Abstract

The crime of money laundering has a direct or indirect negative effect on the country's economy, as a negative effect on the effective use of resources and finances. TPPU issues are not only related to legal and law enforcement issues, but are also directly related to and affect national financial and economic issues, including national investment issues. The method used in this research is normative legal research which is carried out as an effort to obtain the necessary data regarding the problem. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material. Besides that, primary data is also used as supporting secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative juridical analysis methods. The research results obtained are that TPPU practices involve a lot of resources and funds that are used for illegal activities and can be detrimental to society, and a lot of funds cannot be used optimally. Proceeds of crime are usually invested in countries where money laundering appears safe, although returns are lower. The proceeds of this crime can be transferred from countries with good economies to countries with poor economies. Because it has a negative impact on financial markets and weakens citizens' trust in the international financial system.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analysis of the impact of the implementation of free trade on the economic sector in Indonesia. In the context of international trade which is increasingly important for the world economy, the implementation of free trade has become a hotly debated topic because the positive side in terms of economic improvement is also balanced by the negative side in terms of trade imbalances and its influence on national policy. This research was carried out by conducting a literature study that collected various previous studies regarding the advantages and disadvantages of free trade. The results of the discussion show that the implementation of free trade can provide benefits for the country, such as increasing exports and imports, foreign direct investment, and increasing economic growth. However, on the other hand, the implementation of free trade can also result in losses, such as loss of jobs and negative environmental impacts. This research emphasizes the importance of managing free trade to ensure that trade profits and losses are distributed fairly and avoid the possibility of being exploited by stronger parties.

Abstract

Ragunan Margasatwa Park is one of the forms of industrial and tourism acceleration in Indonesia. To this day the Ragunan Margasatwa Park is still operating well and has its own heritage in it. This is why Ragunan Margasatwa Park remains a favourite destination for recreation with family or close people. In order to obtain real data or evidence of the creation that exists within Ragunan Margasatwa Park, researchers will conduct surveys to the visitors by informing the activities that the researchers do through poster products. In order to find out what is of interest to visitors so choose Ragunan Margasatwa Park as their recreational destination. The results of the research we have done have produced the average level of satisfaction of Ragunan Margasatwa Park for visitors on a scale of 5 which is Very Satisfied / Very Interesting. The result of the spread of the lift, will later be the advocate of the truth of the data in the product of the article that the researchers sorted. In addition, the results of the spread of the lift also become factual data that will be informed by the researchers through video products.

Abstract

Kalanganyar village, Sedati subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency has the largest pond land in Sidoarjo (BPS, 2017). Most of the population's economy depends on business activities resulting from ponds. In an effort to increase the income of fishermen's families, among others, is the participation of fisherwomen in seeking additional income. Milkfish crackers in this village have the potential to be developed, but due to limited human resource capabilities, especially regarding knowledge in creating and developing home industry and marketing businesses, as a result the home industry of milkfish crackers in Kalanganyar village, Sedati subdistrict, Sidoarjo district cannot develop rapidly. Good. The aim of the PKM program is to provide knowledge and insight to group partners regarding making good and correct milkfish crackers with good taste, and provide insight into digital marketing management so that they can increase sales. The implementation method is carried out through training in the processing of crackers made from milkfish. In addition, training and digital marketing communication assistance were carried out at KUB Planet Bandeng. During the implementation of this activity, training was carried out regarding the processing of crackers made from milkfish as well as digital marketing communications training and assistance. The community service team also handed over appropriate technology in the form of a cracker rice cake cutting machine and a cracker dough mixing machine. Apart from that, the community service team, especially students, carried out repackaging of the milkfish cracker product and now has a new logo.

Abstract

Conditions after the pandemic subsides are another new challenge for healthcare sector companies in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the influence of financial performance on company share prices in the healthcare sector. The company's financial performance, for all aspects of financial ratios, is often considered an important indicator for investors in making their investment decisions. Therefore, this research seeks to identify the influence between the financial performance of healthcare companies and their share price movements. This research method involves analyzing historical financial data of healthcare companies for the period 2019 to 2022, as well as their share price movements during the same period. The analytical tool used uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 10. The results of data analysis will be used to measure the extent to which financial performance influences stock prices. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide deeper insight for investors and stakeholders in understanding the factors that influence company share prices in the healthcare sector. This research concludes that return on equity and earnings per share have a significant influence on the share prices of health sector companies. These findings show that healthcare companies with high ROE and controlled debt ratios tend to have better stock performance. Apart from that, consistent EPS is also an important indicator in assessing a company's financial performance, which has a positive impact on investor confidence and share prices. This conclusion provides a holistic view of the close relationship between the financial aspects of healthcare companies and the stock market response to them. It is highly recommended for further research to use all financial ratio parameters to obtain comprehensive information regarding financial performance and stock prices.

