Abstract

This article presents a literature review relating to the role of local government on budget performance in three perspectives, namely: how the position and role of local governments towards budget performance, how the government's relationship with the Legislature and the Legislature's relationship with the public in the Principal and Agent Context, and how the Accountability Aspect in the Budgeting Perspective as a Political and Managerial Dimension. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The results obtained show that, first, in the reform era, local government is seen as an entity that has broader authority. It has the authority to decide on the resources it uses. Second, the relationship between the legislature and the government assumes that the legislature will be the principal and the government the agent. The election process results in a mandate to the legislature to produce laws, oversee the work of the government and ensure all public policies will be implemented as stipulated. Third, In a democratic system, the role of the government, its objectives, policies, priorities and the specific programs it runs are fundamentally political and not managerial matters.

Abstract

This study discusses the incompatibility of preferences and guest experiences that are not in accordance with the theory explained by experts. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method using a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale. This study intends to determine the characteristics of guests, preferences and experiences of guests while staying at Hotel Syariah in the city of Bandung. This study used 152 respondents, namely hotel guests who had stayed at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the Halal dimension is the most dominant dimension in the preference variable for guests staying at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung. This shows that the majority of Guests choose to stay at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung based on halal preferences. Meanwhile, the emotional experience dimension is the most dominant dimension in the guest experience variable. This indicates that the majority of guest experiences stay based on emotional experience. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it was found that guest experience has a significant relationship to preference for staying at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

Ketepatan waktu yaitu rentang waktu atau lamanya hari yang dibutuhkan untuk mengumumkan laporan keuangan tahunan yang telah diaudit ke publik, sejak tanggal tutup tahun buku perusahaan sampai tanggal penyerahan ke Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal (Bapepam). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh size perusahaan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh reputasi kantor akuntan publik (KAP) terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh opini audit terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor energy 2019-2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pengujian logistik dan uji kelayakan model regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu perusahaan dalam pelaporan laporan keuangan. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu perusahaan dalam pelaporan laporan keuangan. Reputasi KAP berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu perusahaan dalam pelaporan laporan keuangan. Opini auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu perusahaan dalam pelaporan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam mengakomodasi pengembangan pekan sarapan karya anak muda di Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang serta fungsi pekan sarapan karya anak muda dalam mensejahterahkan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui reduksi data yang sesuai dengan hal-hal pokok pada fokus penelitian dan mengkerucut pada permasalahan utama yang ingin dijawab pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peranan pekan sarapan karya anak muda dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sudah berhasil meskipun belum optimal hal ini terbukti dari banyaknya masyarakat yang menggantungkan hidupnya dipekan sarapan tradisional ini dengan pendapatan yang cukup mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dan pengeluaran yang minim bagi masyarakat ekonomi lemah, sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhannya.

Abstract

Distribution chain is the relationship between distributor institutions or channeling institutions that have activities to distribute goods and services from producers to consumers. Distribution is one of the activities in the economy apart from production and consumption activities. Distribution activity is an activity to distribute or distribute goods or services from producers to consumers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the coffee marketing distribution chain in Ponorogo Regency, in particular to determine the effect of marketing distribution techniques on the welfare of coffee plantation farmers. Abstract

