Abstract

Negara dengan jumlah populasi masyarakat muslim paling besar di dunia adalah Indonesia, dengan 87,20 persen masyarakat muslim. Karena mayoritas penduduk adalah Muslim, mereka wajib membayar zakat dan harus diberi kesempatan terbaik untuk menerimanya. Sebenarnya, pembayaran zakat di Indonesia masih jauh dari potensinya. Potensi Zakatnya tahun 2020 senilai 327,6 Triliun Rupiah tapi baru terealisasi senilai 71,4 Triliun Rupiah atau 21,7%. Dalam sejarah zakat di Indonesia, pengelolaan zakat masih dilakukan secara manual. Artinya wajib zakat atau muzaki memberikan zakat dengan cara membayar zakat langsung kepada pemegang hak. Ini membuat pengirimannya sederhana, cepat dan langsung. Tujuan peneliti agar mengukur dampak Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Zakat, Transparansi, dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern terhadap Akuntabilitas Keuangan. Teknik penelitian memakai sampel Pegawai, Satuan Audit Internal dan Muzzaki BAZNAS Provinsi Jambi. Jumlah populasi penelitiannya sebanyak 8.064 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 98 orang dan teknik dipakai yakni purposive sampling yaitu mengidentifikasi sampel dalam keputusan pengambilan sampel  tertentu. Teknik analisis data memakai regresi linier berganda. Penelitian yang didapat dengan cara parsial (Uji T) melihatkan adalah variabel Standar Akuntansi Zakat, Transparansi dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan kepada tanggung jawab keuangan. Hasil penelitian serentak (uji F) melihatkan adalah Standar Akuntansi Zakat (X1), Transparansi (X2) dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (X3) berpengaruh signifikan kepada Akuntabilitas Keuangan (Y). Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) melihatkan adalah variabel Standar Akuntansi Zakat (X1), Transparansi (X2) dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (X3) semuanya berhubungan dengan Akuntabilitas Keuangan (Y).

Abstract

The objective of this study was to ascertain the impact of word-of-mouth and internet marketing on Cake House customers' purchasing decisions. Pekanbaru souvenir shopping by Widya. The independent variables are digital marketing (X1) and word of mouth (X2), while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). This study employs a descriptive and quantitative methodology. The participants included in this research were all customers of Cake House by Wizya Souvenir Shopping Pekanbaru. An incidental sampling strategy was used to choose 100 respondents for the sample. The data used in this study was gathered by the administration of questionnaires, which were then analyzed statistically using the SPSS software. Digital marketing influences purchase decisions, as does word of mouth; both digital marketing and word of mouth influence buy decisions at Cake House by Widya Souvenir Shopping Pekanbaru, according to the findings of this research.

Abstract

Maksud dilakukannya kegiatan ini untuk mencari dampak harga dan kepercayaan konsumen pada fluktuasi niat masyarakat membeli pada Startup Tokopedia di Kecamatan Bantargebang Kota Bekasi. Menariknya penelitian ini karena ditengah maraknya pembelanjaan online di Indonesia dimana salah satunya dilayani oleh Tokopedia yang merupakan startup dengan jumlah pengunjung nomor dua sampe kuartal kedua tahun 2023. Diantara banyaknya Startup yang muncul, untuk masyarakat Kecamatan Bantargebang faktor apa saja yang lebih mengarahkan konsumen untuk memutuskan menggunakan Startup yang ada. Setiap Bisnis Startup berusahan memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan pada pengunjung dengan memberikan potongan harga atau pengiriman barang yang cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2023 dengan jumlah populasi tidak diketahui. Untuk menetapkan jumlah sampel disebabkan jumlah populasi tidak bisa diperkirakan, maka digunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan koefisien alpha 7% diperoleh sampel 196 responden. Metode analisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS. Sebelum diregres, dipastikan data dan pemodelan yang digunakan sudah tepat agar dalam proses analisa berikutnya tidak mengalami kendala. Untuk memperoleh hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan pengujian kualitas data dan asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh harga sebesar 63,7% dan kepercayaan konsumen sebesar 56,6% terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen melalui Startup Tokopedia di Bantargebang kota Bekasi. Semua variable bebas dengan sekaligus menjadi predictor terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui startup Tokopedia di Kecamatan Bantargebang Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan menjadi indicator penyediaan layanan didalam mengimbangi harapan konsumen/nasabah. Besarnya kepedulian akan kualitas pelayanan serta peningkatan yang diterapkan perusahaan guna tercapainya kepuasan nasabah. Namun demikian masyarakat menilai kurangnya kualitas layanan bank syariah dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional. Peneliti mencoba mengkaji lebih jauh kualitas pelayanan bank BSI KCP Rimbo Bujang, guna menilai bagaimana persepsi dan sikap masyarakat muslim terhadap kualitas pelayanan bank BSI di Tebo. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan di lakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Secara keseluruhan persepsi dan sikap masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan baik atau positif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan pernyataan nasabah yang merasa puas dan senang dengan pelayanan pihak BSI, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa hal perlu di perhatikan dan tingkatkan kembali.

