The most important of the essential functions of human resource management is to take care of skilled employees. The process is normally divided into two categories: first category includes different activities such as having health and safety in working centers, performing healthy and sport programs and some other similar activities to save and improve employees' physical characteristics. The second group includes other important issues normally called benefit packages, which includes good health insurance and retiring plans. Whenever an organization provides good benefit package and supporting programs, there is a better job satisfaction among employee. This study try to find out about, the effects of related services to support employee to reach job satisfaction and employee activities in public sectors called SKPD in Banjarmasin City is used 86 random samples. The results show that employees are relatively satisfied from the benefit package of the SKPD and they were relatively happy on working for such organization.

Mastery of work materials that are always left behind by the development of science and technology and the weak level of discipline of employees have an effect on improving performance, so a study is needed to measure the effect of work facilities and work discipline on organizational commitment to members of the Tanah Bumbu Police.The aims of this study are: 1) work facilities partially affect the organizational commitment of police members at the POLRES Tanah Bumbu, 2) whether work discipline partially affects the organizational commitment of police members at the POLRES Tanah Bumbu and 3) whether work facilities and work discipline are simultaneously affect the Organizational Commitment of Police Members at the POLRESTanah Bumbu The method used in this study is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents using multiple regression analysis.The results of this study are 1) The work facilities variable partially has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment of Police Members (0.201 > 0.05), 2) There is a significant partial effect of work discipline on Organizational Commitment of Police Members (0.001 < 0.05) and 3 ) There is a simultaneous (together) significant effect between work facilities and work discipline on Member Organizational Commitment (0.001 <0.05). The finding in this study is that complete work facilities if not accompanied by high discipline will have less effect on organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of training and HR development on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, where variables are measured using a Likert scale and data collection methods are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study were 43 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin from a total population of 75 people. Data processing in this study using SPSS software version 25, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) Partially, the training variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the tcount of 2.202. (2) Partially, the HR development variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the tcount value of 2,534. (3) Simultaneously, the variables of training and human resource development have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the value of Fcount = 39,164.

The research objectives are 1) the level of alcohol that is put on the drug. 2) The use of alcohol in cough medicine is based on 4 schools. The type is done by library research with the type of research is descriptive normative. Sources of data in this study consisted of two kinds, namely primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using qualitative conducted using the deductive method. Descriptive methods are used to describe how renters practice being transferred before maturity. The results of the study that alcohol content contained in cough medicine is legal (permissible), because basically the hadith of the prophet about the prohibited khamar is in the context of drinks that already contain intoxicating elements, so if taken in small or large amounts the law is haram. Whereas in terms of its use as a solvent in cough medicine it is not the case if the levels remain within the prescribed limits ie not more than 1%. According to four Imam Mazhab (Imam Hanafi, Imam Maliki, Imam Shafi, i and Imam Hambali) agreed that alcohol is unclean as khamar because they are both intoxicating. But the authors of cough medicines that contain alcohol are legal and permissible, but do not contain dependence on consuming these drugs and are not intoxicating and only for healing.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to describe the smoking behavior of early adolescents (10-14) with the level of achievement motivation of Students SMPN XX in Banjarmasin. The research subjects were Guidance and Counseling Teachers at SMPN XX in Banjarmasin, The students of SMPN XX in Banjarmasin and Home room teacher of SMPN XX in Banjarmasin. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation methods after the data was obtained and then analyzed descriptively qualitatively and also matched the answers of each informant from the results of interviews with informants then the data was validated using triangulation techniques. The target of this study is expected to be able to do community service, especially early adolescents (10-14) so that they understand that smoking not only affects physical health but also affects brain performance, which can cause decreased thinking power so that motivation for achievement also decreases.

Motivation is an important thing in the learning process. The existence of student motivation in learning will make the learning process more enjoyable, communication smoother, reducing student anxiety, increasing creativity and learning activities. Mc. Donald in Sardiman (2008: 73) argues that motivation is a change in energy in a person which is characterized by the appearance of "feeling" and preceded by a response to the existence of goals. With the high motivation to learn, students will be able to achieve optimal self development in their learning achievement which is one of the main goals in learning. Based on the results of a discrete analysis of the percentage of learning motivation after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques has increased. The average level of broken home student learning motivation in SMP Negeri 1 Pelaihari becomes 66.11% in the high category, where 64% or 23 people with a high enough category and 36% or 13 people in the Medium category and no longer found students who are at low category. From the results of the data processing, it is known that there is an increase of 10.53% where in the preservice delivery the motivation level is an average of 55.58% to 66.11%. This proves that after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques student learning motivation can increase. Besides that based on the results of the hypothesis analysis test data obtained t count = 11.51 and t table = 1.994, so t arithmetic> t table .. This shows that "there are differences in the level of student motivation before and after getting individual counseling services with techniques motivational interviewing ".

The results of the study showed that the results of the community satisfaction survey on public service types of population administration in Mekarsari District Barito Kuala Regency based on the Community Satisfaction Index Value (IKM) was 77.25 which was included in the "Good" category, where the highest satisfaction value was for the service procedure element , and Cost / Tariff (3.6) and the lowest satisfaction value is for the Handling of Complaints, Suggestions and Inputs with a value (2.1). Efforts to improve service performance: (a). make proposals to add employees to the district government, (b). maximizing available resources, (c). Open opportunities for school children and students who want to carry out an internship program, (d). For the quality of human resources, provide opportunities to improve their competence, both advanced studies and attending education and training, (e). While other efforts related to facilities and infrastructure such as computer equipment, the sub-district has also proposed additional procurement of computer equipment to the district government.
