Abstract

The cosmetics market in Indonesia is vast and will continue to grow every year. The large selection of local and foreign cosmetic brands in Indonesia causes customers to increasingly consider buying decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion, brand image, and halal labeling on cosmetic purchasing decisions for Muslim consumers partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is unknown, the sample in this study used purposive sampling, namely cosmetic users as many as 100 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is the correlation coefficient, regression coefficient and determination. The results of the study were obtained: 1) There is an effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions by 28.6%. 2). there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions by 36.2% 3) there is an influence of the halal label on purchasing decisions by 37.1%. and 4) There is an influence between sales promotion, brand image and halal labeling on purchasing decisions by 45%. So it can be concluded that sales promotion, brand image, and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on cosmetic purchasing decisions for Muslim consumers both partially and independently.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and investigation the effect of the village official competence, the organizational commitment of the village government, and also transparency on the accountability of village fund management through the performance of the village government. The sample study all village official in Kuok District, Kampar Regency, totaling 83 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis and the data analysis tool uses Smart PLS. The research results show that the competence of village official has a significant effect on the performance of the village government, organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of the village government, transparency in village financial management has no significant effect on the performance of the village government. Village government performance has a significant effect on the accountability of village financial management, competence has a significant effect on accountability of village financial management, organizational commitment has significant effect on accountability of village financial management, and transparency has no significant on accountability of village financial management. Competence has a significant effect on the accountability of village financial management through the performance of the village government

Abstract

Regional Drinking Water Company Owned Business Entity which provides clean Water Company for the public of Kampar Regency. Providing services to the community requires maximum employee performance so that community satisfaction is achieved. This study aims to identify and analyze the direct influence of leadership and the work environment on employee performance, to identify and analyze the indirect influence of leadership and the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction, and to identify and analyze the influence of satisfaction on employee performance. The sample study are all employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company Company of Kampar Regency, totaling 76 people. The analysis method using the SEM obtained through the Smart PLS. The findings are: 1) there is no significant direct influence of leadership variables on employee performance. 2) The work environment has a direct and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Leadership is proven to have a significant indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. 4) The work environment is proven to have a significant indirect influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

To improve results or exhibit exemplary organizational citizenship behavior while at work, PT Sentosa Prima Utama naturally expects that every employee would be engaged, satisfied in his job, and dedicated to the success of the business. The study's goal is to ascertain whether factors like intrinsic drive, job contentment, and loyalty to the company have any bearing on the level of corporate citizenship practiced by PT Sentosa Prima Utama's employees. The population is the number of security officers at PT Sentosa Prima Utama 342, and the sample size 184 is determined using the slovin formula method, primary data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, secondary data obtained through journal articles; data related to research problems. Data may be gathered from a variety of different places, including surveys, interviews, and observations conducted by researchers, and papers published in scholarly journals. The study's findings suggested that elements including motivation, job happiness, and organizational commitment can have both a partial and simultaneous impact on PT Sentosa Prima Utama employees' demonstrations of corporate citizenship.

Abstract

PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa as a company in Batam City which is engaged in the sale of building materials. In this case PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa feels the intense competition in the field of building materials. The strategy of each company is different so that it will become a characteristic and competitive advantage for every building materials company. Therefore, PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa must be able to compete with similar companies. The strategy used by PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa to satisfy consumers by covering attractiveness, direct marketing and security. The purpose of this research is to find out how attractiveness, direct marketing and security can influence consumer satisfaction at PT. Bina Mulia Mighty. The method uses descriptive and quantitative, with a population of 211, the sample is based on the slovin formula with a total of 138 respondents and can use probability sampling with the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques through data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing and hypothesis testing. The findings of the research results can be concluded that attractiveness, direct marketing and security can have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. Bina Mulia Mighty.

