Abstract

Abstract This study aims to reveal how the understanding of adult age according to applicable law in Indonesia is for students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program (PPKn) semester 1 (one) for the 2021-2022 academic year. The students in the subject of this research are aspiring teachers. Citizenship Education has the goal of making good citizens. The research method used is a case study approach to determine the extent of knowledge and understanding of legal adulthood in these students. Observations and interviews with semester 1 (one) students are to ensure the results of case study research. The implications of this legal age of adult knowledge will have an impact on understanding their rights and obligations as citizens. Students as legal subjects should know and understand the age of adulthood according to applicable law in Indonesia. This knowledge is very useful for students to protect their rights and interests in the life of the nation and state.

Abstract

Indonesian struggle since the pioneering Indonesian nationalist movement, the youth play an active role as the spearhead in delivering the nation of Indonesia is an independent, unified and sovereign. Youth has a function and a strategic role so that the need to develop the potential and its role through awareness, empowerment, and development as part of national development. Indonesia is a country with a large number of youth so that needs guidance. Youth is one of the appropriate container in building and preparing the younger generation and printing leadership cadres of our nation's future. Through various activities and programs that support employment and contribute positively to the nation's youth. including; (1) Routine Meeting, (2) Sports, (3) Spirituality, (4) Education and Training. All these activities are packed in order to print the character of the young generation intelligent leadership in thinking, strong in the physical, and noble.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pets are animals whose lives partially or completely depend on humans for certain purposes. Humans as animal owners who keep animals are obliged to fulfill the welfare of the animals they care for. The obligations of pet owners are contained in statutory regulations. The purpose of this study is to find out how the state through applicable legal provisions provides animal rights protection for pets. Knowledge of legal protection for pets must be known and implemented by all Indonesian citizens. This research uses literature study method. The results of the research show that the law in Indonesia stipulates that all matters related to animal welfare efforts are a joint obligation between the central government, regional governments, and the community. However, legal protection for animals that are not kept by humans and live on the streets or in an open environment is not specifically regulated in the legal provisions that apply in Indonesia. Legal protection that is subject to severe sanctions is more aimed at wild animals protected by the state because their habitat is almost extinct.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan warga negara dalam memecahkan masalah kehidupan maka memerlukan perubahan dengan model pembelajaran maka perlu adanya metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan Civic Skills peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan uji tes dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta didik. (1) kondisi awal Civic Skills peserta didik berdasarkan homogen berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji-t memperoleh nilai R hitung Rhitung 0,53 > 0,05 Dijadikan tolak ukur peneliti agar memperoleh hasil peningkatan Civic Skills peserta didik. (2) Peningkatan Civic Skills peserta didik yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan peserta didik yang memperoleh mooted konvensional memperoleh perbedaan yang signifikan, berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t diperoleh sig.(2tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,5 Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based learning (X) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Civic Skills Peserta didik (Y). berdasarkan kriteria pengujian tersebut dapat terlihat bahwa Civic Skills peserta didik yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) lebih tinggi dari pada peserta didik yang memperoleh model konvensional. Selanjutnya perolehan rata-rata skor again pada kelas eksperimen 0,39 Yang dikategorikan cukup efektif sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh 0,20 yang dikategorikan kurang efektif.

Abstract

Forum Pelajar Sadar Hukum dan HAM (FPSH HAM) merupakan salah satu ekstrakurikuler yang dapat dijadikan sebagai wadah untuk mengembangkan kesadaran hukum dan hak asasi manusia dalam lingkup pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peranan FPSH HAM sebagai upaya pengembangan kesadaran hukum terhadap tata tertib sekolah di SMAN 1 Kawali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Sebagian banyak peserta didik di SMAN 1 Kawali telah memiliki kesadaran hukum cukup baik terhadap tata tertib sekolah walaupun memang belum secara keseluruhan. (2) FPSH HAM SMAN 1 Kawali melakukan sosialisasi melalui media sosial, menempelkan poster di mading sekolah dan Sapa Pagi dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kesadaran hukum peserta didik terhadap tata tertib disekolah. (3) Dapat dikatakan bahwa program kerja yang dilakukan FPSH HAM SMAN 1 Kawali periode 2022/2023 ini sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun belum sebaik tahun-tahun sebelum pandemi covid-19. (4) Kendala yang dialami oleh FPSH HAM SMAN 1 Kawali yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan peserta didik terhadap FPSH HAM, kurangnya wewenang yang FPSH HAM miliki dalam mengembangkan kesadaran hukum disekolah ini dan terhambatnya program kerja FPSH HAM akibat pandemi covid-19. Adapun cara untuk mengatasinya yaitu melakukan pendekatan dan sosialisasi untuk lebih mengenalkan ekstrakurikuler mereka, melakukan kerja sama dengan pihak guru yang memiliki lebih banyak wewenang saat melakukan program kerja mereka dan melakukan pembaruan program kerja yang telah disesuaikan dengan perkembangan peserta didik sekarang.