Abstract

PTSP (One Stop Integrated Service) is an online licensing management system that makes use of a website-based application designed to deliver administrative public service online. The goal of this research is to examine the adoption of e-services and integrated one-stop services in investment offices. The methods employed are qualitative research approaches such as interviews, documentation, and observational data collecting. The results revealed that the deployment of e-services to improve public services in Batam City DPMPTSP was extremely good. High system security by using firewalls, passwords, and email verification. Development of Digital Ecosystem through OSS or Easy PTSP Online system that can enrich user experience and support the growth of digital economy in Batam City. DPMPTSP Batam City ideally provides quality services. Efficiency on the input side of the ease of accessing the PTSP website is clear and easy to find by license applicants. At PTSP Batam City, the licensing process through the online PTSP Easy System is now fast, cheap, simple, clear, guaranteed, and at an affordable price. Increased Competitiveness of Batam City through Online Single Submission (OSS) digital system. With OSS, businesses can avoid and reduce duplication of licensing processes. Data security Online licensing and non-licensing services also guarantee not to share the applicant's personal information with other parties or sites that are not related to the service.

Abstract

The value of the money is going to decrease because of inflation, so we have to invest in an investment asset. The investment tool explored in this research is c-stock which uses financial ratios to determine whether financial ratios are correlated with stock prices in order to identify capital intensive companies. This research uses ratios such as EPS TATO ROE and asset or debt ratio to provide profitability. This study has been carried out in the case of manufacturing companies listed on IDX, using Eviews version 10 as a data processing tool. The primary sampling method was applied in this study, as it is the standard of sampling. From 2019 to 2022 the samples were six companies with research data and therefore 32 observation reports have been collected. Because of the review, it is known that (1) Profit per share emphatically affects stock costs. The meaning of 00154 demonstrates this so H1 is acknowledged. ( 2) The complete resource turnover rate essentially affects the stock cost as confirmed by the meaning of 01040 so H2 is dismissed. ( 3) Return on value emphatically affects stock cost ( ) which is demonstrated at the importance level 00390 so H3 is acknowledged. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Miso Pak Imam Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of 24 statements and the sample consisted of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Research data was collected using a questionnaire that was measured using a likert scale and processed using SPSS 26 to process data and test hypotheses. The test result in this study show that partially the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, partially the store atmosphere variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously service quality (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin hari semakin terus berkembang sehingga masyarakat harus bisa beradaptasi dengan cepat dengan perubahan tersebut. Salah satu perkembangan yang harus mulai diikuti oleh masyarakat adalah pembayaran secara tunai menjadi non tunai. Hadirnya aplikasi QRIS yang menjadi salah satu cara untuk memudahkan kegiatan transaksi pembayaran dalam kegiatan bisnis. Hal inilah yang kemudian coba diterapkan di pasar pabaeng-baeng, dimana penjual dan pembeli diharapkan bisa bertransaksi tidak lagi secara tunai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan QRIS di pasar tradisional Pa’baeng-baeng kota Makassar kurang efektif hal ini dikarenakan implementasi, efisiensi dan respon konsumen terhadap penggunaan QRIS sangat kurang. Hambatan pedagang dan pembeli dalam penggunaan QRIS adalah penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pelaku usaha serta kurang efektif dan efisien penggunaanya bagi pelaku usaha sebab pendapatan harian yang dihasilkan pedagang langsung mereka gunakan untuk membeli barang yang kosong .

Abstract

The food business has recently become something interesting and promising to do, work, creativity and research. Currently, the snack business is experiencing rapid growth, both on a national scale and on a small and medium business scale. The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence packaging and brand image have on purchasing decisions for MSME products. The research was conducted at Ibu Rina's Cassava Chip Business, which is located in Labuhan Ratu Dua Village, in the East Lampung area. The population is consumers of cassava chips made by Mrs. Rina. Sample data was obtained and collected using cluster sampling and incidental sampling techniques. The collected data using questionnaires was investigated and tested using the multiple linear regression formula using the SPSS program. Tests carried out indicate that the packaging has a positive impact. Mrs. Rina's purchase of cassava chips was not significantly influenced by brand image. Purchasing decisions are significantly influenced by packaging and brand image simultaneously. The hope is that this research will provide concrete and academic uses

Abstract

Tofu factories are one of the small and medium businesses that can be developed, because tofu products are consumed by the wider community. The tofu factory has a good role in society, apart from being able to fulfill the community's need for high-protein foodstuffs, it can also provide employment opportunities for residents around the factory. This research was conducted in one of the tofu industries where this industry is still classified as MSMEs. This research aims to analyze the tofu business in order to find out whether the business is profitable or not, as well as to examine the commercial potential of tofu with the aim that this business will not only run well but can also develop so that it has good benefits from the point of view of production, marketing and finance. This analysis uses a method by looking at non-financial and financial aspects. Non-financial aspects are production and marketing aspects and continued with financial aspects. From the production aspect, it can be concluded that this Tofu Factory is worthy of development because it has been successful in producing tofu since 2001 with a production volume of around 3000 pcs of tofu per day. If viewed from a marketing aspect, this factory can be said to be feasible because its strategic location means that this tofu factory does not need to spend too much capital in terms of marketing, word of mouth marketing is enough to make this tofu factory known to the local community. From the financial aspect, it can be concluded that the US Tofu business is worthy of development based on the speed of capital return or payback period and PI.
