Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di SPBU A Yani Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pandangan pelanggan terkait lokasi SPBU dan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk melakukan pengisian bahan bakar di tempat tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi SPBU A Yani Surabaya dianggap strategis oleh pelanggan, dengan pelanggan yang menyatakan bahwa lokasi tersebut memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan mereka. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada perusahaan SPBU untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan lokasi strategis, serta menambah fasilitas yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di industri SPBU dan dapat membantu perusahaan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif mereka di pasar yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

As a result of the existence of Article 131, jo, article 163 IS, the Law of Inheritance regulated in the Civil Code applies to Europeans and those who are equal to these Europeans. The impact of enacting population classification rules and laws applicable to each group during the Dutch colonial period. The problem in this paper is how the development of various colours of law (Rechtbedeling) in Indonesia and how the pluralism of inheritance law in Indonesia related to the development of multiple shades of law. The research method used is normative legal research and legal history. The results showed that the division of the Indonesian population based on ethnicity and class emerged during the Dutch colonial occupation. This was enacted for political interests during the Dutch colonial career in Indonesia, namely by issuing rules for classifying the population and the laws that apply to each group based on the provisions of Article 131 jo. Article 163 lS creates Pluralism of Inheritance Law, where European and Chinese groups in Indonesia are regulated in the Civil Code. For indigenous people who are not Muslims, customary inheritance law applies. In contrast, for those who are Muslims, Islamic inheritance law applies, and foreigners other than Chinese use their respective customary inheritance laws. So, the unification of inheritance law is needed to eliminate societal conflicts because the heirs are subject to different inheritance laws.

Abstract

In improving the economy in Indonesia, the government is very aggressive in supporting the development of the creative economy, especially SMEs, one of which is by providing financing facilities with guaranteed intellectual property rights certificates. The problem that has occurred to date is that guarantee facilities using intellectual property rights certificates are very rarely implemented, there are many influencing factors such as , banks that apply the precautionary principle and few people use intellectual property rights registration facilities due to lack of information. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing intellectual property rights certificates as collateral for credit financing for creative economy actors and MSMEs. The type of research used in writing is a normative legal research method which emphasizes secondary data. In determining whether a regulation is effective or not in its implementation there are at least five determining factors, namely, legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities and facilities factors, community factors and cultural factors. The effectiveness of implementing intellectual property rights certificates as debt collateral in Indonesia is still not running well in accordance with what was expected by lawmakers. Regulations regarding intellectual property rights as debt collateral have been around for a long time but in practice it is very difficult to implement.

Abstract

Sharia branding and Islamic advertising are interesting to research, considering that public perception of Islamic advertising often involves the use of Halal label symbols, hijabs, caps, sarongs and religious figures as influencers. This research explores more deeply the sharia branding model in Islamic advertising practices in Indonesia, especially the one developed by Syafa'at. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a single case study approach. The primary data collection technique is through in-depth interviews with the CEO of Syafa'at, employees, several Syafa'at clients and a religious teacher who understands muamalah fiqh. Secondary data was taken from the Syafa'at website and documentation. The data analysis method uses reduction, description and drawing conclusions. The results of the research found that the sharia branding model developed by Syafa'at started from a collaborative relationship with the client through the syirkah system, and to build sharia branding using 2 strategies, namely 1) Aqliyah Islamiyah which is the Frame of Mind, namely thinking using Islamic principles ; 2) Nafsiyah Islamiyah which is the Frame of Work, namely fulfilling physical needs and instincts in accordance with Islamic rules. Meanwhile, to achieve Brand Perception you must go through 3 stages, namely 1) Brand Value, namely how Islamic values are perceived by consumers more than physical expectations; 2) Brand Promise, how to provide consumers with an understanding that the promise of Allah SWT is the most perfect; and 3) Brand Experience, how consumers feel the happiness of meeting Islam so they can face life with struggle and strength. For the highest consumer loyalty is not to the brand, but loyal to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Batak tribe is one of the largest ethnic groups in Indonesia, this tribe is spread almost throughout the province of North Sumatra. This tribe is famous for its family or surname side, and the language used by sub-tribes is also different, for example Batak Toba language is different from Batak karo. Although this batak tribe is known for its characteristics, not everyone knows or rarely knows where the origin of the batak tribe itself, especially the younger generation. This design aims to provide information about the origin of the batak tribe in the form of illustration book media, with this design the author makes the design interesting and easy to understand. The method used in the design of this illustrated book is the Collection of Data from Books, Articles and the Internet. The final result of this design is expected that the younger generation knows the origin of the Batak tribe, with the creation of this Illustration Book the younger generation will understand the origin of the Batak tribe itself.

