Abstract

ABSTRACT Drug abuse is pathological use of drugs (outside of treatment) that has lasted for at least one month in a row and causes disruption in social, school or work functioning. The impact of drug abuse in particular is that it can lead to dependence which is difficult to cure, and even drug users tend to increase the dose they consume to meet their needs. This study aims to determine the factors that influence drug abuse and to determine abuse in terms of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. This research is empirical juridical in nature, namely an approach by looking at a legal reality in society and the method of collecting data in this study is divided into two, namely the library research method and field research methods such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results found that the factors that influence drug abuse in the Maja Polsek area are based on the results obtained that the most dominant factors causing drug abuse are personality, association and social or community. The number of drug cases that occurred in the Maja Polsek area was 19 cases and 23 suspects from the beginning of 2022, in terms of the age of suspected drug dealers and users, the productive age dominated, namely 20-29 years, 11 suspects, 10 suspects aged > 30 years and the rest are at the age of 16-19 years.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research on Pancasila philosophy as a way of life for the Indonesian nation has been conducted by Semadi (2019), Junaedi (2018), Soedarso (2006). This research aims to analyze the philosophy of Pancasila as the way of life for the Indonesian nation. This research can be classified as philosophical research, using qualitative methods as a research step and literature review as a reference source. The problem that occurs is the philosophical relationship between the state and the foundation of the Pancasila precepts as the way of life for the Indonesian nation, so we feel the need to examine it. This research has been carried out in many universities in Indonesia, but it has never been done at SMKN 7 Kota Serang. In such a case, the philosophy of Pancasila as the guideline for the Indonesian nation which is applied must be in line with the unity of the Pancasila precepts. Pancasila philosophy is considered, trusted and believed to be something (reality, norms, values) that is the most correct, fairest, wisest, best, fairest and most appropriate for the Indonesian nation. Furthermore, Pancasila as the basis of state philosophy is essentially a state spiritual principle. Where Pancasila in the administration of the State is domiciled as the source of all sources of law in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pets are animals whose lives partially or completely depend on humans for certain purposes. Humans as animal owners who keep animals are obliged to fulfill the welfare of the animals they care for. The obligations of pet owners are contained in statutory regulations. The purpose of this study is to find out how the state through applicable legal provisions provides animal rights protection for pets. Knowledge of legal protection for pets must be known and implemented by all Indonesian citizens. This research uses literature study method. The results of the research show that the law in Indonesia stipulates that all matters related to animal welfare efforts are a joint obligation between the central government, regional governments, and the community. However, legal protection for animals that are not kept by humans and live on the streets or in an open environment is not specifically regulated in the legal provisions that apply in Indonesia. Legal protection that is subject to severe sanctions is more aimed at wild animals protected by the state because their habitat is almost extinct.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to motivate student learning in class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 5 Kota Serang with a total of 30 students, while the object of this research is student motivation. the research method used is the Research And Development research method. The use of Pop Up Book teaching materials based on the Flip Builder application is used so that students can be motivated in learning, especially in PPKn subjects in the material for applying Pancasila in the context of the nation, the Flip Builder application pop up book is used so that PPKn teaching materials are more interesting and students don't feel bored when learning In class, PPKn subjects are a subject that discusses a lot about images about the nation and state, therefore PPKn requires explanations in the form of pictures and videos or animations so that students better understand PPKn subjects during class learning, to increase student learning motivation in When it comes to PPKn subjects, students must be given feedback so that learning has two-way communication and so that students can develop abilities in the classroom so that student learning is more motivated.
