Abstract

Vendor registration is an online-based vendor registration application designed under the web using a frame work codeigniter and is part of the eprocurement application. Eregistration was developed as an effort to use master vendors in all activities in following the procurement process for goods and service providers to become partners of PT. Krakatau IT. In the Application Development Process, vendor registration uses the Scrum method which aims to complete the speed of development. The implementation of the Scrum method is indispensable in the process of developing the registration which has a medium-scale work scope and is done in team work so that it can be completed for 3 (three) months. This vendor registration development uses a sprint based on workload priorities that will be included in the product backlog. Some of the scrum methods that the researcher will discuss include the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and deliverables.

Abstract

Along with the development of the technology field at the company PT. Barata Indonesia, needs support to assist organizational activities, such as in ordering meeting rooms. Currently, information of meeting rooms availability and ordering at PT. Barata Indonesia still hasn't used technology so the process of ordering a meeting room is by contacting the room admin to ask about the availability of the place to be booked. This is less effective because the customer cannot know directly which room can be used for meetings and according to the capacity of the person. Therefore, this application is made to facilitate ordering meeting rooms at the company. The development of this meeting room reservation information system uses the SDLC Waterfall method which aims to simplify and speed up information access. The development of this Meeting Room Reservation Information System uses the CodeIgniter 3 Framework, which has 2 (two) interfaces, namely FrondEnd, which is the start page of the web application that is displayed for visitors and BackEnd is the admin page to process the required information data sources. The results of the system trial show that the application of the Meeting Room Booking Information System can provide more flexible information.

Abstract

BTN Griya Amban Pantai consists of 54 families who are in the Amban district, Manokwari Regency. In carrying out data collection and recording of residents 'data, the household administrators are still doing it manually, where the household administrators carry out data collection by recording resident data using a form filled out by residents by visiting residents' homes. After the form is filled in, data recording is carried out using a notebook. The problem in carrying out the manual process of data collection and data recording of residents is that when officers come to the residents' houses, often the head of the family or family members is not at home so that the the householdmanagement cannot carry out data collection and data recording. To solve this problem, an Android-based data collection and data recording application is needed using the App Inventor application. The method used in making community data collection and data recording applications uses the extreme programming method where this method can develop applications that are more efficient, flexible, low risk and quick to solve. With this android application, it can simplify the performance of the management of the BTN Griya Amban the household in carrying out data collection and data recording without the need to visit residents' homes to collect and record data. The method used in testing this application is to use the blackbox method where testing is carried out focusing on the functional specifications of the software that has been made.

Abstract

The purpose of design is to develop an e-voting application for election of student council (OSIS) chairman in SMA PGRI 1 Kota Serang. The application will help optimize the process of selecting OSIS chairman through website-based e-voting so as to minimize the risk of errors in calculation of voting results due to human errors. The application design used Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual system modeling. This applicatio.n is developed using PHP programming language, MySQL database and CodeIgniter framework. The process of selecting OSIS chairman is carried out through the application by accessing the URL link and logging in with National Student ID Number (NISN) as the username and password, it will be given by OSIS coach at the time of election. Vote process by clicking the vote button, the number of voting votes that have been given will enter the voting results menu. If the student has already voted, the vote button will be hidden so that students cannot vote twice. This application also applies the Naïve Bayes algorithm to the e-voting application of OSIS chairman, using the probability formula, which is the number of students who choose candidates divided by all students per class. The voting results are obtained from the number of votes of voters who have voted. With the e-voting application, election of OSIS chairman becomes more effective and efficient than conventional or manual voting using paper.

Abstract

Banten Jaya University (UNBAJA) is one of the educational institutions engaged in technology and information, which part of the system has been computerized. But in development there is still a work system that is done manually. Data processing from information that is done manually can be said to be far from the goal, given the importance of effectiveness and efficiency of employee performance. Therefore, Banten Jaya University must be able to improve the quality and quality of employee performance by holding a Decision Support System using the simple addinue weight (SAW) method, which is a computer-based information system and also includes a system with a knowledge management basis, used to support decision making in an organization or company. The decision support system for selecting exemplary employees at the University of Banten Jaya (UNBAJA) can be run well. The development model used is Waterfall. The stage of the process of making a decision support system for selecting exemplary employees at the University of Banten Jaya (UNBAJA) begins with making a design, determining the flow of the work system, making a coding program, making a design view. The decision support system for selecting exemplary employees at the University of Banten Jaya (UNBAJA) uses a PHP MySQL database server. From the test results using the Black Box, the results show that the system testing decision support system for selecting exemplary employees at the University of Banten Jaya (UNBAJA) is successful and can be used and operated well.