Abstract

Makassar City, South Sulawesi, is one of the important cities in Indonesia that has the potential to become the center of economic development, trade, and tourism in eastern Indonesia. In an effort to increase this potential, the Makassar City Government has formulated a policy on the governance of the Center Point of Indonesia development area. The method used in this research is the literature review method with data sources coming from, articles, books, reports, and other research. The results show that collaboration between the government, the private sector, and the community is needed to implement existing policies. The governance policy of the Centre Point of Indonesia (CPI) development area in Makassar City aims to regulate and develop the area in a planned, sustainable manner, and involves various aspects such as spatial planning, environmental management, land use, and good transportation. Collaboration between local government, community, developers, investors, and related experts is the key to success in achieving successful development goals.

Abstract

Penerapan kesetaraan gender dalam sistem pembagian waris berdasarkan hukum Islam di Indonesia, Jurnal. program studi hukum keluarga fakultas agama islam universitas hasyim asy’ari tebuireng jombang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan normative, artinya pendekatan berbasis pada teori-teori dan konsep hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis, yaitu penelitian yang mempelajari masalah waris laki-laki dan perempuan menurut hukum Islam yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan konsep keadilan dan kesetaraan gender. Arti dari keadilan dalam hukum kewarisan Islam tidak bisa diukur dari tingkatan kesetaraan ahli warisnya, namun dilihat dari berapa besar beban atau tanggungjawab masing-masing. Dan Islam melihat bahwa kewajiban untuk memberi nafkah keluarga adalah tanggungjawabnya seorang laki-laki, maka sudah pantaslah seorang laki-laki bagaianya lebih besar dibandingkan dengan bagian perempuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran bowling economics pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi teori pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah mixed method dengan model sequential explanatory design. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Keefektifan media pembelajaran dievaluasi berdasarkan hasil post-test, dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal, dan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara pengalaman peserta didik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta didik berhasil mencapai nilai di atas rata-rata mimimal kelas, yang merupakan standar untuk mendapatkan nilai B, dan mencapai gain skor kategori sedang. Dari temuan ini, disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran bowling economics mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar penelitian lebih lanjut dilakukan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas dan konten yang lebih mendalam, untuk terus memperbaiki dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang digunakan di dalam kelas.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has caused disruption in all sectors, including the economic sector. One of the economic sectors that is currently in the spotlight is the declining per capita income, while consumption must continue to fulfill daily life. This article aims to determine the financial behavior of Indonesian people before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from that, it also measures whether there are differences in the financial behavior of Indonesian people before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it can be a reference for what financial behavior should look like. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is of course a force majeure situation that can occur anytime and anywhere. As a generation that is in a productive age, the millennial generation is a generation that has a significant role in controlling the wheels of development in Indonesia, especially in the economic field. But unfortunately, the millennial generation is also known as a very wasteful generation because of its lifestyle. The emergence of a pandemic then affects the community’s economic conditions, including the millennial generation. This article found that millennials could reduce their wasteful nature during the pandemic and allocate their funds for more urgent and adaptive needs. Then the impact of the pandemic also provides better financial literacy for the millennial generation on their financial management behavior

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling (BK) merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk membantu peserta didik mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal. Guru BK merupakan salah satu tenaga pendidik yang berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peningkatan kemampuan guru BK dalam memberikan bimbingan melalui pemantauan kerja mingguan di SMPN 2 Kedungtuban, tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni dengan observasi, studi literatur dan wawancara. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemantauan kerja mingguan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru BK dalam memberikan bimbingan dan konseling. Pemantauan kerja mingguan dapat memberikan umpan balik kepada guru BK mengenai pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya. Umpan balik yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan dapat digunakan oleh guru BK untuk memperbaiki pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya. Dengan demikian, kemampuan guru BK dalam memberikan bimbingan dan konseling dapat meningkat.
