A culture of mutual service has a positive and significant effect on leadership style at the BNNP in East Kalimantan. The test results showed a regression coefficient of 0.792 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational productivity at the BNNP in East Kalimantan. The analysis results showed a t-value of 2.117 with a significance level of 0.037 (<0.05). Leadership style partially mediates the effect of a culture of mutual service on organizational productivity. The Sobel test results indicate a significant indirect effect of a culture of mutual service on organizational productivity through leadership style.

Abstract

The expected objectives of this study are to solve the following problems: To determine the effect of career development through certification on the work spirit of Polri educators, To determine the effect of the quality of certification implementation on the work spirit of Polri educators and To determine the effect of career development through certification (X1) and the quality of certification implementation simultaneously on work spirit. This is proven by the results of the partial test (t test) which shows a t-count value of 2.923 which is greater than the t-table of 1.995 at a significance level of 0.05, the quality of certification implementation has a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Polri educators. The results of the partial test (t test) show a t-count value of 2.252 which is greater than the t-table of 1.995. Career development through certification and the quality of certification implementation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Polri educators. This is demonstrated by the results of the simultaneous test (F test), with an F-value of 13.988, which is greater than the F-table of 2.71, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the two independent variables jointly contribute significantly to improving the work morale of Polri educators. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0.233, meaning that 23.3% of the variation in work morale of Polri educators can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 76.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Loading and unloading activities involve a high risk of accidents, particularly in the operation of wheel loaders, bulldozers, and ship cranes, thus requiring strengthened occupational safety and health (OSH/K3) competence and optimal equipment maintenance. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of OSH knowledge and heavy equipment maintenance for ship-based loading and unloading on hazard control and its implications for occupational safety at the work area of PT Puradika Bongkar Muat Makmur Laut Taboneo, South Kalimantan. The study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 53 wheel loader and bulldozer operators (organic employees) and 50 ship crane operators (subcontract workers), totaling 103 respondents using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and OSH report documentation, and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results indicate that OSH knowledge and heavy equipment maintenance have a positive and significant effect on hazard control, with equipment maintenance showing the most dominant influence. Furthermore, OSH knowledge, equipment maintenance, and hazard control have positive and significant effects on occupational safety, both directly and indirectly through hazard control as a mediating variable. These findings highlight that improved risk understanding, effective condition monitoring, and the implementation of technical controls contribute to reducing workplace accident potential in loading and unloading operations. The study recommends enhancing emergency response training through simulation-based programs, strengthening digital-based spare parts management systems, and optimizing engineering controls in the work area to minimize risks. In addition, reinforcing behavior-based safety programs and conducting periodic safety evaluations are essential to reduce accident rates and property damage. These strategies are expected to improve occupational safety performance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Program to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Points 3 (Healthy and Prosperous Life) and Point 4 (Quality Education) in Jayapura City. The MBG Program is a local government policy focused on meeting the nutritional needs of students to improve health and support the learning process. This study used a qualitative literature review approach, drawing on books, government publications, research findings, and published articles. The results highlight that the MBG program has been well implemented in Jayapura City and has had a positive impact on improving student nutritional status, as well as school attendance and concentration. These results support the achievement of SDGs Points 3 and 4. However, several challenges remain in its implementation, such as budget constraints, uneven food distribution, and a lack of supporting infrastructure. Therefore, improved coordination between sectors, increased resource allocation, and ongoing evaluation are needed to ensure the program's effectiveness.

Abstract

Financial well-being has become a strategic concern in household finance, MSME development, and inclusive growth, especially in emerging economies where financial access often grows faster than financial capability. This study conducts a systematic literature review to examine how financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial experience, and financial behavior shape financial well-being through the mediating role of local culture-based investment decisions among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Guided by a PRISMA-based review logic, this article integrates Behavioral Finance Theory, the Theory of Planned Behavior, and Socio-Cultural Theory to explain financial well-being as a culturally embedded outcome of knowledge, access, experience, behavior, and investment judgment. Based on 33 selected studies, the review identifies four dominant streams: financial capability and literacy, financial inclusion and digital access, behavioral finance and investment decision-making, and socio-cultural embeddedness in financial well-being. The synthesis shows that local culture-based investment decisions serve as a contextual bridge between modern financial systems and community-based economic values. This review contributes an integrative framework for future MSME research and offers practical implications for culturally grounded financial literacy, inclusive finance, and investment assistance programs.
