Mental health is an emotional, psychological, and socially healthy state seen from satisfying interpersonal relationships. Effective behavior and coping, positive self-concept, and emotional stability. The methods used are quantitative methods, descriptive design of correlations and cross sectional approaches with stratified random sampling techniques obtained by 169 respondents. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 59.8% of respoden had a good knowledge of mental health and 42% of the respondents' mental health attitudes were negative. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square showed a knowledge relationship with adolescent mental health attitudes at SMKN Wonosalam (p value 0.018).Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Mental Health, Adolescents.

Abstract

Motor development is related to nutritional status, optimal nutrition affects the physical growth of cell proliferation. Malnutrition will affect the development of children where the proportion of body structure becomes inappropriate for their age and interferes with the development of other aspects, one of which is fine motor development. This study used an analytical survey research design with a cross sectional approach with the aim of knowing the relationship between nutritional status and fine motor development. The population and sample in this study were 36-42 months old children in PAUD Tarbiyatush Shibyan, Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District, amounting to 36 children with a total sampling technique. This study uses a weight scale instrument to measure body weight in determining the nutritional status of children with the criteria of Weight based on Age and KPSP (Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan) observation sheet to measure children's fine motor development. Data analysis with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis on two variables that are suspected to be correlated. Chi Square test was performed. Chi Square test results obtained p Value = 0.004 <0.05 which indicates that there is a relationship between nutritional status and fine motor development in PAUD Tarbiyatush Shibyan, Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District. Midwife coordinates with the teaching staff/teachers in the school to monitor progress and continuous stimulation.

Abstract

Post-SC mothers will usually experience a lack of self-care such as maintaining post-SC wound hygiene, breast care and early mobilization. The lack of self-care hygiene is caused by the presence of post-SC pain which can affect the physical activity that will be carried out on the mother, the lack of education during the short treatment. The purpose of this article is to determine the types of self-care interventions for self-care in post-SC mothers. In this article, we use Arksey and O'Melley models in analyzing. The literature sources used are through online databases, Science Direct, Pubmed, Google Scholar from 2017 to 2021. Identification and analysis using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis for Scooping Review (PRISMA-SR). From the results of 5 articles that were analyzed, this article has summarized the types of self-care and education interventions used for self-care in post-SC mothers, including; early mobilization of post sectio caesarea with surgical wound healing, early mobilization with the level of independence of post sectio caesarea patients, knowledge of post-sectio caesarea (SC) wound care with the level of patient independence, communication, information, education (IEC) with mother's motivation in doing early mobilization post sectio caesarea, postpartum education with booklet media for mothers after sectio caesarea.

Abstract

Background: Breast milk is the best food for newborns until the age of 2 years, but many breastfeeding mothers have difficulty breastfeeding and cause anxiety, stress, and depression. This condition causes the growth of the hormone oxytocin to be slow so that the milk production does not go smoothly. Objective: developing the application of virtual reality (VR) glasses as oxytocin relaxation therapy to increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers. Method: the method used was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. Results: This research involved respondents with the criteria; breastfeeding mothers with an age range of 20-35 years, the majority of whom have higher education, most of whom work. The results show that there is a difference in the average before and after treatment with VR glasses, namely the average before treatment was 57.11 with an SD of 13,546, the average after treatment was 73.55 with an SD of 9.921. Statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p<) with a difference in the average value of 11.44. The conclusion is that postpartum mothers who are breastfeeding are comforted by the application of audio-visual, thereby stabilizing the increase in the hormone oxytocin which acts as an increase in breast milk production.

Abstract

Achievement of optimal height and weight of toddlers in their growth is very necessary to improve and determine the quality of human resources in the future. Many factors affect this achievement, one of which is external factors, namely family characteristics (mother's age, family income, mother's employment status, mother's education and number of children). This study aims to determine the achievement of children's height and weight based on family characteristics (mother's age, family income, mother's employment status, mother's education and number of children). This type of research is an analytic survey, with a cross sectional observation design. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The sample size in this study was 45 respondents. This research was conducted in January-March 2022. Statistical analysis used in this study was the Pearson Chi-square test.Based on the results of statistical tests, the correlation coefficient table shows that the mother's age, p value = 0.242, mother's education level, p = 0.018, number of children, p = 0.552, mother's work status, p = 0.183, and family income, p = 0.022. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between mother's education level and family income with the achievement of toddler height and weight, there is no relationship between maternal age, number of children and mother's work status with achievement of toddler height and weight. It is recommended to mothers who have toddlers to pay more attention and monitor the growth process of their children.

Abstract

Flour albus is one of three women's problems that were originally considered a common problem but eventually become severe and even cause infection. The problem of this research was the high incidence of pathological flour albus. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in pathological flour albus before and after administration of basil leaf infusion (in women of childbearing age (WUS) at Independent Midwifery Practice Ny. Aida Hartatik, S.ST Dlanggu-Deket-Lamongan. This research applied pre-experimental research design with one-group pre-test-post-test-design approach. The population was all women of childbearing age who experienced flour albus at BPM Ny. Aida Hartatik, S.ST in February-June 2019. The samples were twenty-five women obtained by incidental sampling. The research variables were pathological flour albus and treatment with basil leaf infusion. The data were taken by interview and observation. Then, the data were analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank statistical test with a significant level of = 0.05. The results showed that 64% of women of childbearing age before being given basil leaves increased while 72% of women of childbearing age after being given basil leaf infusion decreased. There were differences in pathological flour albus before and after infusion of basil leaves in women of childbearing age with Z=-2,800 and p=0,000. In addition to being given basil leaf infusion (Ocimum Sanctum L), another effort to overcome this problem is through the participation of health workers in providing early information about the prevention and treatment of pathological flour albus.