Abstract

The role of special schools in serving and fulfilling the right to education for children with special needs is very important. special schools provide PKPBI (Development of Communication Perception Sound and Rhythm) learning materials for children with special needs. This study aims to determine the planning, constraints, and ways to overcome obstacles to the role of special schools in serving the fulfillment of the right to education for children with special needs at SLB-B Tut Wuri Handayani Bandung City. This research approach uses a qualitative research approach with a case study research method. Data collection interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, the research subjects were the principal, teachers, administration, and students with special needs. The results showed that the role of special schools in serving and fulfilling the right to education for children with special needs has been well fulfilled. Children with special needs as students also get their rights fulfilled, grants from the government that have been registered in Dapodik (Basic Education Data). Obstacles to children with special needs as students cannot get financial assistance from the government because the documents in Dapodik are incomplete. The way to overcome this is to remind parents to collect complete documents.

Abstract

As technology develops, it allows everyone, including children, to easily access social media and makes cyberbullying increasingly common. The aim of the research is to determine the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in overcoming cyberbullying in grade 11 and 12 students at Pasundan 1 Bandung High School, as well as the obstacles and ways to overcome them. The research was carried out using qualitative methods, with the theory or basis for the discussion coming from literature studies of journals, articles and books that are relevant to the research. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model with stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification using interview data objects with the Principal, Deputy Principal, Civics Teacher, Counseling Teacher, 15 students (both perpetrators and victims of cyberbullying), and a psychologist. The research results show that the teaching staff has made efforts to become educators, mentors, advisors, supervisors, role models and motivators. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by PPKn teachers are the development of science and technology which is not supported by the ability to filter information, students' social interactions, parents who are less cooperative, the ability of PPKn teachers to supervise, and the teacher's ability to control students and social media. The proposed solution is to coordinate with all teachers, including guidance and counseling teachers, approach students and check cell phones.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pemahaman domisili menurut hukum di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn). Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada calon guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang sedang menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengungkap sejauh mana pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terkait konsep domisili menurut hukum. Hasil studi kasus ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman domisili menurut hukum di kalangan mahasiswa semester 1. Implikasi dari pemahaman domisili ini sangat penting, khususnya dalam konteks hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara. Mahasiswa sebagai subjek hukum harus mampu mengintegrasikan pengetahuan ini ke dalam pemahaman hak dan kewajibannya, tidak hanya dalam konteks pendidikan, tetapi juga dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan bagi perbaikan kurikulum PPKn untuk lebih efektif mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep hukum dalam pembelajaran, memastikan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman yang kokoh dan mendalam terkait domisili sesuai dengan tuntutan masyarakat dan negara. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pembaruan kurikulum PPKn dan memberikan informasi berharga bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai konsep domisili menurut hukum di Indonesia. Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya menjelaskan bahwa film pada saat ini tidak hanya sebatas hiburan semata, melainkan jika kita gali lebih dalam lagi terdapat banyak sekali makna konotasi yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupan, dalam hal ini nilai kejujuran yang terdapat pada film Ngeri Ngeri Sedap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana makna konotasi nilai kejujuran pada film Ngeri Ngeri Sedap karya Bene Dion Rajagukguk dengan berlandaskan studi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian analisis semiotika Roland Barthes yang mengacu kepada makna konotasi yang terdapat pada film Ngeri Ngeri Sedap. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Film Ngeri Ngeri Sedap ternyata mengandung nilai-nilai Pancasila yang terdapat pada beberapa dialog film tersebut. (2) Dalam film ini, terdapat 2 (dua) indikator nilai kejujuran, yaitu tidak berbohong dan mengakui kesalahan yang ditunjukkan dalam adegan yang diperankan oleh Pak Domu dan Mak Domu. (3) Adapun, manfaat dari nilai kejujuran yang ditunjukkan dalam film ini untuk Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan ialah penerapan media pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan media visual seperti film untuk mengembangkan karakter dan perilaku peserta didik. Film saat ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pengetahuan dan pembelajaran yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupan bersosial di masyarakat. Semiotic Analysis of Pancasila Values as Representation of Honesty Value (Qualitative Study of Ngeri Ngeri Sedap Movie). This article explains that movies today are not only limited to entertainment, but if we dig deeper there are many connotation meanings that are beneficial to life, in this case the value of honesty found in the movie Ngeri Ngeri Sedap. This research aims to find out how the connotation meaning of the value of honesty in the movie Ngeri Ngeri Sedap by Bene Dion Rajagukguk based on the study of Pancasila values. This research uses a qualitative approach and the Roland Barthes semiotic analysis research method which refers to the connotation meaning contained in the Ngeri Ngeri Sedap movie. The results of this study show that: (1) Ngeri Ngeri Sedap film turns out to contain Pancasila values found in some of the film's dialogs. (2) In this film, there are 2 (two) indicators of the value of honesty, namely not lying and admitting mistakes shown in the scene played by Mr. Domu and Mak Domu. (3) Meanwhile, the benefit of the value of honesty shown in this film for Pancasila and Citizenship Education is the application of learning media that can be carried out in teaching and learning activities by utilizing visual media such as films to develop the character and behavior of students. The current movie can be used as a source of knowledge and learning that is beneficial for social life in society.
