Abstract

The problem of drug abuse and trafficking is increasingly becoming a problem for every country worldwide, including Indonesia. DKI Jakarta, as the state capital, ranks third nationally in narcotics abuse, with a trial use prevalence rate reaching 4.9%. In this study, researchers will focus on evaluating communication programs carried out through technical guidance carried out by BNN for anti-drug activists in the educational environment. We utilized the four stages of program planning by Cutlip, Center and Broom, to get a picture of the situation, program planning and form of communication, which will elaborate further on aspects of communication evaluation based on the Yardstick evaluation model.. Abstract

This study is literature study with descriptive qualitative research with library research. This research is intended to explain the existence of science in the industrial revolution era 4.0. In this literature study, the author uses various written sources such as book, journal, and documents that are relevant to the study in this study. This study focuses on science and its existence in the industrial revolution era. The study results show that the existence of science at this time is still very much needed and has increased significantly. This is because the development of technology based on science has spread and entered the joints of aspects of human life.

Abstract

Pada UU No. 6 Pasal 96 yang mengatur tentang Desa menjelaskan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah (PEMDA) Kabupaten/Kota membagikan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) pada APBD Kabupaten/Kota setiap tahun anggaran. Observasi ini memiliki tujuan yaitu supaya dapat mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat dan kontribusi masyarakat terkait Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dan Dana Desa (DD) dalam meningkatkan pembangunan di Desa. Pada observasi ini memakai data primer dan data sekunder dari pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan adanya pelaksanaan kebijakan ADD dan DD baik faktor dari pemerintah ataupun masyarakat. Metode analisis yang dipakai pada observasi ini yaitu teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dengan skala likert. Untuk mengukur persepsi narasumber (responden) terhadap setiap variabel penelitian memakai metode statistic, yaitu metode mean (rata-rata). Untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi responden terhadap variabel-variabel penelitian memakai analisis data model interaktif dengan melakukan pengumpulan informasi, menyajikan informasi dan menarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pelaksanaan kegiata telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan, hasilnya tidak menunjukkan peningkatan infrastruktur yang signifikan karena pemerataan pembangunan infrastrukutur yang dilakukan pada beberapa titik secara merata dan bertahap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village government of Jambi luar kota in empowering rural communities in rural independence and development. As we know, The Village autonomy is genuine, round, and complete autonomy and is not a gift from the government. Instead, the government is obliged to respect the original autonomy held by the village. As a form of democracy, a village consultative body was formed in the village which functioned as a legislative and supervisory body for the implementation of village regulations, village income and expenditure budgets, and village head decisions. The village budget includes original village income, APBN allocation known as the Village Fund, part of the district/city revenue and tax, village fund allocation which is part of the balance funds received by the district/city, financial assistance from the provincial APBD and district / APBD cities, grants and non-binding donations from third parties. With so many funds for village development above, can the village government implement an independent village development and support the village development program launched by the central government or vice versa. This study was conducted using a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in Jambi Luar Kota and in Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of this study found that the empowerment of Village Communities in Self-Reliance and Development in Jambi Luar Kota District even though it has been done, the results are not yet optimal. it is due to several factors: 1). Communication Factors, 2). Organizational structure.

Abstract

This paper is to examine the implementation of community participation in the process of forming regional regulations in Mataram City. This study uses a sociological (empirical) juridical legal research method with a statutory approach and a sociological approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of community participation in the process of forming regional regulations in Mataram City using information technology channels through an application called Partner (community participation in the formation of regional regulations) based on mobile phones, is considered to be able to overcome obstacles in the manual participation process. has not been fully implemented in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, especially in fulfilling the provisions for the involvement of the community in the process of forming regional regulations which refer to Article 354 Paragraph (1), (3), (4) and (5) Law Number 23 Year 2014 regarding Regional Government as amended several times, most recently by Law Number 9 of 2015 and Article 2, 3 and Article 4 of Government Regulation Number 45 of 2017 concerning Community Participation in the Implementation of Regional Government, because the application is not supported by the legality of its utilization and human resources who manage the application. So that the implementation of community participation in the process of forming regional regulations in the City of Mataram has not been maximal and the resulting regional regulations cannot be said to have a responsive legal character.

Abstract

Increase or decrease in assets is common in a company. The increase in assets should be followed by increased financial performance. That is because assets are an important element of the company. Another important element is company liquidity. The existence of a research gap regarding factors that affect financial performance is interesting to be examined again. This study aims to determine the effect of asset growth, liquidity and asset size on financial performance. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study are all LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique with criteria for companies that enter LQ 45 and never leave the LQ 45 index during the study period. The research period starts from the release of the LQ45 index in February 2016 to the LQ45 index in January 2020. From these criteria obtained 124 companies. The analysis shows that partially asset growth, liquidity, and asset size significantly influence financial performance. Simultaneously, asset growth, liquidity and asset size significantly influence financial performance.
