Abstract

Athletic achievements at SMP Negeri 17 Cirebon City must be maintained by continuing to explore and look for students who have potential and talent in athletic from year to year through extracurricular activities. However regarding this matter, it is not easy for the school to determine which athletic branch is in accordance with the talents of the students. The process of determining student athletic is carried out through the results of each student's test. The test results tend to be less objective because there are no other supporting factors. Therefore, a system is needed that can be used as a search and determination of student athletic talent. Decision Support Systems can be a solution to make it easier to determine student athletic. With this system, it is hoped that it can provide information on the results of determining athletic extracurricular activities objectively. This study applies the Profile Matching method to determine student athletic extracurriculars, and the system is made in the PHP programming language and SQL database using MySQL. At the system design stage, it is described using UML diagrams. The final result of this study obtained the results of determining the student's athletic extracurricular branch with the percentage of manual calculation results compared to the results of the system calculation there is a match of 100%.

Abstract

During the pandemic, many activities that were originally carried out face-to-face were turned into virtual face-to-face due to reducing the spread of the virus. In conducting face-to-face activities, video conferencing applications are widely used for meetings and conducting activities such as learning. To support learning, sometimes teachers or lecturers find it difficult to observe whether the participants understand or not. In this study, used a dataset from KDEF which has seven classes. To find out the expressions of the participants, a model was made using the Convolution Neural Network that can detect human facial expressions. This convolution neural network has a contribution where the model used is a YOLO-face which is pipelined with CNN for classifications that have Alexnet architecture and modifications of Alexnet. The workings of this model is that the image is processed into a YOLO-face then the results from the YOLO-face are used by CNN classification to be able to classify the facial expressions of the participants. Then the photos will be classified using a CNN modification of the Alexnet architecture. The accuracy is 0.94 during training, precision is 0.92 during training, and recall is 0.96 during training. In this study, the face was successfully detected and classified the expressions on the face. For further development, it is necessary to optimize and increase the accuracy of the model to be able to classify facial expressions properly.

Abstract

Himpunan data yang besar dapat diolah menjadi informasi atau pengetahuan yang bermanfaat, salah satu data yang dapat diolah adalah data transaksi pembelian barang oleh konsumen pada toko Edi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengolah data tersebut dengan memanfaatkan proses data mining dengan menggunakan teknik assosiation rule. Teknik ini digunakan untuk merancang suatu strategi penjualandan sebagai pengaturan tata letak produk melalui proses pencarian asosiasi atau hubungan antar item data dari suatu basis data relasional. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan pola tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan algoritma Frequent Pattern-Growth (FP-Growth) dan algoritma Apriori.Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa perbandingan kedua aosiasi (rules) yang merupakan kumpulan frequent itemset dengan nilai support dan confidence pada data transaksi, sehingga hasilnya dapat diketahui hubungan-hubungan antara suatu barang dengan barang lainnya yang sering dibeli oleh konsumen.

Abstract

The city of Cirebon is one of the cities that often experiences floods caused by very high rainfall and people often throw garbage in the sewers and into the river so that the river becomes clogged and overflows. To classify flood-prone areas in the city of Cirebon, an algorithm is needed. Therefore, the method used in this research is the K-Means Clustering Algorithm method. The data was processed using the RapidMiner application with this clustering stage producing 5 clusters consisting of Cluster 0 totaling 8 items, Cluster 1 totaling 15 items, Cluster 2 totaling 33 items, Cluster 3 totaling 10 items, and Cluster 4 having 32 items. The results of this study indicate that the K-Means Clustering Algorithm can group flood-prone areas in the city of Cirebon.

Abstract

Penggunaan jaringan intenet di SMK Wahidin Kota Cirebon merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam menunjang kemajuan pendidikan. Kemudahan penggunaan intenet menyebabkan civitas akademik bebas mengunakan fasilitas jaringan internet yang telah disediakan oleh sekolah dan melakukan aktifitas yang diinginkannya tanpa adanya pengontrolan. Mengakibatkan civitas akademik dengan leluasa mengakses situs yang tidak berkaitan dengan pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung, dan tentu hal ini akan sangat mengganggu dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini guna mengetahui analisa yang akurat juga memanfaatkan Data Mining sebagai pengolaahan data. Kemudian menggunakan Metode algoritma clustering yaitu K-Medoid. Metode K-Medoid mampu melakukan pengelompokan data pada penggunaan akses media sosial yang sering di akses oleh civitas akademik selama di sekolah.Pengelompokan menggunakan algoritma K-medoids dapat diketahui penggunaan akses jaringan internet rata-rata digunakan untuk mengakses sosial media dibandingkan untuk mengakses E-learning. Sesuai dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa penggunaan Whatsapp rata-rata mencapai 126 pengguna, kemudian diikuti oleh Intstagram penggunaannya rata-rata mencapai 108 pengguna, kemudian diikuti oleh E-Learning rata-rata penggunaannya mencapai 90 pengguna, kemudian diikuti Facebook dan Youtube yang rata-rata penggunaanya 71 pengguna. Maka dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan perlu diterapkannya keamanan firewall layer 7 protocol guna membatasi akses sosial media agar akses jaringan internet di SMK Wahidin Kota Cirebon. Digunakan sesuai gagasan awal yaitu memfasilitasi civitas akademik untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran E-learning.

