This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling technique with a total sample of 67 education personnel. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with a significance level of ? = 0.05. This study resulted in ten conclusions, namely, among others: 1). There is a relationship between the education system (X1) and the job satisfaction of educational staff (Y). 2). There is a relationship between education management (X2) and educational staff job satisfaction (Y). 3). There is a relationship between the education system (X1) and education management (X2) with the job satisfaction of educational staff (Y).

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on people's spending behavior. Online shopping is an option. On the other hand, business people take advantage of this phenomenon with various marketing strategies. How to choose a marketplace that sells good quality products at low prices is an interesting study to research. The research was conducted on 10 marketplaces. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical tool used in this study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results showed that the marketplace with the best products was Zalora. The marketplace with the lowest price is Rarali.com. The marketplace with the most interesting promotions is occupied by Blibli. The marketplace with the best product quality, fairly low prices, and attractive promotions is occupied by Lazada.

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction mediated by the achievement motivation to the performance of teachers of SMA 6 Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The total respondents are 54 teachers of SMA 6 Tangerang, with saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Data analysis using descriptive analysis Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) software version 3.0. The results showed that the work environment has a positive effect but has an insignificant effect on teacher performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Achievement Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Achievement Motivation mediates the work environment and job satisfaction to the teacher perfomance.

This study aims to analyze the role of emotional exhaustion on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with leadership and self efficacy as independent variables. The population in this study was private employees in the city of Padang. To determine the sample, the use of Maximum Likelihood estimate is used which requires a total sample of 100-200 samples, the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 private employees in the city of Padang. The analysis method used is Analysis on SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of each variable of Leadership and self Efficacy on Emotional Fatigue, a significant influence of Leadership and self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This research model uses 4 variables and applies the concept of intervening. Where in this study analyzed with SEM-PLS. This research proves that leadership and self efficacy affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with emotional fatigue as an intervening variable.

This research is based on the low performance of teachers in terms of the ability and professionalism of teachers in teaching and learning activities. The purpose of the study looked at the Influence of Motivation and Leadership on the Performance of Honorary Teachers through Work Discipline as a Mediation Variable in Tangerang Regency State High School. Quantitative research methods with data analysis methods are carried out with a Structural Equation Model or SEM approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) is a structural equation model or SEM based on components or variants of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample studied was the entirety of the existing population, namely 80 honorary teachers of SMA Negeri 14, 20, and 21 in Tangerang Regency. Based on the analysis of this study obtained the results that 1) Motivation affects work discipline; 2) Leadership affects Work Discipline; 3) Work discipline affects the Performance of Honorary Teachers; 4) Motivation affects Teacher Performance 5) Leadership affects the performance of honorary teachers; 6) Motivation indirectly affects the performance of honorary teachers through Work Discipline; 7) Leadership indirectly affects the performance of honorary teachers through Work Discipline. In conclusion, teacher performance is influenced by motivation, work discipline and leadership.

The study aims to analyze the factors that will affect organizational performance. Those factors include compensation, flexible working arrangement (FWA), organizational culture and employee engagement. This study will examine the effect of compensation, FWA and organizational culture on employee engagement. Moreover, it will analyze how employee engagement mediates the effect of compensation, FWA and organizational culture on organizational performance. The population in this study accounted for 115 permanent employees in the Business Division of a telecommunication company in Indonesia. The sample consisted of 90 employees using the Slovin formula calculation. The sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling technique. The sample was chosen randomly without regard to strata in the population. The research method used is quantitative explanatory with SEM-PLS. According to the analysis of the study, the result has proved that: compensation, FWA and organizational culture have positive and significant effects on employee engagement; compensation, organizational culture and employee engagement have positive and significant effects on organizational performance; FWA has no significant effect on organizational performance; Employee engagement mediates the effects of compensation, FWA and organizational culture on organizational performance.

Basically, this study aims to examine and analyze the importance of organization culture (OC) and training on employee performance by using the job satisfaction variable as a mediating variable at PT. Kokoh Semesta. By using a quantitative research design with an explanatory survey method, namely data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The sample collection of organic employee respondent data is 125 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Version 4.0.8 is used as a tool to process data. In this study using four variables, seventeen dimensions and thirty-eight indicators. There have seven hypothesis, namely: 1) OC on employee performance. 2) Training on employee performance, 3) Job Satisfaction on employee performance, 4) OC on Job Satisfaction 5) Training on Job Satisfaction, 6) Job Satisfaction mediates the not effect of Training on employee performance, 7) OC the effect of Job Satisfaction on employee performance.

The development of technology and the internet encourages changes in consumer behaviour, where currently the majority of consumers in Indonesia often shop online through a marketplace. Thus, competition between marketplaces is getting tougher to dominate the digital economy market in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Media Marketing, Sales Promotion, and Perceived Value on Consumer Purchase Decision on the Tokopedia Marketplace. The population representative in this study is 178 samples that will be further processed through several tests with IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results of this study found that Social Media Marketing and Perceived Value have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Meanwhile, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sales Promotion do not have a significant effect on Purchase Decision.

Organizational culture is one way of company management to be able to make changes by strengthening the external and internal sides of the company and compensation is direct goods or indirect goods obtained by employees in return for services rendered to the company a leader in terms of fundamentally behaving differently when leading can have an impact on employee performance. This matter needs to be considered by the company because organizational culture and compensation will be able to realize the performance of its employees so that the company's pace can run optimally. The objectives to be achieved in the study are: Do Organizational Culture and Compensation simultaneously affect Employee Performance at Grogol Branch Pawnshop. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study used primary data obtained by filling out a questionnaire and statistical processing using the SPSS 24 program. The results of the research on organizational culture have no effect on the performance of employees of the Grogol Branch Pawnshop. The relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is stated to be low and the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is 0.21%, Compensation affects employee performance, the correlation relationship between compensation and employee performance is low and the magnitude of the influence of compensation on employee performance is 13.5%, Organizational culture and compensation simultaneously have no influence and are significant to the performance of individual employees at Grogol Branch Pawnshop. The magnitude of the relationship between organizational culture and compensation with employee performance simultaneously is moderate, and the magnitude of the influence is 14.2%. Conclusion There is an organizational culture (X1), compensation (X2) has a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y), meaning that if the organizational culture and compensation are increased, employee performance will be higher. Organizational culture and compensation simultaneously have no significant effect on employee performance. This can be shown from the amount of Fcount smaller than Ftable (2,226 < 4,210).

A new digital payment system was developed as a result of the rapid development of technology and the internet in Indonesia. Financial technology (fintech) is one of the technological advances in the increasingly widespread Indonesian financial sector. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between perceived benefits, perceived convenience, risk, and income on purchasing decisions using a shopee paylater. The research model uses a causal research design. The population in this study are all customers who use the Shopee Paylater application in DKI Jakarta whose exact location is unknown. The technique used in selecting the sample is purposive sampling. By determining the criteria data, characteristics, and appropriate characteristics. The minimum number of samples in this study is 135 respondents. Researchers used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software to analyze descriptive characteristics and SmartPLS 3.3 software to measure research data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that benefits and convenience have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, risk and income have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions
