Abstract

Natural dyes are economically and environmentally superior to ruthenium-based dyes because they are cheap and non-toxic. In this study, natural dyes were extracted from mangosteen peel waste. Color extraction was carried out with three types of solvents (distilled water, methanol and ethanol) which had been acidified with 10% citric acid and with a ratio of material: solvent (1: 4, 1: 6, 1: 8 w / v). The photochemical properties are studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and FTIR spectroscopy. The absorption peak of the three types of solvent occurs at different wavelengths. The presence of carbonyl (C = O) and hydroxyl (OH) groups contained in anthocyanins can attach coloring to the surface of TiO2. Ethanol solvents with a ratio of 1: 8 produce the lowest photon energy at wavelength and absorption coefficient of 539.00 nm and 2,008 km-1 respectively. The lowest band gap of the dye helps electrons move rapidly from the valence band to the conduction band and only requires less energy for electron recombination which will increase the performance of the DSSC.

Abstract

Efficient and effective IT resource management is needed to create solutions and minimize the risk of implementing Information Technology (IT) in organizations. The COBIT 5 framework helps in the information technology audit process because it covers all elements of the information technology used. Training Institute X is an institution to obtain certification from Tourism courses/training. Currently Training Institute X is developing information technology utilization in improving the quality of business processes in IT systems according to the vision, mission and purposes of the Training Institute X set. The need for an audit is because in its implementation there is still the use of information technology that has not been properly managed and alignment in the information technology process and business processes that have not yet been evaluated. In this paper the method to be used is COBIT 5 by using 3 domains that have been mapped according to the company's objectives, namely EDM, DSS and APO. Capability level measurement results in each domain of IT governance audit use COBIT 5 on the EDM and APO domains on level 2 (Managed process) and DSS on level 1 (Performed process).

Abstract

Lembaga Perkreditan Desa or LPD is an institution that is present to assist and collect community finances in a village and is managed independently by desa pakraman in Bali Province. One LPD in Bali, LPD Desa Pakraman Gelgel has a very vital role in Gelgel Village and its surroundings because of its business activities that effectively help rural communities in capital assistance, deposit and credit services, and other financial services. In its development, the LPD of Desa Pakraman Gelgel has been growing rapidly and utilizing information technology services as a support for business management. The critical point of finding in IT service audits related is a problem that needs to be evaluated. Using COBIT 5 framework, the level of importance analyzed was obtained by three process domains BAI09, MEA03, and EDM03. The results showed that the level of capability of MEA03 and EDM03 reached level 4 which had met LPD expectations, but BAI09 reached level 2 which required recommendations to reach the target value of the gap. Recommendations are given to assist stakeholders or managerial in improving the achievement of the gap from the BAI09 domain regarding the management of IT service assets

Abstract

The need for goods is a major commodity for individuals, groups and agencies. Goods services are one of the main factors in managing user needs regarding goods repairs for a longer use. PT. Z Bali is a part company of PT. W Bali Group is specialized in goods service. Service delivery of goods has been assisted by an information system in the form of an application called E-Ticketing Service. The importance of using applications in services needs to be reviewed for evaluating the use of the E-Ticketing Service application information system. in this study, the standard use for performance evaluation process that is COBIT 5 framework where the chosen domain is the DSS domain (Delivery, Service, and Support). COBIT 5 can help in determining the needed requirement in the audit process. Based on the evaluation of the use of the E-Ticketing Service application, the capabilities obtained are Level 2 Managed. To improve the value of capabilities can be done by giving advice in the form of recommendations to increase the usability of E-Ticketing Service application services.

Abstract

The hotel warehouse section requires a good information system that can support all warehouse operational processes so that service quality, information accuracy and control of data security can be achieved in accordance with the company's objectives in the hotel warehouse. An information system is built from a design that is based on the needs of users of information systems and an analysis of the operational conditions of the company. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to analyze and design a management information system to be able to support the operational processes of the hotel warehouse. The case study in this study is the warehouse section at the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua Hotel. The system design is described through the stages in the Waterfall method and for the analysis of the system that has been running the PIECES method is used. The conclusion of this study is that users expect management information systems to be able to support processes that currently cannot be overcome using a system that has been running and system design has been made based on user expectations, with the hope that the output of the new system can meet user needs

Abstract

Bali as a world tourist destination where most Balinese people work in tourism. One of the professions that are mostly occupied by Balinese people in the field of tourism is as a freelance Tour Guide. Abstract

Udayana University has now implemented an integrated information system that covers ongoing business processes by involving all components of the academic community. All data circulating in the integrated system leads to the Data Warehouse (DWH). DWH has a goal as a data integration system, report generation, data analysis, and executive information provider. With the importance of the application of this DWH and the frequent problems that are inaccuracies in the data generated by the system, an audit is needed to evaluate the system, assess system capabilities and make recommendations for improvements so that it can support the achievement of system objectives. Audits conducted using the COBIT 5 framework are focused on the purpose of providing IT services according to business needs. This study focuses on evaluating one of COBIT 5's business objectives, namely Optimization of business process functions, which involves 5 domains consisting of 28 processes and acquired capability value which is 3.04 which states that the implementation of IT services has gone well, has been established and has standards

Abstract

This study discusses the problems that occur in Warmadewa College Training and Course Institutions. The problems that occur are the presence of instructors who mostly work as lecturers resulting in the difficulty of determining and scheduling courses and training in accordance with the time of each instructor. Another problem is the process of making a course schedule and training that is still done manually resulting in difficulties in processing student data and schedules. This system is designed to facilitate academic, instructor and student access to information on course scheduling and training. The method used to solve these problems is by using Genetic Algorithms and using the PIECES method to analyze problems and use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method as a system development model. The results of this study provide convenience in managing the process of scheduling courses and training efficiently and effectively in accordance with the instructor's time and available space so that the process of making the schedule can run well.

Abstract

The standard of health services for health providers is to provide maximum service to patients. Based on the Ministry of Health Number: 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008 the waiting time of patients is approximately 60 minutes so we can assume that the management of the average time in the field is 15 minutes the process of retrieving queue numbers, 40 minutes waiting time and checking patients and 25 minutes time prescription retrieval at the pharmacy, with the translation of the allocation time we can develop an Agile development system with Scrum framework. Development using Scrum framework itself is used to overcome the problems of development time and human resources so that the results obtained can be evaluated to determine the level of functionality and effectiveness of the system in terms of user satisfaction and increase the quality of service providers and medical personnel.