Abstract

The most popular tourist attractions in Cirebon Regency are the graves of the ancestors, which are included in the type of religious tourism. Basically, there are quite a lot of tourist attractions in Cirebon Regency, but there are still tourist attractions that have not been organized and have not been developed optimally. Even though there are many places in Cirebon Regency that have the potential to be developed into a tourist attraction. One of the tourist attractions that has been developed and has an official manager is the Banyu Panas Gempol-Cirebon Tourism Object. The research objective is to implement machine learning using the K-Means algorithm to classify and map villages and sub-districts in Cirebon Regency which have tourism potential to be developed. The stages of implementing mechine learning using the K-means clustering algorithm for mapping village potential and keluranah in Cirebon Regency are carried out in five stages. The first process is data collection. both data processing. The third group of data uses the K-means algorithm by determining the center of the initial cluster. The fourth process is an implementation of the application of mechine learning using rapidminer with the K-means algorithm. The fifth analyzes the cluster results generated by the system. From the results of the research based on the Davies Bouldin test on the K-Means algorithm, the closest value is Davies Bouldin: 0.061, so the smallest value is the 3rd cluster containing members of the cluster of 70 villages that have tourism potential.

Abstract

: The 2013 school year curriculum for admission of new students has undergone changes where the determination of the majors is usually done at the time of advancement of class XI, now prospective students are required to choose a major at the time of entering high school registration. Determining the department of SMA Negeri 21 Bandung using student report cards grades from semester 1 to 5. This of course will take a long time in the process of determining the majors, as well as the curriculum section which still uses manual methods to make mistakes in determining majors. The cause of the students being wrong in determining the major is not recognizing the characteristics of each department, not recognizing their interests and talents. Based on the problems that have been described, a solution can be proposed to group the direction using the K-Means Clustering method. This method is used to classify and analyze data into machine learning and produce information from a data analysis. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the curriculum section in determining majors and there are no mistakes for students in administering majors. The results of grouping in determining the majors of SMA Negeri 21 Bandung using the K-Means method get 3 clusters. Cluster_0 5 students do not enter 2 majors, cluster_1 142 social studies students and cluster_2 177 science students and this greatly facilitates the curriculum in determining majors. Solution for the part of SMA Negeri 21 Bandung to be more careful in determining the majors.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration is one of the public service institutions that includes recording and publishing services that aim to record data from each resident as completely as possible and therefore provide true certainty about events or events that have been experienced by residents. Meanwhile, the services provided by the Department of Population and Civil Registration are birth certificates for babies aged 0-60 days, making Family Cards (KK) and printing e-KTPs which are currently busy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia Digital Home or Indihome is one of the second largest subsidiaries after Telkomsel from PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, which is engaged in providing telecommunications and network services. As we know that this year the whole world is experiencing a case of the corona virus (Covid-19) which makes the whole community required to carry out almost 80% of activities that are done from home. The purpose of this application is to know the existence of sales locations to make it easier for prospective customers who want to register wifi indihome with android. The method used for this application is geographic information services with analysis (surveys, interviews and literature studies) and design, while for the database using MYSQL. The results of the application design can be used for prospective customers, sales and survey teams.

Abstract

The role of stakeholders in government agencies in making decisions to disclose dataset in the public domain is very important and fully central. In Indonesia, government institutions are primary data providers and have the authority to determine which types of datasets may be disclosed to the public. Nevertheless, the decision-making process to open datasets carried out by government institutions is cumbersome and faces several challenges. At the same time, stakeholders can have different perspective on data disclosure, and therefore there can be pros and cons between them. Some of the causes of potential disputes in this decision making are because of several factors, such as differences in goal settings, interests, and requirements among stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to map the role of stakeholders in making data disclosure decisions. In order to map roles, this research involves several stakeholders from internal government institutions such as decision-makers, data analysts, and data evangelists. The results of this mapping indicate that each stakeholder proposes a unique blend of expertise, legitimacy, experience, risk-averse culture, as well as potential usefulness in making decisions to disclose data to the public domain. Based on the results of a case study using a semi-structured interview approach, it can be concluded that the decision-maker tends to consider the benefits and risks efficiency factors. Data analysts have an important role in weighing the benefits and risks. Meanwhile, data evangelists also play an essential role in in-depth technical analysis aspects to make stronger evidence-based or reference-based decision-making. This research contributes to providing the level of stakeholder involvement in the form of mapping roles and interests to change the current state of the stakeholder position to the desired state in the government strategic plan.
