Abstract

One way to detect psychiatric illnesses is to utilize advanced and modern technology, namely the field of study of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is able to mimic human intelligence. One part of artificial intelligence is an expert system (expert system). In general the expert system (expert system) is one of the fields of computer science that utilizes computers so that they can behave intelligently like humans. This system seeks to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. The expert system will provide a list of symptoms until they can identify the object based on the answers received. This system is intended for early diagnosis of 4 types of mental illness, namely: Schizophrenia, Psychopaths, Obsessive and Depression. The processed data is obtained from psychiatrists. and the expected outcome of this system is to be able to detect psychiatric diseases early with the help of a system in which knowledge is taken from the knowledge of a psychiatrist.

Abstract

The development of information technology is indispensable to help in the sharing of areas of life, one of which is in the field of agriculture. The use of information technology in agriculture can help a wide range of issues, especially the need to get information quickly. The farm is currently the largest community in Indonesia is rice that became staples in the country. Local rice production should be maximized by optimizing the farm itself, but problems in the cultivation of rice, one of the largest pest attacking the rice. Pest identification and handling shall be dealt with as quickly as possible in order not to experience a failed harvest.On this research designed an expert system for rice pest identification with method of bayes theorem and forward chaining to handle. The system is built to provide information on the pests of rice and penangananya on the basis of the symptoms that arise. The success of this research is 85%.

Abstract

The research outlined in this title aims to design a system that can facilitate the payment administration process. The research method used is descriptive research method. Descriptive method is a method of researching an object that aims to make a description, picture or painting in a systematic, factual and accurate manner about the facts, properties and relationships between the phenomenon under investigation. And the Waterfall system design method which in this method has the stages of Planning, Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Documentation. Finally, after analysing and discussing the problem, it was concluded that a more flexible payment administration system was needed for SMK Al-Wahdah. Due to the existing system at Al-Wahdah Vocational School, there is a lot of damage and it is not flexible

Abstract

The provision of employee reward for the best performance and achievement of duty is required to do by the organization/institution as the form of recognition and appreciation for the employees and as part of the organizational goal achievement process. This research aimed to develop a decision support system (SPK)) using TOPSIS method with PHP programming language and MySQL database to choose employees receiving rewards in Universitas Serang Raya. The data used derived from 2 groups namely educational employees consisting of lecturers and non-educational ones consisting of official employees. The criteria applied in the educational employees are 10 that are length of employment, dp3 value, percentage value of work attendance, percentage value of the lecturing attendance, value of the lecturer’s functional position, value of research deeds , value of community devotion , value of the questionnaire result by students, value of employment status, and value of sanctions. The criteria applied in the non educational employees are 5 that are length of employment, dp3 value, percentage value of work attendance, value of employment status, and value of sanctions. The result of this research is an information system program as a support decision tool for choosing employees receiving rewards

