Abstract

Abstract: The potential of agricultural land in Indonesia is still very wide so that the agricultural sector is still one of the incomes for most Indonesian people. The agricultural land sector is widely distributed in various regions in Indonesia, one of which is in the East Oku Regency, South Sumatra. As an agricultural area, the majority of the population in East Oku Regency choose their livelihood as farmers. However, the distribution of agricultural land has not been mapped, which can provide information about the location of agricultural land, especially in East Oku Regency. In this study, the development of a web-based Agricultural Land Geographic Information System in East OKU Regency was carried out. The geographic information system built can display information in the form of spatial and non-spatial data that describes an object based on the state of the earth. The method used in making this system is object-oriented method. With the development of this Geographic Information System, it is hoped that it will be able to provide information for the community about the distribution of the location and area of ​​agricultural land, especially in the East OKU Regency area.

Abstract

SMK Bina Jaya is one of the secondary vocational education as a continuation of SMP/MTS where the learning process is still through face-to-face in class. The learning process carried out in the classroom is very limited in time because, usually the teacher gives instructions to all students about the material to be studied at that time which makes students have limited time. The existence of Information and Communication Technology today will make it easier to get a lesson because, there are facilities that can be accessed through internet media. Where, the process can be done anywhere and anytime, one of the Information and Communication Technology media that can be applied in learning is E-Learning. E-Learning is a medium of learning that is carried out over long distances and must use an internet connection to run it. This study aims to implement an online e-learning system using Moodle software which is open source and free. Moodle learning e-learning is a web-based application that provides online learning services. The research method used is qualitative data (data about student and teacher activities) and quantitative data (data about student learning outcomes at the end of each cycle). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, as well as using the development method of Extreme Programming. The results achieved from this research is the interaction between teachers and students in the learning process. In addition, e-learning also functions as a discussion forum between teachers and students, and can be used as an online quiz, so that all activities in the learning process become more effective. Abstract

The need for a parking space becomes an important thing when the area for parking does not exist or the land is getting narrower. Of course, it is necessary to think about modern and contemporary alternatives to create a comfortable parking space. The creation of a comfortable parking space using a combination of technology will be very helpful if this can be applied. The purpose of this study is to discuss the application of Finite State Automata (FSA) to vending machines for parking motorcycles. The research method is to describe Finite State Automata using Non-deterministic Finite Automata, design State Diagrams about features and interface design when the Vending Machine is implemented. The results showed that the use of Non-deterministic Finite Automata in the design of the Vending Machine parking system for motorcycles resulted in a modern, comfortable and effective future parking technology.

Abstract

In this study, the aim of this study was to produce an application/software method for caring for Lovebird birds, the main basis of which was programming using Android, which was useful in making it easier to learn how to raise birds correctly. Because from the information & data collection through interviews and observations, the interest in keeping birds is very high and the method of raising livestock that is carried out by enthusiasts is still using the old method, which equates the maintenance method with raising ordinary livestock. In making software, the method of caring for lovebirds, apart from Android as the main base, Adobe Flash Professional CS6 software is used for animation, where the development method uses Rapid application development (RAD) because based on understanding RAD it is easier, more practical and has good research product development stages, according to the purpose of the research. Research has produced applications that according to researchers can help raise lovebirds and to measure the success of making this application, alpha testing has been carried out with the aim of testing the validity of the application product, which is carried out by system design experts, material experts, linguists and media experts. Through these various tests, applications have been produced that have distinctive values ​​so that they are suitable and applicable for raising lovebirds so that good and quality livestock products are produced, as shown by the validity of media experts with a value of 4.0, with a very good category. Next, the material expert gave an assessment of 3.5 good categories, the design expert gave a score of 3.63 and finally the linguist gave a score of 3.6. then based on the results of this test the total validity shows the resulting application is very feasible and valid to use.

