Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of financial development on emissions in Indonesia in 2015-2023 by adding economic growth as a moderating variable. The data is panel data, which was tested with the help of SmartPLS software. The research results show that financial development has a significant and positive effect on emissions. Economic growth is able to moderate the relationship between economic growth and emissions disclosure. It is hoped that this research will become a basis for consideration for investors in making investment decisions, especially in companies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris serta menganalisis pengungkapan sustainability reporting ditinjau dari mekanisme corporate governance, tipe industri, aktivitas perusahaan, konflik kepentingan, slack resources. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan consumer cyclicals, non consumer cyclicals, dan sektor financial yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Pemilihan sampel penelitian dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan kesesuaian karakteristik dengan kriteria sampel yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk perusahaan sektor consumer cyclicals 51, sektor non consumer cyclicals 41, dan sektor financial 75, total sampel 167 perusahaan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan T statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel mekanisme corporate governance, tipe industri, aktivitas perusahaan, konflik kepentingan, berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report dan variabel slack resources tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Diskon Harga, Online Customer Review, dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Platform Shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Indonesai Toraja (UKIT) Fakultas Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 sebagai alat hitung data yang telah didapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel. Variabel independen yaitu, Diskon Harga, Online Customer Review dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara simultan Diskon harga Online Customer Review dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim dengan nilai F hitung (15,840) yang lebih besar dari F tabel (2.70). Secara persial variabel promosi harga online customer review dan gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

This study aims to determine partial and simultaneous Service Quality and Word Of Mouth on customer decisions to use Brimo at Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Urip Sumoharjo Solo. The population in this study were customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Urip Sumoharjo Solo. The sampling technique uses the incidental random sampling method. Based on this method, a sample of 100 customers was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test), it shows that the independent variables ( Service Quality and Word Of Mouth) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (customer decisions). Based on partial testing (t test), it shows that the variable Service Quality and Word Of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 44.3%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (Nasaban's decision) can be explained by independent variables ( Service Quality and Word Of Mouth), while the remaining 56.7% is influenced by variables outside of this study. Abstract

Abstract Job satisfaction has an important role in the company. If employees feel satisfied then all aspects of the company's targets can develop and can easily be achieved. There are several factors that can influence Employee Job Satisfaction, including the Transformational Leadership aspect which is an external aspect and the Employee Commitment aspect which is an internal aspect. This research aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership and Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Different from previous studies, this research adds work environment variables which researchers believe can strengthen the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The research results show that each variable of Transformational Leadership and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Running side by side with the researchers' assumptions, the Work Environment variable can moderate the influence of each of the Transformational Leadership and Commitment variables on Job Satisfaction. Abstract

Bank guarantee is a guarantee in the form of a note issued by a bank that creates an obligation to pay the recipient of the guarantee if the guaranteed party defaults. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of the Kafalah contract in the practice of Bank Guarantee in the construction sector at Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Yogyakarta. Data collection is done through observation by seeing the actual conditions in the field, and interviews with parties related to the field of research. The method used in this research uses qualitative research. The results of the study show that in providing Bank Guarantee at KBBS Yogyakarta, customers are required to have a Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Advance Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Payment Bond with a minimum guarantee deposit of 100% of the value of the Bank Guarantee. In general, the application of the concept of Kafalah in the practice of Bank Guarantee at KBBS Yogyakarta has fulfilled the elements allowed in Islamic economics because of the human need to help each other and avoid losses from debtors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris akurasi dua model Financial Distress antara analisis Springate dan Zmijewski pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021 - 2023. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan ialah data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 28 perusahaan dengan tahun pengamatan 3 tahun. Jumlah data yang diteliti 84 laporan perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan tingkat akurasi dan type error yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akurasi model springate 65% dengan type error 35% dan tingkat akurasi model zmijewski 92% dengan type error 8%. Dengan memperhatikan tingkat akurasi dan type error kedua model tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akurasi model Zmijewski lebih tinggi dari model Springate. Kata kunci: Financial Distress, Springate, Zmijewski ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the accuracy of two Financial Distress models between Springate and Zmijewski analysis in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. This type of research is quantitative research and the data used is secondary data. The population of this study is all LQ45 companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 28 companies was obtained with an observation year of 3 years. The amount of data studied was 84 company reports. The results of the calculation of the level of accuracy and type of error that have been carried out show that the level of accuracy of the Springate model is 65% with a type of error of 35% and the level of accuracy of the Zmijewski model is 92% with a type of error of 8%. By paying attention to the level of accuracy and type of error of the two models, it shows that the level of accuracy of the Zmijewski model is higher than the Springate model. Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of consumer motivation and impulsive buying in online shopping for Indonesian e-commerce. The total sample was 150 respondents, namely people from Kampung Rakyat District who shopped using the Shopee application. This research uses data processing assistance, namely smart pls version 4.0, by conducting outer model testing, inner capital testing and bootstrapping (hypothesis testing). In the outer model test, the test was carried out by looking at the outer loading, average variance extracted (AVE), cross loading reliability and Cronbach alpha values, all research results were said to be good, in the inner model test there were 2 equations produced by r square with the highest r square value found in the second equation, namely impulsive buying. In hypothesis testing, it was found that the research results of all research hypotheses were accepted with the results that the website quality variable had an effect on consumer motivation (2.723>1.96), advertising policy had an effect on consumer motivation (2.723>1.96), Consumer motivation influences impulsive buying (2.723>1.96), and smartphone penetration influences consumer motivation (2.723>1.96).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze of the fraud hexagon model, namely pressure which is proxied by financial targets and financial stability, capabilities that are proxied by changes in directors, opportunities proxied by ineffective monitoring, rationalization proxied by change in auditors, arrogance proxied by frequent number of CEO's picture, and collusion proxied by government projects, political connections and state-owned enterprises to financial statement fraud. The sample of this study is property and real estate sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022. This study uses secondary data, namely financial reports and annual reports. The samples of this study consist of 85 companies with 340 unit analysis with purposive sampling technique. This study uses the data panel regression analysis technique with EViews 12 analysis tool. The results of this study found that the elements of pressure, capability and rationalization measured through financial targets, change of directors and change in auditors had a significant effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, financial stability, ineffective monitoring, frequent number of CEO's pictures, government projects, political connections and state-owned enterprises have no significant effect on financial statement fraud in property and real estate sub sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022.

Abstract

The development of Muslim fashion trends in Indonesia is currently very rapid, so it is necessary to manage finances in accordance with the teachings of Islamic sharia. This requires a greater understanding of sharia financial literacy. Sharia financial literacy is someone who understands and is able to apply knowledge about sharia finance and the ability to make financial decisions in accordance with financial principles and in accordance with Islamic rules. The aim of this research is to analyze the application of sharia financial literacy to the Muslim fashion trend business in Indonesia. This research method uses a descriptive and verification approach. The type of data used is primary data (observation, interviews and questionnaires). The research results show that the application of sharia financial literacy to the Muslim fashion trend business in Indonesia has gone well. In accordance with the results, to be able to manage finances, business people must understand and be able to apply good literacy about financial management. The better the business person's literacy understanding about sharia finance, the better they will be at managing finances. Apart from that, increasing knowledge and understanding regarding sharia financial literacy in the Muslim fashion trend business in Indonesia will encourage increased productivity in this business.
