Abstract

Water is an important role in human life. The existence of water makes economic activities come alive and develop. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis related to the practice of buying and selling clean water in Banaran Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency in the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis. The conclusion of the study shows that the practice of buying and selling clean water in Sooro hamlet in Banaran village, Pulung subdistrict, Ponorogo regency is not in accordance with positive law and Islamic law

Abstract

At present the sharia banking sector is experiencing relatively rapid growth. Islamic banking is able to show high acceleration of growth with an average growth of 40.20% per year in the last five years (2015-2020). While the average national banking growth was only 16.7%. Therefore, Islamic banking is nicknamed "The fastest growing industry". This rapid growth can be seen from the financial ratios of Islamic banks which show that Islamic banks have a good level of health. Of course there are some things that need to be known to cause an increase in financial ratios including knowledge, religiosity, bank products and services. This study aims to determine the preferences of students saving interest towards Islamic banks. This research method is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using Correlation Research using SPSS software. Data collection uses stratified random sampling by taking 81 samples from various strata. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Knowledge, Religiosity, Bank Products, Services on students' interest in saving students, which means the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Productive financing are very important in Indonesia, considering that in Indonesia there are around 52 million MSMEs . This study aims to determine the development and optimization of productive financing products in Islamic Banks towards MSMEs.This research is qualitative by using documentation techniques in data collection. Data analysis was performed using qualitative procedures. The results of this study found that the optimization of productive financing of Islamic Banks for MSMEs is still not optimal due to the financing of Islamic banks for MSMEs not being a priority and financing of Islamic banks in the consumer sector is still dominant.

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of life, humans are required to carry out consumption activities by using and utilizing goods and services. The purpose of this study was to conduct an in-depth analysis related to the consumption behavior of the Santri Islamic Boarding School Students and Islamic Boarding Schools in Sunan Pandanaran Campus IV Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative, the method of collecting data is by doing some questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the data analysis are continued in the descriptive analysis. The results of this study showed that the consumption behavior of students in both Islamic Boarding in-line with the principles of Islamic teaching.

Abstract

Quality of service is the most important aspect in the service industry, including the banking industry. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis related to the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on savings products at Bank Muamalat Indonesia XXX Branch Office. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis uses validity test, normality test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test using SPSS. The results found that simultaneous service quality affected the satisfaction of savings customers at Bank Muamalat XXX Branch Office. Partially, variable physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), guarantee (assurance), and empathy (empahty) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While responsiveness does not significantly influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, the community's economy need the assistance in the form of basic necessities or in the form of money because they low of income. The existence of waqf, especially productive waqf, is very important in an effort to help this problem. This study aims to analyze the impact of productive waqf during the covid-19 pandemic on community economic resilience at Pengelola Wakaf Desa Wandanpuro Bululawang. This study is qualitatif, using interview and documentation in the data colletion technique. The data collected, analysed by qualitatif method. The results found that waqf, especially productive waqf, is very important in an effort to help the community's economy both to help relieve the main burden of the poor and orphans, either in the form of assistance in the form of basic necessities or in the form of money

Abstract

Banking plays a very important role in the country's economy. Financing of Islamic Banking certainly has non-performing financing. Worsening the NPF ratio means Syariah Bank has a high level of financial problems. This research aims to analyze the influence of internal factors (asset and financing deposit ratio) and external factors (inflation and exchange) against NPF to Syariah Bank in Indonesia. This research used a secondary data sourced from Indonesian Bank from January 2011 to June 2018. With using Error Correction Model (ECM) this research's result shows that in the short term only the FDR variable that has a significant impact on the NPF, while the asset variable, inflation, and exchange aren't influential. Then in the long term, asset variable and inflation influence significantly against Syariah Bank NPF, Whereas FDR variable and exchange aren't influential.

Abstract

All forms of economic activity must run fairly and in accordance with Islamic law. The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study of the suitability between the supervisory mechanism of the Hisbah institution in the past and the supervisory mechanism carried out by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). This research is qualitative with data collection techniques using documentation. Data analysis using content analysis method. The conclusion of this study shows that the supervisory mechanism implemented by BPJPH is in accordance with the principles of hisbah in the past, both in terms of procedures and regulations. In contrast, the scope of supervision at BPJPH are narrower than the scope of supervision tasks in the past.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of office channeling and third party funds to profit with financing as a variable intervening on sharia banking in Indonesia. The population in this study is the entire sharia banking in Indonesia consisting of 14 Sharia commercial banks and 20 Syariah business units. The sample used is the summary of Sharia banking financial statement period of 3 years on a monthly basis so that the number of samples as much as 36. The analytical technique used is Path analysis using T Test , where the mediation test is done with the procedure developed by Sobel (1982) and known as Sobel Test. The finding show that the office channeling variable had a direct and insignificant effect on the financing variable at Islamic banking profit in Indonesia, while the third party fund variable directly had a significant effect on the financing variable.
