This research aims to test Brand Awareness Based Buying Decision Analysis as an Impact on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The study was conducted on 97 respondents who are Lazada customers. The results of this study showed: 1). Google Ads variable (X1) with Brand Awareness (Y1) proved to have an effect and significant effect on Brand Awareness, with a parameter coefficient of 0.5081 (P Value <0.05) of 0.0000. This indicates that google ads variables have a significant effect on Brand Awareness (Y1) variables. 2). The Facebook Ads variable (X2) with Brand Awareness (Y1) proved to be influential and significant to Brand Awareness, with a parameter coefficient of 0.3447 and a P Value < of 0.05 of 0.0000. This indicates that the Facebook Ads variable affects the Brand Awareness (Y1) variable. 3). The Google Ads variable (X1) with the Purchase Decision (Y2) proved significant effect on the Buying Decision with a parameter coefficient of 0.2385 and P Value < of 0.05 of 0.0009. This suggests that Google Ads variables have an effect on buying decision variables (Y2). 4). The Facebook Ads variable (X2) with the purchase decision (Y2) proved to have an effect and significant effect on the buying decision i.e. with a parameter coefficient of 0.2761 and P Value < of 0.05 of 0.0020. This indicates that the Facebook Ads variable affects the buy decision variable (Y2). 5). Variable Brand Awareness (Y1) with the decision to buy (Y2) proved influential and significant to the Buying Decision with a parameter coefficient of 0.4497 and P Value < 0.05 of 0.0000. This indicates that the Brand Awareness variable is proven to have an effect on the Buying Decision (Y2) variable.

This study aims to describe the acquisition of phonology in the form of acquisition of vowels, consonants, and diphthongs. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach obtained by a 4 year old man. In this study it was found that the IHA had acquired complete vowel phonemes at the age of 4 years and most consonant had also been obtained. He has also mastered the sound of double vowels or diphthongs. While the fricative sound [f], the vibrating sound [r] was not mastered until the age of 4 years. Uniquely, IHA has its own ola if it finds consonant / l / and consonant / r / which is located at the end of a word. IHA will replace it with the phoneme // Å‹ //. This happens because the speech motor that IHA has is incomplete or not yet fully developed.

The purpose of this study is to describe how schools should shape the characteristics of social care in students of SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. This research is motivated by a lack of understanding of the importance of subjects in students and parents, so a cooperative relationship between parents and teachers is needed to shape student subjects. Types of research used with data collection techniques in descriptive and qualitative form such as observations, interviews, and library studies. This study describes and shows the fact that teachers have worked hard to work with parents, among others: fostering good relationships between parents and teachers, providing direction and learning about character education, including parents in this character education program, then also giving birth to a mutual agreement between teachers and parents about the limitations of the use of gadgets and social media for students. Coordinate teacher visits to students' homes to further monitor the policies that have been made. With the active role of both parties between teachers and parents is expected to realize the program of character building of the students

In this study, a survey of road damage condition with location at km 9 to km 14 (STA 9+00 - STA 14+00) with the aim of knowing the condition of road damage and its handling using Bina Marga and Pavement Condition Index methods. Based on the analysis of Bina Marga method, the level of road damage in STA 9+00-STA 14+00 has an area of 941.12m2, while the highest priority is 5.2 in STA 12+000 -STA 13+000 and the value of road conditions is 6.8. While from the analysis by PCI method obtained the results of the index of pavement conditions are very low with a value of PCI 14 ie at STA 12+850 to STA 12+900 with a category of very bad damage. From the results of road damage assessment, it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance and make repairs in the form of fillings, surface maintenance and crack closures can be used as recommendations for road repairs. From the results of the assessment of road conditions on the soekarno-hatta road section STA 9+000-STA 14+000 Balikpapan city obtained the value of the condition of pavement that suffered damage and must get priority handlersganan first namely STA 13+300 to STA 13+350 obtained pci value 14 which means in very bad condition (very poor), STA 12+8 50 to STA 12+900 obtained PCI value 14 which means in very poor condition, STA 10+250 to STA 10+300 obtained PCI value 42 which means in bad condition (poor), STA 10+600 to STA 10+650 obtained PCI value 31 which means in bad condition (poor).

The purpose of this research is to improve the achievements of long jump hanging style sports through the use of cardboard box aids, learning in grade VI students of SDN Kanung 02 sawahan subdistrict madiun in the 2019/2020 school year. This research uses Class Action Research (PTK) method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive quantitative. The research procedure is to determine the steps in carrying out the research. The steps of implementation of PTK procedurally is carried out participatory or collaboration (teachers, other PJOK) in collaboration, starting from the orientation stage followed by the preparation of action plans followed by the implementation of actions in cycle I, analytical discussions that are then continued to the reflection-evaluative steps of activities carried out in cycle I, to then prepare a plan of modification, correction, or correction, or improvement in cycle II and so on. The results showed that by using learning aids can improve the results of learning basic motion long jump style hanging from pre cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. The result of long jump learning style hanging on pre cycle in the complete category is 33.3% or 6 students, at the end of cycle I after being given learning basic motion techniques long jump hanging style using cardboard aids increased to 55.55% or 10 students, then again there was an increase after being given action in cycle II to 88.88% or 16 students with more emphasis on increasing the chances of students in doing the long jump movement overall. The conclusion of this study is that the use of learning aids can improve the results of learning the basic motion of long jump hanging style in grade VI students of SDN Kanung 02 in the 2019/2020 school year.