Abstract

Environmental damage often involves corporations as industrial actors, and legislation in Indonesia has recognized corporations as legal subjects that can be held criminally responsible. This research aims to explore and analyze the concept of corporate criminal liability in the context of environmental damage caused by B3 waste in Indonesia. The main focus of the research is on the legal provisions governing environmental crimes, with special emphasis on Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH), Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry (UU Forestry), and Law -Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations (Plantation Law). This research examines Gillies' view which states that corporations can be considered "persons" in the eyes of the law, which allows the imposition of criminal liability on corporations as legal entities. However, the concept of corporate criminal liability, especially through the doctrine of "Vicarious/Derivative Individual Liability," raises questions about justice and ethics in criminal law enforcement. This research uses legal document and literature analysis methods to evaluate the relevance, effectiveness and fairness of the concept of corporate criminal liability in the context of environmental damage caused by B3 waste. The research results show that in a theoretical context, criminal liability of corporations and corporate administrators has a different conceptual basis. However, in practice, the construction of vicarious or derivative individual responsibility often causes law enforcers to attribute corporate criminal liability to corporate administrators without considering personal fault. This creates ambiguity between the criminal liability of corporations and corporate administrators, considering that both have different conceptual bases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumption behavior towards the use of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) credit cards. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through an online survey to BRI credit card holders. The sample of this study consisted of 32 respondents who were randomly selected. The variables analyzed include factors that influence credit card consumption behavior, such as income, perceptions of credit cards, shopping habits, gender, age, occupation and credit card usage preferences. The purpose of this research is to see how influential the lifestyle and environment in West Sumba Regency which can be said to be still developing, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach.

Abstract

Congestion is a common problem in transportation. Congestion can be caused by several things, one of which is the continued increase in population and the increasing number of immigrants who settle. This also happens in the city of Medan, especially at the intersection of Jalan A.H. Nasution and Jamin Ginting road. This rapid growth causes the volume of traffic at this location to increase, resulting in frequent traffic jams during rush hour. Seeing these problems, the Medan City government decided to build a flyover at the intersection location as a solution to overcome traffic jams. Which started in July 2012 and was completed in January 2015 and inaugurated on February 28 2015. However, is this construction currently able to overcome the congestion that occurs at this intersection? Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the effect of the flyover operation on the number of vehicles distributed at the intersection. Based on the results of the survey and analysis carried out at the intersection of Jl A.H Nasution and Jl Jamin Ginting, the highest traffic volume values were obtained at the intersection of Jl A.H Nasution (1812 vehicles/hour) and the flyover from the direction of Jl A.H. Nasution (4017 kend/hour) which occurred on Monday. The highest capacity value was on Monday afternoon on Jl. The highest degree of saturation value was obtained on Monday afternoon on Jl Ngumban Surbakti (0.951). So based on the indicator values obtained, it shows that the construction of flyovers as an alternative to reduce traffic jams is considered quite effective in accordance with the 1997 MJKI regulations which state that the value Maximum Degree of Saturation for urban areas is >1. This is also proven by the small number of vehicles crossing the intersection and conversely the number of vehicles crossing the flyover above it is quite large.

Abstract

This research on dialect geography applies a synchronic comparative linguistic approach with interpretations based on historical linguistic differentiation. The study, which focuses on phonological and lexical aspects, was conducted to determine the linguistic distance between the Dayak languages used by the people who identify themselves as Sekubang and Seberuang residing in the Sepauk Hulu District. The data presented and discussed in this study consist of responses from 21 research informants related to 829 lexical question glosses. This data was obtained through interviews conducted by the researcher with research informants in each observation area. The method used in data analysis is the synchronic comparative method, applying dialectometric formulas and inter-village triangles. The results of the data analysis, which disregards phonological differences between observation areas, show differences in dialect, subdialect, and speech. Based on the analysis and findings in this study, it can be concluded that the Sekubang and Seberuang languages are the same. However, locally, they identify themselves as separate languages. Therefore, to affirm the similarity between these two Dayak variants, the term "Seberuang language" is introduced as a replacement for the names of both languages. This designation is based on the schematic depiction of the broader Seberuang language usage area compared to the Sekubang language usage area.

Abstract

Increasing employee performance is an implication of adequate employee capabilities so that they are able to support the implementation of their duties and responsibilities professionally. This research aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee performance through competency as an intervening variable at PT. Sisir Katarindo, Bekasi Regency. The research used a quantitative approach; data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to all PT employees. Sisir Katarindo, which has 50 employees. The number of samples in this study was 50, or the same as the population, and the sampling technique was total sampling. Data analysis uses path analysis. The variables used in this research are the independent (exogenous) variables Training (X1) and Motivation (X2), the dependent (endogenous) variable Employee Performance (Y), and the intervening variable Competence (Z).The research results with α = 0.05 show that there is a significant positive influence of training on employee performance (P-values 0.00, T-statistic 6.324). The magnitude of the influence of training on employee performance is in the high category (f-square 0.918). There is a significant positive influence of motivation on employee performance (P-value 0.029, T-statistic 2.189). The magnitude of the influence of motivation on performance is in the medium category (f-square, 0.184). Competency does not have a significant effect on employee performance (P-value 0.525, T-statistic 0.620). There is a significant positive effect of training on competence (P-values 0.001, T-statistics 3.322). The magnitude of the effect of training on competence is moderate (f-square 0.3). Motivation has no significant effect on competence (P-values 0.531 and T-statistic 0.627); training has no significant effect on employee performance through competence as an intervening variable (P-values 0.555 and T-statistic 0.59); and motivation has no significant effect on employee performance through competence as an intervening variable (P-values 0.786 and T-statistic 0.271).