Abstract

This research can provide a goal to analyze how brand image, advertising attractiveness and brand trust can have a partial or simultaneous influence on the intention to buy tissue brand Multi in Batam City. This type of research can use a type of research which is a type of descriptive with quantitative research methods, the population used is a buyer of tissue brand Multi in the city of Batam, totaling 101 respondents with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. In the data analysis method, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), t test and f test can be used. Based on the research findings, there is a relationship between brand image and purchase intention which can be concluded from the results of the t test, namely 3.184 > t table 1.984. These results show a positive value and have a significance of 0.002 <0.05. There is a relationship between advertising attractiveness and buying interest which can be concluded from the results of the t test, namely 7.077 > t table 1.984. These results show a positive value and have a significance of 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between brand trust and purchase intention which can be concluded from the results of the t test, namely 3.299 > t table 1.984. These results show a positive value and have a significance of 0.001 <0.05. Simultaneous test results produce a value of 102.121 > f table 2.70, namely a positive and significant score of 0.000 <0.05. According to research findings, brand image, advertising attractiveness and brand trust as a whole have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy tissue brand Multi in Batam City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to anayze the influence of work discipline, safety and heath partialy and simultaneously on the work of employees of PT. JMS Batam. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is al employees in Burret PA in 2022 at PT. JMS Batam has 160 employees. Determining the number of samples using saturated samples from the entire population and the sampling technique using incidenta sampling so that the number of questionnaires returned was 120 questionnaires, thus the sample used in this study totaed 120 samples. This study shows conclusively that: (1) Work discipline partialy has a significant effect on employee work productivity, with a t count of 8.216 > 1.980 from t table and obtains a significance vaue of 0.00 <0.05. (2) Occupationa safety and heath partialy have a significant effect on employee work productivity, with a t count of 5.995 > 1.980 from t table and obtain a significance vaue of 0.00 <0.05. (3) Work discipline, occupationa safety and heath simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity, with a caculated f vaue of 103.291 > 3.09 from ftable and obtain a significance vaue of 0.00 <0.05. (4) The magnitude of the influence of work discipline, occupationa safety and heath on the work productivity of employees of PT. JMS Batam by 0.764 or 76.4%. and the remaining 23.6% is explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify and evaluate the impact of training on employee performance at PT OSI Electronics Batam, to identify and evaluate the impact of work motivation on performance, and to identify and evaluate the impact of training and work discipline on employee performance. In this study, an associative technique was applied. 228 employees of PT OSI Electronics Batam made up the study's population, and 145 were chosen as the study's sample from the total using the Slovin formula. In this study, questionnaires, document analyses, and interview approaches were employed to collect data (questionnaires). The Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination are data analysis methods used in research. processing data. Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah guna memahami peran profitabilitas (ROE), likuiditas (CR), serta pertumbuhan perusahaan dalam menentukan nilai pasar perusahaan disektor perbankan yang tercatat di BEI. Populasi kajian ini terdiri dari 46 lembaga keuangan, dan sampel diambil sebanyak 27 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan jenis datanya adalah data kuantitatif. Data laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang digunakan pada periode 2019-2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan analisis koefisien determinan (R2) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan, Likuiditas (Current ratio) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan, Pertumbuhan perusahaan (Growth Asset) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan, Profitabilitas, likuiditas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effects of each variables, namely ease of use, brand image, and Word of mouth on customer loyalty in which the decision to use services becomes an intervening variable. Based on previous research still said to be the supporting theory put forward by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research associative research. In this study, researched used non probability sampling techniques because researchers didn’t know the total number of members of the population studied. While the sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. While the population is all users of Maxim transportation in Batam City, the sample is 100 consumers of Maxim transportation users in Tiban Indah District, Batam City, with data analyses techniques used path analysis. The data processing used path analyses, its proven that ease of use, brand image and Word of mouth have no effect on customers loyalty for Maxim's online transportation services. On the results of the t test that partially Ease of use and brand image have no effects on customer loyalty, while Word of mouth has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