The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of life satisfaction of secondary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the aspects outlined in the research questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to see a picture of student life satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses descriptive quantitative withdata swearing techniques using Multidimensional Student's Life Satisfaction Scale (MSLSS) with 40 statement items. The number of samples in this study was 125 people with the sample technique used is probability sampling. In the presayarat test analysis using kolmogrov-smirnov and lilliefors using SPSS microsoft for windows versi 25 showed a value of test statistic 0.762 > 0.05 and sig. Lilliefors 0.606 > 0.05 is declared normal distributeddata. Based on hasil research obtained the results of sangat tinggi as much as 5% (6 learners), category tinggi as much as 34% (42 learners), category cukup as much as 41% (51 learners), category rendah as much as 13% (17 learners), and category sangat rendah as much as 7% (9 learners) on the life satisfactionof adolescent learners in the mas a pandemicCOVID-19. So it can be said that overall students of SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Jakarta, MTs Kafila Jakarta, and SMP Global Islamic School Jakarta; havea goodlife satisfaction,this indicates that in the covid-19 pandemic that experienced a change in the situation and limited access in various aspects of life, students are still able to survive and adapt.

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola asuh yang diterapkan orangtua dalam pembelajaran daring selama Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling yaitu orangtua yang memiliki anak usia sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil yang didapat bahwa dengan berubah cara belajar anak dari sekolah ke rumah tentu tidak semua orangtua bisa menerapkan pola asuh yang baik bagi anak karena tuntutan orangtua yang juga bekerja. Sehingga tidak semua orangtua menerapkan pola asuh demokrasi, tetapi juga pola asuh otokrasi dan permissive. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat memberikan motivasi bagi anak dalam belajar orangtua perlu memberikan rasa aman, nyaman dalam belajar anak, memberikan reward serta masih melakukan komunikasi kepada anak di sela kesibukan orangtua bekerja

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Study Program, Pattimura University. During the new normal period (Pandemic Covid-19), Pattimura University implemented an online learning process in all Faculties, at the Teaching and Education Faculty, especially the PPKn Study Program, online learning became a separate obstacle for PPKn Lecturers in providing learning information due to college students inactive and inadequate focus during the learning process. In an effort to ensure that the online learning process can continue to be carried out well, this research was conducted. This study aims to implement an effective online learning evaluation to determine the level of understanding of PPKn college students in receiving course material. In this research, the online learning evaluation system implemented includes: (a) learning journals as college students evaluation materials in reviewing the material presented, (b) case studies as a way of thinking of college students in expressing opinions related to issues that occur in society, (c) film review articles as a form of creativity, knowledge to hone college students writing skills, (d) teaching simulation as a method to develop college student teaching skills as prospective educators. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to describe the alternative solution to the problem of learning evaluation. The results showed that the implementation of online learning evaluation can make it easier for lecturers to assess the extent of the success of the implementation of online learning in the PPKn Study Program, especially during the Pandemic Covid-19.

This study describes a proposed alternative method to qualitatively study global phenomena which create challenges to access informants due to either geographical or time availability constraints. A mix between the capturing and usage of secondary data obtained from the abundance of social media data, an established hermeneutic phenomenology method and triangulation with conventional method is proposed. A sample case on studying leadership in sustainable investing is featured to demonstrate the application of the method. Reasons for decision to invest through the SI strategy emerge from leaders’ insight obtained from the hermeneutic circles and were supported by direct interviews. There are four reasons for decision i.e., (1) climate change, (2) stakeholders’ demand alignment, (3) risk – performance consideration, and (4) value alignment. While other characteristics of transformation leadership is intellectual stimulation represents major finding from the data. The abundance of insights on the internet, along with established qualitative research methods, computer software, as well as accessible primary source represent opportunities to replicate the example to cover other topics.

The purpose of this research is to dissect the Agenda Setting conducted by Instagram social media @lipsticuntukdifabel in order to support women with disabilities. This study uses agenda setting theory in analyzing the findings contained in this research. the results showed thatpeople with disabilities often assume that their shortcomings make them different from others. This often leads to a lack of confidence in people with disabilities, especially in their social environment, some people with disabilities tend to withdraw from social interactionsdue to lack of confidence.
