Abstract

Dengue fever (DBD) is a contagious and dangerous disease. This is because the time of spread occurs in a short time and often causes outbreaks caused by dengue virus Changes in the state of the body condition for people with dengue fever occur very suddenly which is characterized by high fever, dizziness, bone and joint pain, pale face, and on the skin there is a red sign caused by a mosquito bite. This study aims to build a monitoring system for the spread of dengue fever (DBD) in the web-based City of Pagar in order to facilitate employees in carrying out their duties to provide information about the spread of dengue fever (DBD) and to find out the high and low dengue cases in Sidorejo puskesmas look for Dengue Fever (DBD) case data by year. The method used in the research is the Waterfall method, the Waterfall method provides a sequential or sequential software lifecycle approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing. The results of this study can be used to monitor the spread of web-based dengue fever (DBD) in Pagar Alam City.

Abstract

Lubuklinggau City is one of the major cities located in South Sumatra Province. As one of the big cities, Lubuklinggau City also has a classic problem that is shared by other big cities in general. The problem is poverty. One of the efforts made by the Lubuklinggau City Government in collaboration with the central government in poverty alleviation efforts is to conduct a house renovation program for poor households in the city of Lubuklinggau. In implementing the determination of the recipient of the house renovation program, what often happens is that the agency appointed to determine the recipient of the house reconstruction program assistance has difficulty in determining who has the right to receive and who does not. The implementation of Decision Support System (SPK) using the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method is one of the solutions to overcome existing problems. The Composite Performance Index (CPI) method uses a method of solving problems with the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) system which determines the order or priority in multicriteria analysis. The final result of this system is to display ranking data of people who are entitled to receive assistance from the government house renovation program.

Abstract

Sukabumi City is a region in West Java that is experiencing rapid development. Especially in the construction of places of worship. Places of worship, places of worship, places of worship are places used by religious people to worship according to religious teachings. A mosque is a house of worship for Muslims or Muslims, a mosque means a place of worship. The mosque is also the center of life of the Muslim community. Celebration activities for religious holidays. Lectures and learning of the Qur'an are often carried out in mosques. Even in the history of Islam, mosques also play a role in social activities to the military. As for the City of Sukabumi there are 20 Mosques. To make it easier to search for mosques in the City of Sukabumi with the large number of mosques in the city of Sukabumi by using a web-based application. The application of the Dijkstra algorithm in the process of determining the location of the mosque to be headed in Sukabumi City based on the distance to be taken by determining the shortest route so that it can help people who will worship in the City of Sukabumi especially for people who are not from Sukabumi City

Abstract

Social organization is an organization which is established and formed by the community voluntarily, their wants, needs, interests, activities and objectives to participate in development in order to achieve the objectives of the Republic of Indonesia. The selection of the right information system will help in the operational activities of companies, schools, community organizations and student organizations in Indonesia, one of which is student organizations namely the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement or abbreviated as PMII. PMII is a student organization that is outside the campus or referred to as an external campus organization. In this study will build an administrative management system in an organization.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a letter management application at the City of Pagar Alam Health Office in order to assist in managing data on incoming and outgoing mails which have become more organized by utilizing existing technology. The process of recording letters that have been running so far is still using conventional methods, namely by recording incoming and outgoing letters from the ledger and then storing sheets of letter paper as archival documents. Making this letter management application using PHP programming and MySQLi database and using the Codeigniter framework and also the system development method used is the waterfall method, namely by developing analysis, design, coding, and testing. System testing is carried out using the blackbox testing method by asking users questions or responses that are approved and in accordance with expectations. The results of this study consist of a management application letter at the City of Pagar Alam Health Office that can help and manage incoming and outgoing letters more effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Application, Management, Letter, Waterfall, and Codeigniter

Abstract

PT. Imperium Happy Puppy is a company engaged in karaoke entertainment, the first to adopt the concept of family karaoke, where this company has many branches spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is in the area of ​​Sampit, Central Kalimantan. However, in this company there are problems in managing employees, namely: recruitment, managing employee bio data, scheduling, managing attendance, filing for leave, promotions, assessments, payroll which are still not fully computerized in this case still using Ms. Office to manage these data. So that it is very difficult for HRD leaders to see the report data concerning employees. Therefore, ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) technology can be the right tool to solve these problems. One of them is by using the HRM (Human Resources Management) module, with the hope of producing fast and precise information and helping companies make decisions.

Abstract

Abstract : Sumber Makmur Village is one of 6 (six) villages located in Telawang Subdistrict, East Kotawaringin Timur, Kalimantan Tengah Province, Indonesia. The residents in Sumber Makmur Village are transmigrants from Java, Sumatra and local transmigration participants who occupy a land area of 4,014.15 hectares. In general, the problems faced by the community in Sumber Makmur Village today are in terms of accessing information in the village, both information on activities carried out by the village, information on village development and information on APBDes so that usually people have to come directly to the village office to get it. So to overcome the above problems, a website-based information system is needed, so that people no longer need to come to the village office just to ask for this information but by accessing the village website the community can get it directly and for the village with the village website it can certainly make it easier for them to sharing information without creating information boards that are placed in front of the village office. Furthermore, to create a website-based information system, a Macromedia Dreamweaver programming language editor software is needed with the PHP programming language, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JavaScript and MySQL database.

Abstract

: This study aims to produce an expert system for diagnosing pests in chilies using the Forward Caining method. Chili is one of the basic needs of the community as a flavoring or flavor, but farmers often experience failure to harvest due to pest attacks on chili plants. The system development method used by Waterfall consists of four stages, namely Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing. Abstract

On the system currently running at LPPM, Bina Insan University, monitoring and evaluation of research result and community service activities that have been carried out by lecturers and students is done manually, Lecturer submits the output of research and community service results that are printed to the LPPM section, then the data input into Microsoft Excel for further processing. From the manual process, it will cause problems and the loss of data or files in printed form. Based on the problems faced by LPPM Division of Bina Insan University in the process of monitoring and evaluating the research results and community service activities by lecturers and students, the LPPM division needs to develop a dashboard application for monitoring and reporting research and community service for lecturers and students. The development of this application applies the waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely analysis, system design, coding and system testing. The system is designed using the Unified Model Language (UML) in which the system is developed with object-based concepts and the programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. From the development of this application it can save time and minimize the occurrence of errors and can assist LPPM in recording, evaluating and reporting on the performance of research and community service for Bina Insan University lecturers and students quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

In this study, an analysis of public sentiment will be carried out on the news of the Pertamina workers union rejecting Ahok which was revealed through the social media network youtube on the KompasTV channel. On the news there were about 25000 comments containing harsh words and even hate speech, this news attracted a lot of comments, there were those who praised, criticized and insulted. Sentiment analysis is the process of classifying textual documents into two classes, namely positive and negative sentiment classes. The data used in this study amounted to 1000 comments consisting of 1000 training data or training data and 300 test data or testing data, the classification method used in this study was naive bayes. In this study, data collection using Rstudio tools and processed using the rapidminer studio tools, and get the accuracy of 98.00%. From some of the data that has been tested, there are some data that are predicted to be neutral, positive data and data that are predicted to be negative. From the precision class, the neutral prediction has a class value of 100.00%, the positive prediction has a class value of 80.00% and the negative prediction has a precision class value of 66.67%.
