(Interview with grandson Inyiak Upiak Palatiang, Fardizal, 20.00WIB, Padang Panjang, January 8, 2017). Inyiak Upiak Palatiang is a Minangkabau martial arts master, when he is 100 years old, he is still active in preserving and preserving the art of Minangkabau culture, even being a teacher of silek tuo (old martial arts), He is also known as a reliable kicker with various dendang creations besides Inyiak Upiak Palatiang also likes to play art Randai tradition. Based on the explanation of the greatness of Inyiak Upiak Palatiang, pengkarya plans to lift it into a musical masterpiece of the archipelago that will be titled "Inyak Upiak Palatiang", with the reason of the name of Inyiak Upiak Palatiang already representing what he cared for during his life. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the transformation of the Ronggeng Pasaman performance of the Ganto Saroha group in Duo Koto District, Pasaman Regency. Ronggeng Pasaman is a performance art consisting of pantun, joget, and music, especially in Simpang Tonang, Pasaman, West Sumatra. The form of the Ronggeng Pasaman show is combining bouncing skills while dancing to the accompaniment of violin and drum music. The show starts at night, and ends until early morning. Currently Ronggeng Pasaman has undergone a transformation, people, especially young people, are less interested and begin to leave their regional arts, so the Ronggeng Pasaman show is rarely displayed. There was anxiety from the artists themselves, then initiatives emerged to attract the attention of the people. So it formed the Ronggeng Pasaman Ganto Saroha group, with the addition of keyboard music instruments in the show. Unlike the Pasaman Ronggeng Performance in general, the Ganto Saroha group does not show male singers with female appearance, but rather singers are real women or men. This study uses qualitative methods, is analytic description, observant participants. The results showed that the transformation carried out by the artists, made the Ronggeng Pasaman performance of the Ganto Saroha group well received and in great demand by all people in Pasaman, and was fully supported by the local government.Keywords : Form Transformation, Pasaman Ronggeng Performance, Ganto Saroha GroupAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transformasi bentuk pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman grup Ganto Saroha di Kecamatan Duo Koto, Kabupaten Pasaman. Ronggeng Pasaman merupakan seni pertunjukan? terdiri dari pantun, joget, dan musik, khususnya terdapat di Simpang Tonang, Pasaman, Sumatera Barat. Bentuk pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman adalah menggabungkan keahlian berpantun sambil menari dengan iringan musik biola dan gendang. Pertunjukan dimulai pada malam hari, dan berakhir hingga menjelang pagi. Saat ini Ronggeng Pasaman telah mengalami transformasi, masyarakat khususnya anak muda kurang meminati dan mulai meninggalkan kesenian daerahnya, sehingga pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman jarang ditampilkan. Terdapat keresahan dari diri seniman, kemudian muncul inisiatif untuk menarik kembali perhatian masyarakatnya. Sehingga dibentuk grup Ronggeng Pasaman Ganto Saroha, dengan penambahan instrument musik keyboard dalam pertunjukannya. Beda dengan Pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman? pada umumnya, grup Ganto Saroha tidak menampilkan penyanyi laki-laki berpenampilan perempuan, melainkan penyanyi adalah perempuan atau laki-laki sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, bersifat deskripsi analitik, partisipan observan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi yang dilakukkan para seniman, membuat pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman grup Ganto Saroha diterima dengan baik ?dan diminati semua kalangan masyarakat Pasaman, dan? didukung penuh oleh pemerintahan setempat.Kata kunci : Transformasi Bentuk, Pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman, Grup Ganto Saroha

AbstractDoodle is an activity that anyone can do it. This scribbling/doodling activity is often referred to as doodle. Lots of people who knowingly or unknowingly ever made a doodle. Doodle can be a beautiful work of art? and bring the benefits to those who diligently it. But there is a problem for the doodle maker, it?s the artwork that usually does not have character. That's because lack of information and knowledge about Doodle. Books about doodles are widely circulating in the market, but the problem is the Information & Knowlegde of Doodle Books stiil not available yet. Therefore an Illustration Book Design ?Just Do(odle) it!? was created which aims to introduce and provide information and knowledge about doodle for the wider society.Keywords : Doodle, Design of Doodle Illustration Book, Media Promotion?AbstrakMencoret adalah sebuah kegiatan yang bisa dilakukan oleh siapapun. Kegiatan mencoret ini sering disebut juga dengan ?doodle?. Banyak sekali orang yang secara sadar ataupun tidak pernah membuat doodle. Doodle dapat menjadi sebuah bentuk karya seni yang indah dan mendatangkan keuntungan bagi yang menekuninya. Tetapi ada problema yang sebenarnya terdapat pada pembuat doodle yaitu karya yang biasanya tidak memiliki karakter, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan tentang doodle. Abstract