Abstract

In the world of software development, the crusial thing we must do is design the architecture. We can said the system is good if it has a good architecture too, because the system architecture will affect the performance of applications itself, from the architecture we can also read what technology is used until security aspect. The main problems that i want to solve are two things, first the problem in the process of software development which will be solve by implementing Docker container architecture & Node.JS and second problems is in society that will be solve by the Expert Assist application. In the case of software development the problems is often when developing applications the architecture is not scalable, conflicts between applications in the system, services that are still centralized, application portability issues, security optimization problems and different environments between the development and production server that will affect developer productivity, problems about not independent and robustless app, resource efficiency and the problem with blocking code that appear in server side conventional programming languages. The problem in society is the difficulty to finding a mentor who can help us to solve the problems we have, that is why Expert Assist application was made. Expert Assist is a web based online platform that will help all people in various fields to finding a mentor who is an expert in his field because not all problems can be solved by independent research or self-taught, if the problem is very complex we need someone who can help us to provide advice in order to solve our problem.

Abstract

This research was conducted to make it easier for parents to get fast and realtimeactivity information, plus the lack of data storage on student activity by caregivers. In this modern era, the development of technology is increasing rapidly so that everything is computerized, so the cottage needs to follow the development of this modern era, so that the work in the cottage will be easy and reduce errors due to human error. As technology develops, website-based applications for child monitoring have started to emerge, but parents are already using smartphones a lot, with the existence of Android-based applications, it is hoped that it can be used as a monitoring medium for children that can be accessed by all parents who leave their children at the Tafriijul Islamic boarding school. Ahkam Cikiray effectively and efficiently. This application uses the waterfall method and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual modeling systems. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing the boarding school. The conclusion of making this application is to make it easier for the guardian of students to receive information on weekly, monthly, yearly activities and this system makes it easier for teachers at the Tafriijul Ahkam Islamic boarding school to provide information on activities, achievements, memorization of the Qur'an, violations of spp payments and payment of re-registration to parents, so the lodge does not spend a lot of money to provide information on student activities by letter.

Abstract

In this study there are 3 topics of discussion, namely the problem of monitoring the teaching presence of lecturers, recording data on the use of the room into a database that can be accessed by an online application in realtime. The methodology used in this study is the prototype method which has the following stages: 1. Identification of needs, 2. Building Prototype, 3. Coding, 4. Testing and Evaluation of Prototype ,. The system is created using the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFId) technology, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the software and database. RFId technology is used as an input device when lecturers enter using the RFId Card. The RFId Card is used by lecturers for attendance that will be automatically recorded into the database along with the room, day and hour data. This system can be accessed by users through a web-based application to facilitate the Academic Section, the Financial Section and the Head of the Study Program and the leadership to monitor and track the number of lecturers' teaching attendance in class. The result is a monitoring and recording system for teaching attendance based on RFId lecturers and this database helps the Academic Section, the Finance Section and the Head of the Study Program and the leadership in monitoring and overseeing lecturer attendance.

Abstract

Information systems are a valuable asset for business actors, one of which is engaged in e-commerce. Pasdeal is a credit distributor and server service that implements an e-commerce information system. The use of information systems in the field of sales or electronic commerce is considered efficient because it has become a platform for media and services and new and unique capabilities that are not found in the physical world. Information security factor is a very important aspect to consider considering the performance of ICT governance. For this reason, information systems need an information security evaluation in order to find out the gaps and deficiencies in information security in the information system. The KAMI index is a reference tool to evaluate the level of readiness of information system security in an organization. Evaluation is carried out on various areas that are the target of information security implementation based on the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. Based on the results of the KAMI index assessment, it was found that Pasdeal got a score of 591 points from the application of the ISO 27001 standard with a pretty good predicate.

Abstract

The Tuition Payment Information System was designed because at this time the payment of tuition at SMP Islam Cilacap still uses the general ledger, causing inaccuracies in payment data by employees (administrative). The purpose of this research is to help solve problems in the processing of tuition payment data, making payment data reports, searching payment data, knowing payment data information, and knowing the school money payment report. The system is designed using MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and SMS Gateway notifications as well as system development methods using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall model. In addition, the system design uses PHP and HTML programming languages, database management is MySQL and uses the Laravel framework. Based on the results of the system test and the results of the questionnaire by 10 respondents that 14% stated enough, 44% stated well and 42% stated very well calculated by the calculation of the Likert scale of 86% entered the excellent qualification which means successful. So it can be concluded that this system can solve existing problems by facilitating the processing of payment data, assisting in the creation of school money payment reports, helping in speeding up the search for payment data, knowing the payment information of tuition without having to come to school, and knowing the payment data report quickly without having to go through a long recap process.