Abstract

Abstract: The Corona virus or Covid-19 disease began to occur in 2019 until now in 2021. Where the cause of this infectious disease is the Corona Virus. One of the symptoms caused by this viral infection is respiratory problems. The virus in the spread or transmission is classified as very fast. This makes every country, especially Indonesia, where every region has been exposed to Covid-19, which has caused many cases of death, and several impacts, such as the impact on the economy, work, education, and other impacts. With the large spread of the Corona virus in regions or regions in Indonesia, it is necessary to group several parts of Indonesia. Therefore, to make it easier to group a region in Indonesia, in this study a data mining system was used to process large amounts of data by implementing the Clustering Algorithm using the K-Means method. The datasets obtained by researchers without class labels will be processed with the K-Means Algorithm to facilitate data processing to produce the desired goals. The purpose of this research is to see which province has the highest transmission of Covid-19 in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an Educational Application of Anatomy of the Human Body in Arabic in the SD Ababil City of the Android-Based Natural Fence City to suppress the effectiveness of the learning process and measure student learning outcomes at home. Based on the results of data collection using the method of interview and observation that in this study learning still uses the medium of books to study at home. the learning process will certainly reduce the effectiveness of parents in teaching and takes a long time which makes children less interested in learning at home. This application was developed using Adobe Flash Professional CS6 software. This research uses the ADDIE system development method because this method is easier to understand and has good product development stages in accordance with this research. Based on the results of expert reviews that have been conducted shows an average value of 4.3 with a very valid category. Then based on the results of the field test or alpha and beta tests obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest the average student produces a value of 86.0 with the High category. The expected results of this study are in the form of an animated application of anatomy education of the human body in Arabic on the Android-based Ababil Pagar Alam city based on Android which can be used to help the learning process so that it makes it easier to understand the material especially the types of limbs.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly rapid era makes information technology one of the most important parts of life. The use of information technology is widely used in various fields, one of which is government agencies. Government agencies that use information technology are BAWASLU. BAWASLU (General Election Supervisory Body) is one of the many government agencies in Indonesia. BAWASLU uses the website to provide information related to the ELECTION (General Election). One method that can be used to determine whether the Website has a standardized framework of information technology management practices is COBIT. The latest COBIT was released in 2012 with COBIT version 5. COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information and related Technology) is a framework consisting of a best practice guide that contains information technology governance activities that focus on control and not on execution or implementation. Here the author chooses a domain based on the data sources that have been obtained. The domains used are EDM02, EDM05, and MEA01. Based on the results of research conducted on the BAWASLU website, EDM02 is at level 3 (Established Process), EDM05 is at level 2 (Managed Process), and MEA01 is at level 2 (Managed Process). With this method, the author can conclude that the current BAWASLU website has reached the stage.

Abstract

In this face identification, the researcher feels the lack of effectiveness for access to doors that still use fingerprints. With this kind of identification, it will be straightforward to prevent theft. Face identification is a process where we know someone by looking at their face. In face identification for door access using the convolutional neural network method and Library, Open Computer Vision using the Python programming language and this was made using several components, namely a 5mp camera as face identification, Raspberry pi3 as a microprocessor, LCD monitor, ULN 2003 driver and Stepper motor as a tool. Automatic door mover, Push button to move the door from the inside. This tool can detect faces by verifying faces with the closest distance of 50 meters to 150 meters and to an accuracy of 83.20% with a period of 3 seconds to move the automatic sliding door by receiving facial data from the raspberry to the 2003 ULN driver to move the stepper motor with Lay 5 seconds, rotate clockwise and turn around again counterclockwise

Abstract

In the current covid-19 pandemic, many schools and universities have started implementing distance learning, because the government itself has not confirmed when it will officially open schools offline or face to face in class, even though now some schools or universities have started holding classes in person or offline but must follow strict health protocols that meet covid-19 prevention standards. With a situation like today the role of information and communication technology is very important to connect teachers and learners in carrying out teaching and learning activities in distance learning. Distance learning is one of the adjustments in the education sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the implementation of distance learning, technology is the key to the continuity of distance learning which makes the learning process easier. Abstract

Abstract: E-Digital Promotion and Marketing Tourism using the public relations method is a system that provides information about traditional cultural activities, history, and tourist service facilities in the form of lodging, motorcycle taxis, culinary, and souvenirs typical of East Kotawaringin. In this case, tourism in East Kotawaringin Regency does not yet have an information system that provides information on local wisdom in the form of tourist spots/locations, traditional culinary arts, historical traditional cultural activities and facilities that support the tourism sector. Also, the decreasing number of tourists who visit causes the need to increase promotion in the tourism sector. Therefore, the design of Tourism E-Digital Promotion and Marketing using the Public Relations method can make it easier for tourists to obtain information about East Kotawaringin Regency, especially tourists who want to visit East Kotawaringin Regency. Because, this method can maintain, manage, and maintain good relations between the organization and the community in order to increase effectiveness in the field of tourism promotion and marketing. Thus, the East Kotawaringin Regency Government can easily promote tourism, service providers or tourism products can market their products to visitors, and visitors can get complete and actual information about tourism in East Kotawaringin Regency.