AbstractGlass Shoes drama musical is an alternative whose made by director for attract the public's attention to watching theatrical performances. Based on facts found in the field, the theater has now lost its audience. Therefore, theater artist must make a new breakthrough in giving understanding to the audience, through the work he created. Musical dramas that carry children's tales are based on the importance of providing educational values to character formation. The combination of music, dance and vocals will provide different sensations and provide entertainment for the audience. Koreo and songs created based on the script will convey a sense that is not conveyed by words. This relates to a musical drama featuring three main objects, namely dialogue, dance and singing. The making of dances and songs is done carefully and intensely so as not to stick to one another. The Glass Shoes drama musical uses mobile settings that can be moved and moved quickly as needed. Penyesuaian video art di setiap adegan dapat memberikan visual yang menarik . perpaduan antara setting mobile dan video art serta unsur lainnya akan mewujudkan multi disiplin ilmu yang sejalan. Adjustment of video art in each scene can provide interesting visuals. a combination of mobile settings and video art and other elements will realize multi-disciplines that are in line. The Glass Shoes drama musical using the method from Bertold Brecht will flavor the storyline during the show. The purpose of using the method of Bertold Brecht is to make the audience aware and give a break so that the audience can immediately digest the content delivered in the show. This method is in line with the desire of the worker who has entertainment concepts in the show.Keywords : Musical Drama, V-Effect, MontageAbstrakDrama musikal Sepatu Kaca merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dibuat pengkarya untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat untuk menonton pertunjukan teater. Sesuai dengan fakta yang dialami pengkarya serta data dari sumber lain yang menyatakan bahwa teater telah mengalami penurunan penikmat. Oleh sebab itu seniman teater harus melakukan terobosan dalam memahami kebutuhan penonton dalam karyanya. Drama musikal yang mengusung dongeng anak-anak didasari oleh kepentingan memberikan nilai-nilai edukatif pada pembentukan karakter. Paduan musik , tarian serta vokal akan memberikan sensasi yang berbeda dan memberikan hiburan bagi para penontonnya. Koreo dan lagu yang diciptakan berdasarkan naskah akan menyampaikan rasa yang tidak tersampaikan oleh kata kata. Hal ini berhubungan dengan drama musikal yang menampilkan? tiga objek pokok yaitu dialog, tarian dan nyanyian. Pembuatan tarian dan nyanyian dilakukan dengan? seksama dan intens agar tidak menempel? satu sama lain. Drama musikal Sepatu Kaca menggunakan setting mobile yang bisa digeser dan dipindahkan secara cepat sesuai kebutuhan. Penyesuaian video art di setiap adegan dapat memberikan visual yang menarik . perpaduan antara setting mobile dan video art serta unsur lainnya akan mewujudkan multi disiplin ilmu yang sejalan. Drama muskal sepatu kaca menggunakan metode dari Bertold Brecht akan membumbui jalan cerita selama pertunjukan. Tujuan dari penggunaan metode dari Bertold Brecht adalah untuk menyadarkan penonton dan memberi jeda agar penonton bisa langsung mencerna isian yang disampaikan dalam pertunjukan. Metode ini selaras dengan keinginan pengkarya yang mempunyai kosep hiburan dalam pertunjukan.Kata kunci : Drama musikal, V-Effect, Montage

