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, amounting to 0.507. And learning outcomes are perceived as Good (B) with an average value of 4.02. The most dominant indicator of learning outcomes is (Report) with an average value of 4.14, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between parents' attention to learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it is suggested that schools pay more attention to parents by always paying attention to their parents. socializing to urge parents to be able to continue and increase their attention to children's learning activities, both in terms of providing guidance, advice, encouragement, supervision, and equipment for children's learning facilities, as well as fostering a harmonious relationship with their children, so that children will be motivated and able to improve learning outcomes

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Giro Wadiah and Mudharabah deposits on the Net Profit of BRI Syariah. Research carried out by the unit of analysis Islamic Bank BRI in Bekasi. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection approach. Studies conducted through Primary data is data obtained directly from the research subjects in this case PT. Bank BRI Syariah and secondary data is data obtained from the research literature. The results showed that: (1) changes in demand deposits wadiah significant effect on Net profit in Syariah BRI (2) Changes in deposits mudaraba significant effect on net profit at Syariah BRI (3) Simultaneously Mudharabah Deposits Demand deposits and significant effect on the net profit at Syariah BRI.

Until now, Samsung is one of the largest mobile phone brands in the world by issuing smartphones that have won the competition in the smartphone market. This research was conducted with the aim, to determine how the relationship between brand awareness and purchasing decisions, and to find out how the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones. The independent variable in this study is brand awareness, the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The population in this study were students of IAI-N Laa Roiba, Bogor, Faculty of Sharia. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain a total sample of 34 students. Data collection using questionnaires and observations. Statistical data analysis used simple linear regression, with hypothesis testing through t-test using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of brand awareness on the decision to buy cellphones because the terms of t count with a significance value <0.05, namely 4.027> 2.032 and the Sig. 0,000 <0.05, has been fulfilled.

ABSTRACT The problem to be answered in this study is the strategic factors that exist in the company which includes analysis of the external and internal environment to find alternative strategies that can increase sales. In line with the problem, this research was conducted using descriptive methods, which tend to describe the problems that occur in the company. To solve the problems that occur in the company, the External Strategic Factor Analysis (EFAS), Internal Strategic Factor Analysis (IFAS) and SWOT Analysis are used. The analysis shows that based on internal and external analysis of the company, it can be concluded that the main strategy of PT. Semen Indogreen Sentosa is a strategy of SO (Strength Opportunities) Improving product quality, completeness of distribution facilities, payment terms, product prices and delivery accuracy and low prices with the aim of expanding the market Such as internal factors namely completeness of distribution facilities and field tests, and external factors recruiting workers Experienced and educated experts aim to be able to rival competitors. The results of the analysis show that from the analysis of factors external strategies have. Lack of work performance is not without cause, but is influenced by many factors, one of which is compensation. At present the Indonesian government determines workers' compensation based on their respective regions, compensation which is determined based on the needs of decent living (KHL) in an area as stipulated dalam Undang-Undang No.13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan , The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between compensation with work performance on the employees of the company The sample of this research is 32 employees who work are male and female employees. This study uses 2 measuring instruments, namely the compensation scale which amounts to 20 statement items with a reliability of 0.947 and a scale of work performance totaling 20 statements with a reliability of 0.896. Data were analyzed using simple regression using SPSS 21 for Window. The results showed t-hitung 7.216 while t-table 1.697 with degrees of freedom (df) = n-2 or 32-2 (n is the number of respondents) then the result was 7.216 with a level of significance (level of significance) using α = 5% or 0.05. The test found that tcount> ttable for compensation amounted to 7.216> 1.697, it can be concluded Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence between compensation on employee work performance at PT. Mulia bersaudara. The value of r (Correlation Coefficient) obtained was 0.797 and the value of r2 (Determination Coefficient) was 0.634.

This study aims to analyze the application of istishna and ba'i taqsith contracts on bankless home ownership financing and to find out the advantages of each of these contracts. This research was conducted using qualitative research with descriptive analysis method, namely research by focusing on the implementation of istishna and ba'i taqsith contracts and showing a relationship between the financing of house ownership without the bank, then conducting a description to provide a clear picture. The results of the study conclude that the istishna contract in its application, namely the mustashni/customer, pre-orders the house to be ordered from the shani/maker by stating the raw material specifications, size and payment system at the beginning of the agreement and the handover of the building will be handed over in a tough manner. In the payment system there are 2 schemes, namely: In cash and credit, in credit financing for Indonesian Islamic Housing using a ba'i taqsith agreement. Namely a sale and purchase contract with a payment in installments at a certain time and is more expensive than the cash price. Credit calculation uses a 7% margin of cash and flat prices until the end of payment, there are no penalties for late payments and if there is default, deliberations will be held for the solution. The advantages of the ba'i istishna and ba'i taqsith contracts are the advantages of the istishna contract, it can change the design desired by the consumer and the advantages of the ba'i taqsith contract, can negotiate prices, late payment is not subject to fines, the benefits are greater than the cash price, and to educate the public about sharia credit.

The success of a company is greatly influenced by the performance of employees in the company because if the employee's performance is good, the company's performance will automatically be good and the company will develop and be able to compete with other companies. So the company needs to evaluate the performance of its employees. the fact is that many companies still have difficulty in evaluating employee performance accurately, both in terms of the nature and method of assessment and there are still many agencies or companies in evaluating employee performance there is an imbalance in taking the assessment. The purpose of this study is to analyze employee performance evaluations using guidelines from James E Jr. So that companies can evaluate employee performance properly and correctly and give an impact to the employees themselves. In this study using a qualitative method with a literature study approach where the research authors study the literature published by journals, books, and magazines in this field. Kebutuhan penyediaan perumahan terus mengalami peningkatan termasuk di wilayah Yogyakarta.Pengembang menyediakan perumahan dengan menginvestasikan uangnya untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan termasuk fasilitas di dalamnya. Namun pengembang sebagai investor akan menilai secara ekonomi apakah perumahan yang akan dibangun layak secara ekonomi. Pembayaran rumah oleh pembeli dapat dilakukan secara tunai dan cicilan.Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kelayakan dari indikator nilai saat ini, internal rate of return dan indeks profitabilitas.Data diambil langsung dari bagian keuangan pengembang.Data meliputi semua biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan dari mulai pengolahan lahan sampai operasi perumahan.Dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa proyek layak karena nilai net present adalah positif dengan nilai Rp. 45.842.494.786 untuk cicilan 10 tahun. Nilai indeks profitabilitas sebesar 1,95 untuk cicilan 10 tahun nilai internal rate of return (IRR) sebesar 24.57% sedangkan tingkat suku bunga yang ada hanya 7,5%. ABSTRACT Housing needs continue to increase, including in Yogyakarta. The developer provides housing by investing the money for the construction, including the facilities in it. But developers, as investors will assess economically whether housing to be built, is economically feasible. Home payments by buyers can be made in cash and installments. Therefore the purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of the current value indicator, internal rate of return and profitability index. Data is taken directly from the finance department of the developer. Data includes all costs incurred to carry out construction from the start of land processing to housing operations. From the research, it was found that the project was feasible because the net present value was positive with a value of Rp. 45,842,494,786 for 10 years installments. The profitability index value is 1.95 for 10 years installments, the internal rate of return (IRR) is 24.57% while the interest rate is only 7.5%.