Abstract

PT. Krakatau Information Technology is a Krakatau Steel Group company based on Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Human Capital Division is a division at PT. Krakatau Information Technology has the task of providing / recruiting employees according to company needs, and this division carries out the task of accepting and guiding work practice participants in accordance with their vocational training work in the industrial worldafter the participants have attended the training for 30 days or 3 months, participants will get a certificate as a sign of carrying out industrial work practices, in the Human Resources Department, PT Kitech's division of making certificates for Industrial Work Practices activities at present is still conventional by using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Publiser software to manage certificates. The process of making certificates takes a long time to make and there are still many staff who cannot manage and print certificates properly.To overcome this problem, a system was designed that could help to do the job quickly and precisely so as to facilitate the printing of certificates. In designing this system the tools used include Flowmap, Unified Modeling Language (Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Squence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams), Relationships Between Tables, File Structures, Design of Input Output and Software used are MySQL and Web-based applications, The results of this study are the application of certificates used to facilitate the Human Capital Division in accelerating certificate printing to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV.Altra Pratama with the aim to design a system to help the CV.Altra Pratama in an effort to expand sales millionaires and facilitate consumers in purchasing. Previously they still used conventional methods or customers came directly to the store, so to make it easier in the transaction is made an application system ordering interior and exterior homes in CV.Altra Pratama, in order to maximize sales and marketing. In this study using an Android-based programming language and for terms of writing using the prototype method. This making uses Android Studio version 3.0.2 and Android SDK as API tools. Application made with java and XML programming languages.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dari tahun ke tahun yang semakin cepat dan menjadi tantangan berat bagi pengguna teknologi informasi itu sendiri. Perkembangan ini juga mendorong setiap sektor organisasi ataupun usaha baik formal maupun informal atau lembaga lainnya untuk dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai penunjang pengembangan usaha atau kinerja sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. CV. MR Lestari adalah usaha kecil menengah di bidang pembuatan dan supplier pakaian dan aksesoris. Penulis mencoba menganalisa dan melihat sistem yang ada, ternyata masih mengalami beberapa masalah dan kendala, salah satunya yaitu belum adanya sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dapat membantu mengelola data barang pada CV. MR Lestari. Selama ini semua pencatatan barang masuk, barang keluar dan stok dilakukan secara manual dengan menuliskan datanya pada buku besar. Pencatatan manual ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti membutuhkan waktu lama dalam mencari histori data karena harus memeriksa halaman per halaman dari buku besar untuk mencari data suatu item. Pemilik juga harus meminta terlebih dahulu kepada admin atau pegawainya berkaitan dengan kebutuhan laporan data barang masuk, barang keluar dan jumlah stok di gudang. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu lama karena laporan tidak bersifat realtime. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dicari pemecahan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu perlu adanya sistem informasi berbasis komputer sehingga dapat membantu mengelola data barang sehingga menjadi laporan dengan cepat (realtime), tepat dan akurat sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dan pemodelan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang diharapkan dapat membantu untuk perancangan aplikasi ini. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem dapat memberikan laporan yang tepat, akurat dan bersifat realtime bagi user yang membutuhkan sesuai dengan otorisasi yang diberikan oleh sistem aplikasi.

Abstract

Banten Jaya University is a tertiary institution located in Serang City, Banten Province. Which has three faculties including education, computer science and engineering. In a university, information about alumni data is needed, starting from the department, graduation year, place of work and other information related to the alumni. Tracer Study is useful as a link between universities and the business world and industry. The tracer study process at Banten Jaya University is still not optimal, because the data collection is still done manually by distributing questionnaires to alumni and lack of information dissemination to alumni, because it is limited only through social media. This is why the information system Tracer Study is built using the PHP programming language and MySQLi as the database, to collect alumni information. This information system uses web-based technology and the waterfall method in the development. From the results of testing this system is in accordance with the algorithm that was made,users can fill out questionnaires online, see other alumni information, and managing job openings, as well as displaying graphs of alumni who had worked after graduation and the number of graduates each year.

Abstract

Sistem informasi repository Universitas Banten Jaya pada saat ini masih manual, proses untuk mengakses karya ilmiah dilakukan dengan cara meminjam melalui perpustakaan. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem ini untuk mempermudah mahasiswa mencari referensi karya ilmiah secara online. Pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall, pada tahap analisa dan perancangan sistem usulan penelitian mengguanakan pemodelan Diagram Arus Data (DAD). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung dengan kepala perpustakaan dan staf Universitas Banten Jaya serta melakukan observasi di Perpustakaan Universitas Banten Jaya dari wawancara dan observasi didapatkan informasi prosedur yang sedang berjalan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, kemudian data tersebut dianalisa dan digunakan sebagai informasi untuk merancang aplikasi. Proses perancangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa rancangan aplikasi repository yang dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengakses karya ilmiah pada Perpustakaan Universitas Banten Jaya. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Repository dapat mengurangi terjadinya kerusakan, kehilangan koleksi karya ilmiah, mempermudah penggunaan perpustakaan dan menghemat penggunaan ruangan dan dengan diterapkan aplikasi Repository diharapkan dapat menunjang kinerja perpustakaan dan membantu para pengguna perpustakaan dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The government through the Manpower Office has built a Job Training Center which aims to provide skills and expertise to training participants in order to improve the quality of prospective workforce. The service for admitting new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center which is implemented has not been effective because it still uses the manual system, where participants come to the office to take the registration form. This study aims to create a web-based information system for new student admissions at the Cilegon City Work Training Center. Making this new web-based student admission information system uses the waterfall method which includes software requirements analysis, design, system coding, system testing, system support and maintenance. The web-based admission system at the Cilegon City Work Training Center can make it easier for prospective new students to register by saving time and costs compared to coming in person. With this new student admission information system, it is hoped that it can facilitate the processing of new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center.
