The phenomenon of online shopping through various internet media broadens the scopes of studies in economics and psychology. The considerable factors which influence the purchasing decision of consumers in online shopping are the internal factors (e.g., self-esteem) and external factors (e.g., marketing mix). The aim of this study is to prove the constellation of self-esteem and marketing mix that can explain the purchasing decision of consumers in online shopping. The participants of this study are 270 online shoppers from various professions and ages. SEM is used to accomplish the objectives of the study. The findings showed that the empirical model achieved the goodness of fit which indicated that self-esteem and marketing mix had correlation with an online shopper purchasing decision. Moreover, the study found that self-esteem partially had no direct influence towards purchasing decision, yet it had a direct influence on marketing mix. On the other hand, marketing mix had a direct influence on purchasing decision. Keywords—consumer behavior; self-esteem; marketing mix; purchasing decision; online shopping

North Kalimantan became a province in 2012. This relatively newly established province experienced a shortage of rice supply of 28.79 thousand tons / year. To overcome this, the Provincial Government of North Kalimantan brought rice from other provinces and carried out a diversification program for food sources of carbohydrates, namely breadfruit. Breadfruit production in the province reached 167.00 tons but the level of production of these plants in the city of Tarakan has decreased since 2013. This study aims to analyze the suitability of land to the growth of breadfruit plants in Tarakan City. The study was conducted in February 2019 in Juata Kerikil Village, Tarakan Utara District, Tarakan City, North Kalimantan Province. The research method was carried out by the field survey method by taking 2 soil samples and laboratory analysis. Observation of the sample is carried out at the top and bottom of soil layers. The parameter measured is the land suitability parameter. The results of the analysis show that the soil in the city of Tarakan is unsuitable land (N) with the soil texture and soil depth limiting factors.

Potensi usaha kecil perlu dikembangkan guna meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat miskin dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Perkotaan (P2KP) adalah salah satu program pemerintah yang dimaksudkan sebagai pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas prosedur penyaluran dan efektivitas pengelolaan dana bergulir yang diterima masyarakat miskin di daerah pinggiran. Pengambilan contoh dilakukan secara acak sebanyak 85 kelompok swadaya masyarakat, pada kelurahan Pancoran Mas Depok. Efektivitas prosedur penyaluran dana dianalisis berdasarkan skor kepuasan sampel sedangkan efektivitas pengelolaan dana dianalisis berdasarkan loans at risk, portofolio at risk, cost covarage, return on investment. Pada umumnya kelompok swadaya masyarakat merasa puas dengan prosedur penyaluran dana yang baik. Efektivitas pengelolaan dana termasuk pada kategori minimum , hal ini dipengaruhi oleh tidak lancarnya tingkat pengembalian dana.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa ketersediaan dan kebutuhan pangan yangberasal dari daging dan ikan pada tahun 2007. Penelitian ini juga digunakan untukmengevaluasi dampak positif perdagangan ternak dan ikan terhadap pedagang,masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini meliputi 5 wilayah DKI Jakartadan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kuisioner disebarkanpada 120 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap hari di DKI Jakarta terdapat supply telur,ayam, daging sapi dan ikan mas masing-masing 421.090 kg, 318.293 kg, 224.508 kg,and 30.054 kg. Cadangan bahan pangan tersebut terhadap konsumsinya adalahsekitar 11% sampai 16% untuk daging sapi dan ikan mas. Untuk ayam mencapai43,25%. This research is intended to measure participation of inhabitants in supporting Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Perkotaan (P2KP). The research as well is intended to identify the unfulfill indicators as research instrument is questionnaire, which was distributed to 81 respondents. Respondents are them who received revolving fund from P2KP. Further, data was analyzed using statistics methods, namely descriptive statistics. Result shows that all indicators are scored above 60%, with mean value is 72.89%. It can be implied that inhabitants participation level in Kelurahan Pancoran Mas can be categorized as active.Key words : P2KP, inhabitants participation, revolving fund.

Potensi internet sebagai media perdagangan dan pemasaran akhir-akhir ini sedang ramai dibicarakan, pembicaraan ini menghasilkan pandangan yang baru, yaitu perdagangan elekronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan,word of mouth dan loyalitas pelanggan tehadap niat pembelian kembali serta variabel manakah yang berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pada 150 pelanggan bukalapak.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama kualitas pelayanan,word of mouth dan loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh pada niat pembelian kembali di situs jual beli online bukalapak.com. Loyalitas Pelanggan merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap niat pembelian kembali. The study aimed to analyze the influence of financial ratios such as Capital AdequacyRatio (CAR), BOPO, Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Loanto Deposit Ratio (LDR) on bank performance which is measured by Return on Asset(ROA). Data used is financial statements of 10 commercial banks during the years 2008-2011 with largest assets in Indonesia. This financial statement has been audited by BankIndonesia. Analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that thefinancial performance (ROA) is influenced by market risks (NIM) and liquidity (LDR).Key Words: financial ratio, financial performance, commercial bank, risk market,liquidity risk

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya tingkat partisipasimasyarakat dalam mendukung kegiatan ekonomi Program PenanggulanganKemiskinan di Perkotaan (P2KP) dan mengetahui indikator yang belum terpenuhioleh masyarakat sebagai wujud partisipasinya. Data yang digunakan berupakuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada 81 orang responden yang menerima dana bergulirP2KP. Data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkansemua indikator bernilai di atas 60%, dan hasil rata-rata lima indikator yangdigunakan 72.89%. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat partisipasimasyarakat Kelurahan Pancoran Mas cukup aktif.

Menjadi seorang ibu merupakan salah satu fase terpenting dalam sepanjang kehidupan wanita yang menuntut banyak perubahan. Perubahan-perubahan yang kompleks memberikan konsekuensi psikologis pada ibu primipara seperti stres dan depresi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan self-compassion dalam diri ibu sebagai penyangga untuk menyesuaikan diri menjalani peran barunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan dukungan sosial dan self-compassion pada ibu primipara. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala, yaitu self-compassion scale (SCS) dan postpartum social support questionare (PSSQ). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 243 ibu primipara dengan kriteria sampel yaitu ibu yang berusia 20-40 tahun, tinggal bersama suami, tidak ada kelahiran kembar, tidak pernah mengalami keguguran, kondisi anak dalam keadaan normal dengan rentang usia anak 1-24 bulan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan self-compassion pada ibu primipara.

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on people's spending behavior. Online shopping is an option. On the other hand, business people take advantage of this phenomenon with various marketing strategies. How to choose a marketplace that sells good quality products at low prices is an interesting study to research. The research was conducted on 10 marketplaces. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical tool used in this study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results showed that the marketplace with the best products was Zalora. The marketplace with the lowest price is Rarali.com. The marketplace with the most interesting promotions is occupied by Blibli. The marketplace with the best product quality, fairly low prices, and attractive promotions is occupied by Lazada.