Abstract

AbstractGovernment innovation by presenting prepaid electricity services or better known as "smart electricity" with the aim of improving service to the community. PLN introduces prepaid electricity services that can regulate and check electricity usage alone, but some people are reluctant to use prepaid electricity because it is considered more wasteful and more expensive than electricity with a postpaid payment system.The design of the Smart Way to Save Electricity Prepaid Campaign aims to invite the community and change the negative stigma that exists in the community about prepaid electricity itself. The results of this design turned out that when the design of this campaign was exhibited to the public, not a few people responded, even many of them only knew using or consuming it, without thinking about savings. From these results it can be concluded that the campaign and socialization of energy savings were very important and responded positively by the community.Keywords : Campaign, Savings, Prepaid ElectricityAbstrakInovasi Pemerintah dengan menghadirkan pelayanan listrik prabayar atau yang lebih dikenal dengan ?listrik pintar? dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. PLN memperkenalkan layanan listrik prabayar yang bisa mengatur sekaligus mengecek pemakaian listrik sendiri, namun sebagian orang enggan menggunakan listrik prabayar karena dianggap lebih boros dan lebih mahal dibandingkan listrik dengan sistem pembayaran pascabayar.Perancangan Kampanye Cara Pintar dalam Berhemat Listrik Prabayar ini bertujuan untuk mengajak masyarakat serta mengubah stigma negatif yang ada di masyarakat tentang listrik prabayar itu sendiri. Hasil dari perancangan ini ternyata saat perancangan kampanye ini dipamerkan ke publik, tidak sedikit masyarakat yang merespon, bahkan banyak diantaranya yang hanya tau menggunakan atau mengkonsumsi saja, tanpa memikirkan penghematan. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kampanye serta sosialisasi tentang penghematan energi ternyata sangat penting dan direspon positif oleh masyarakat.Kata kunci : Kampanye, Hemat, Listrik Prabayar

Abstract

AbstractResearch title is"Building of Character Children Through Theater". This research use qualitative methode with descriptive analysis. The theater performance ?Run to the Moon? and the ?Children's Tale? is the result of observation and the director's anger toward the children in Kampung Purus (which is usually called Kampung Puruih). Children are busy with social media so there is a lack of interaction between people. The theater performance Run to the Moon and the Children's Tale is a reality that is packed into a stage event and directly involving the children as the performer. The theater performance Run to the Moon Children?s Tale can be use to build children's character, because the message of tale invite children to interact with others, diligent study and good behavior and polite. This study aims to explore the character building of children with theater performance Run to the Moon and Children's Tale using the method of Sociology of Art and Psychotherapy.Keywords : Character, Theater, and ChildAbstrakPenelitian berjudul ?Membangun Karakter Anak Melalui Teater? ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif berbentuk diskriptif analisis.Pertunjukan teater Lari ke Bulan dan Dongeng Anak merupakan hasil observasi dan keresahan sutradara terhadap anak-anak di Kampung Purus (yang biasanya disebut Kampung Puruih). Anak-anak sibuk dengan media sosial sehingga kurangnya interaksi antarsesama.Pertunjukan teater Larike Bulan dan Dongeng Anak adalah sebuah kenyataan yang dikemas menjadi sebuah peristiwa panggung dengan melibatkan langsung anak-anak sebagai pelakunya. Pertunjukan teater Lari ke Bulan dan Dongeng Anak dapat dijadikan sebagai media membangun karakter anak-anak, karena pesan yang disampaikan mengajak anak-anak untuk berinteraksi dengan sesama, rajin belajar serta bertingkah laku yang baik dan sopan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengupas membangun karakter anak dengan pertunjukan teater Lari ke Bulan dan Dongeng Anak menggunakan metode Sosiologi Seni dan Psikoterapi.Kata kunci : Karakter, Teater, dan Anak

Abstract

Koroegrafi titled "PETI = Dying" is the result of the interpreter's imagination and imagination in pouring ideas into the form of works about PETI or Dompeng activities. PETI or Dompeng is a mining business that is carried out by individuals, groups of people or companies with legal entities whose operations do not have permits from government agencies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Miners are supported by large investors who use heavy equipment to dredge sand and river so that it can quickly cause damage along the watershed. To purify gold, miners use mercury, then dump their waste directly into the river. Disposal of mercury poison is very severe in the upper area of Batang Tembesi. Choreography is arranged based on abstract type supported by setting and music to convey the message and impression of the dance work. The foothold in choreography departs from forms of pure motion, namely the activities of gold miners. To convey the contents of the choreography will be strengthened by seven dancers consisting of six male dancers and one female dancer. With the theme of life, who wants to convey messages and impressions to the audience about the importance of protecting natural resources and environmental preservation. The concept of this work is the result of observations of the workman, especially what happened in his personal life where the workmanship of the workman who was born and delivered in Sarolangun felt his direct impact. To visualize arable ideas into dance works.