The goal of the research is to identify and assess the impact of brand image, product diversity, and service quality on purchase decisions (a case study of Miniso Solo Grand Mall Surakarta customers). This study will take place in Miniso Solo Grand Mall Surakarta. This study employs quantitative methods. This study took four months to complete. The participants in this study were all Miniso Solo Grand Mall Surakarta customers. The sample size for this study was 100 people. In place of non-probability sampling, deliberate sampling was used in this investigation. The findings revealed that brand image, product diversity, and service quality all had a favorable and important impact on purchasing decisions at Miniso Solo Grand Mall Surakarta. in the model of 51.6%, while the remaining variables of 48.4% are impacted by additional elements which were ignored in this investigation. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis model bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Modeling Framework (BMC) dan analisis SWOT, termasuk Penggunaan Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) dan External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan kajian pustaka. Responden penelitian terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan Ahola Tropical Drinks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT menghasilkan "Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan" yang mendukung pendekatan positif. Strategi ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diusulkan beberapa perbaikan pada sembilan elemen Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks.Strategi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi tim kepemimpinan perusahaan. Dalam melakukan parafrase terhadap kalimat tersebut, pastikan untuk menggunakan kata-kata dan struktur kalimat yang berbeda, sambil tetap menyampaikan informasi yang sama. Berikut adalah salah satu contoh parafrase dari kalimat tersebut: "Menurut hasil penelitian, analisis SWOT menunjukkan adanya 'Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan' yang mendukung pendekatan positif. Temuan ini memiliki kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan pada kesembilan elemen Kerangka Model Bisnis yang diusulkan. Strategi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga kepada tim kepemimpinan perusahaan." Abstract

Cleaning service at PT PDS is one of the professions that is prone to Burnout, a condition where syndromes appears in employees in the form if emotional exhausting, dehumanization, etc. that can harm individuals and organizations. Burnout conditions that are not handles properly by the Company will have an impact on losing employees due to the emergence of Intention to Leave. The turnover condition for PT PDS’ cleaning services in 2021 is quite worrying, as it reaches 7%. From several external factors that can affect an employee’s Burnout, organizational climate and interpersonal communication are the two most dominant factors in influencing an employee’s Burnout because both has direct contact with what is felt by the cleaning service at PT PDS. Quantitative research was then conducted on 301 PT PDS cleaning services who were randomly selected out of 1.218 cleaning services, and aimed to determine the direct and indirect effect of four variables: Organizational Climate, Interpersonal Communication, Burnout, and Intention to Leave. Data was collected using a questionnaire method, then analyzed using the t statistic and the comparison of t table values and significant p values to test the hypothesis. The result shows that four hypotheses are accepted, namely: Organizational Climate has a direct influence to Burnout level of Cleaning Service at PT PDS; Interpersonal Communication has a direct influence to Burnout level of Cleaning Service at PT PDS; Organizational Climate has indirect influence to Burnout level of Cleaning Service at PT PDS; and Burnout has direct effect to Intention to leave of Cleaning Service at PT PDS.

Abstract

In general, the increase in fuel prices is viewed as bad news for the industrial world. However, the fuel price increase supports palm oil and coal revenue. Therefore, it is necessary to study investors' reactions to the increase in fuel prices to determine whether it will affect the company's value. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding whether the announcement of an increase in fuel prices on September 3rd, 2022, caused a market reaction. To determine the reactions that occur, the indicators used in analyzing whether there is a reaction in this study are abnormal returns and trading volume activity. Furthermore, this study used the population of sectors that respond to fuel price increases as bad news and sectors that react to good news. The analysis technique used was the Compare Means test and the Mann-Whitney test. The study results show a negative market reaction in sectors that perceive fuel price increases as bad news, so it causes a decrease in abnormal returns. Meanwhile, positive market reactions occur in sectors that perceive fuel price increases as good news, as indicated by increased abnormal returns. In addition, the rise in fuel prices affects stock movements in the capital market which are proved by the presence of significant trading volume activity around the event period in all sectors studied so that it cause a market reaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of authoritarian leadership style at PT. Kurnia Nata Kencana. The research method uses a qualitative approach with informants are five people who come from several division. Collection of information through interviews and literature study. The result shows that the head of division is included in the category of authoritarian leaders, supported by the following characteristics: First, the leader bears the burden of the organization and carry out supervision, control over his own decisions; Second, authoritarian leaders don’t provide opportunities for conveying ideas; Third, authoritarian leaders have work discipline and focus on the result; Fourth, leaders make their own policies without the interference of others; Fifth, authoritarian leaders have low trust in their employees; Sixth, authoritarian leaders use one-way communication; Seventh, leaders are task oriented and pay little attention to employee welfare; Eight, authoritarian leaders use power to give orders, rules, and prohibitions; Ninth, authoritarian leaders act in a dictatorial manner.
