Abstract

Analysis of Financial Statements Based on the Common Size Method at PT. Indonesian Food Center, Tbk. This study aims to determine and analyze the composition of assets, debts and capital based on the general size of the financial statements of PT. Sentra Food Indonesia, Tbk in 2018-2020. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection procedure used in this study is through documentation in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of the study show that in terms of the common size from the balance sheet, PT Sentra Food Indonesia, Tbk. who allocated funds for assets in 2018-2019 mostly from their own capital thereby revealing a stronger financial condition of the company, while in 2019-2020 most of the funds for assets came from debt. Common size in terms of profit and loss statement, PT Sentra Food Indonesia, Tbk. In 2018-2019 there was an increase in net profit so that it can be seen that the company managed to increase sales better, while in 2019-2020 net profit decreased due to decreased sales.

Abstract

Research shows that Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, the R-Square value is 0.402 or 40.2%. Which means that the influence of the Work Discipline (X1) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X2) variables on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) is 40.2% and the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables outside the regression or other factors not examined in this study. Partially, the work discipline variable has a significant influence on employee performance with a t-test value of 3.400 > 1.998 ttable. Partially the results of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable have a significant influence on Employee Performance with a t-count of 3.008 > 1.998 t-table. Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous test obtained from this study on the variables of Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) it has been obtained that the calculated F value is 20.850 > 3.15 F table and sig 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Maria Salda Tangke Bandaso, 2023 Analysis of Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study aims to identify and analyze the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, descriptive quantitative research is the calculation of data in the form of annual financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of data in the form of documents obtained by the official IDX link (www.idx.co.id). From the results of the research, the results obtained are 1) based on the current ratio or the current ratio of the financial performance of companies listed on the IDX that are sampled to get good/very good criteria 2) based on quick ratios or quick ratios of the financial performance of companies listed on the IDX that are sampled to get good/very good criteria 3) based on cash ratios or cash ratios of companies listed on the IDX that are sampled to get very good criteria

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), net profit margin (NPM), and total asset turnover (TAT) on the profit growth of PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk period 2017-2022. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis using the t test, f test and determination test (R2). The results showed that the value of the current ratio (CR) did not affect profit growth, debt to equity ratio (DER) had an effect on profit growth, net profit margin (NPM) has an effect on growth and total asset turnover (TAT) has no effect on profit growth. While simultaneously CR, DER, NPM and TAT jointly affect old growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Diskon Harga, Online Customer Review, dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Platform Shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Indonesai Toraja (UKIT) Fakultas Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 sebagai alat hitung data yang telah didapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel. Variabel independen yaitu, Diskon Harga, Online Customer Review dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara simultan Diskon harga Online Customer Review dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim dengan nilai F hitung (15,840) yang lebih besar dari F tabel (2.70). Secara persial variabel promosi harga online customer review dan gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Brand image, Brand trust dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Smartphone Merek Oppo pada Mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja Fakultas Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 sebagai alat hitung data yang telah didapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel. Variabel independen yaitu, Brand image, Brand trust Dan Brand Awareness sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Brand image, Brand trustDan Brand Awareness secara simultan dengan nilai F hitung (99,799) yang lebih besar dari F tabel (2.70). Secara parsial variabel brand image dan brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan brand awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Brand image, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Lembang Rantedada is one of the lembangs in Mengkendek Timur District, Tana Toraja Regency. Lembang Rantedada is one of the Lembangs that has the potential to be used as a tourist attraction. Therefore, we as PKM UKI TORAJA students are helping the Head of Lembang and the people of Lembang Rantedada to make the village a tourist destination. The first step we took was to create a concept which will later be used as a reference in the continued development of tourist destinations. The aim of this Lembang Rantedada Tourist Destination Concept Design activity is: first, to create public awareness of the importance of utilizing places that have the potential to be used as tourist attractions. Second, provide changes and improvements that are useful for the people of Lembang Rantedada. Third, help the community improve the economy. Fourth, building good relations between PKM students and the community in Lembang Rantedada. The method used in the Lembang Rantedada Tourism Destination Concept Design is to conduct a location survey and also carry out outreach with the local community, and in this concept design we designed it using the AUTOCAD 2017 application. Assistance in the design of the Lembang Rantedada natural tourist destination concept for the Mararin River starting from floor plan, front view, back view, left side view, and right side view. From the front view, starting from the main road entering the river, besides that we see the back view where you can see a gazebo, guest house, parking area and camping site. Then looking to the left we will see a gazebo and also a campsite, looking to the right you can see a bridge crossing to the accommodation and if you look from above we will see the whole of this location. This activity has a good impact on students, namely increasing students' knowledge about how something can be used to gain profits later and also students can gain new experiences regarding good cooperation between communities and for the community, namely as a first step to increasing development, increasing sources of community income and can analyze household expenses by using tourist attractions as a place of income. in Lembang Rantedada. And the local community can improve the economy of the people in Lembang Rantedada. We have high hopes as PKM UKI TORAJA students that with the design of the concept for the natural tourist destination of the Mararin River that we have created a development process.

Abstract

Digitalization is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The aim of this MSME digitalization activity is to help MSMEs be able to market their products by helping to market and sell local blacksmith products in Lembang Buntu Tangti with the help of the Canva application. Apart from that, by taking advantage of technological advances in society, especially for MSME players. This activity is carried out in 8 stages: (1) Identifying needs, determining goals, (2) Explanation of the benefits of creating an Instagram account (3) Training on creating Instagram accounts (4) Training on creating Canva (5). Making Promotional Materials 6 Practices and Feedback (7) Monitoring and Evaluation (8) Documentation. The method used in implementing this community service program regarding digitalization of MSMEs is in the form of socialization and assistance to MSMEs. Based on the survey results, it is known that MSME players have started to utilize digital technology to develop their business so that they can adapt to the current pandemic conditions

Abstract

The Toraja Church Youth Fellowship (PPGT) is an inseparable part of the church's organizational structure. PPGT has various work programs designed to foster enthusiasm and direct the young generation to become an independent generation in various aspects. Entrepreneurship seminar activities in the Sub Theme: Identifying Wants or Needs aim to provide financial education for the younger generation so they are able to manage personal finances through self-identification of whether they buy goods because they really need them or just because they want them. This activity is attended by more than ± 25 people. The method used is lecture, discussion and question and answer. The result of this community service activity is that the young generation is able to define what wants and needs are and is able to identify needs or desires in making decisions to purchase a product.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) which is located in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency is one of the places where we served for approximately one and a half months. In the work program that we are implementing, the focus is more on preventing stunting that occurs in Lembang Tondon Langi'. Where this work program is one of the themes that has been determined by the campus, namely "Stunting Prevention". This work program aims to help stunting cadres and the community, especially mothers, in providing adequate nutrition for their children. The specific target of this program is to improve nutritional intake which is still not good in Lembang Tondon Langi'. This program also aims to reduce the potential for stunting in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. However, there is a problem encountered in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency, namely that there is no awareness among some communities about the importance of adequate nutritional intake for their children. The initial step taken in this activity is to design and organize activities related to stunting as well as carry out outreach to school children and the community.
