Abstract

This study aims to describe Indonesian internet users' behavior in accessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) content, using secondary data from the 2025 Indonesian Internet Profile Survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII). The research adopts a descriptive design, without hypothesis testing or inferential statistics. Data are taken as reported by APJII in the form of percentages and charts, then interpreted through descriptive–narrative analysis. The results indicate a clear gap between high national internet penetration and relatively low AI adoption; only a minority of respondents report using AI, while the majority have not yet engaged with it. Among AI users, educational purposes represent the most common use, followed by entertainment, whereas virtual assistant and productivity functions remain limited. For non-users, the main reasons are not knowing what AI is, not knowing how to use it, and perceiving no need for AI. AI usage is also concentrated among younger generations, particularly Generation Z. The novelty of this study lies in constructing a national descriptive map of AI content access behavior based on APJII’s 2025 AI module, and interpreting it within the framework of digital consumer behavior and AI literacy.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the mitigation mechanism of Green Skepticism among specialty coffee consumers in Manado City by positioning supply chain transparency as a multidimensional variable mediated by Perceived Brand Authenticity. The research method used is quantitative explanatory with a survey technique. Data were collected from 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling with the criteria of active consumers of specialty coffee in Manado. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results showed that supply chain transparency directly had no significant effect on reducing skepticism. However, transparency has a significant positive effect on perceived brand authenticity. The main finding of this study confirms the role of full mediation of brand authenticity; transparency is only effective in reducing skepticism if it successfully builds a perception of authenticity first. Practical implications suggest coffee business owners use storytelling in presenting transparency data to build emotional trust.

Abstract

Digital transformation in accounting practices demands high efficiency in processing transaction data from physical documents to digital systems. This study explores the implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology using the Google Cloud Vision API integrated with the Telegram Bot platform for free automation of accounting data input. The main problems faced by micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) are the high cost of automated accounting software and the complexity of manual input that is prone to human error. The methodology used is the development of a serverless- based system that connects the Telegram interface as a document scanner with Google's machine vision for text extraction. The results show that this integration is capable of extracting data from receipts and invoices with an accuracy level above 90% under normal lighting conditions. In conclusion, the use of free tools and cloud-based infrastructure can democratize advanced accounting technology for small economic actors, reduce administrative workloads, and increase the validity of financial reports.

Abstract

Queuing problems in modern systems are increasingly complex due to the emergence of high variability in customer arrival patterns and service capacity. This study examines the phenomenon of queues with heterogeneous arrival and service processes, where the assumptions of Poisson distribution and standard exponential service times are no longer sufficient to describe the system reality. Using a stochastic modeling approach, this study analyzes how heterogeneity in customer characteristics and differences in server performance affect system performance metrics such as average waiting time and queue length. The methodology used involves discrete-time and continuous-time Markov chain analysis to model workload fluctuations. The results show that ignoring heterogeneity factors often leads to inaccurate capacity estimates, which lead to operational inefficiencies. This study recommends dynamic resource allocation strategies and adaptive prioritization policies to mitigate the negative impacts of system variability.

Abstract

Data security in web-based ecosystems has become a crucial issue with the increasing cyber threats and society's dependence on digital platforms. This study explores the implementation of data security systems using various encryption methods, including Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information in web applications. The main issue raised is the vulnerability of data during transmission and storage on cloud servers, which are often targets of Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attacks and database leaks. The methodology used is a software development life cycle (SDLC)-based system development with a focus on the integration of encryption layers in databases and HTTPS communication channels. The results show that the implementation of end-to-end encryption significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access without excessively compromising system latency. In conclusion, the combination of symmetric and asymmetric encryption provides layered protection that is essential in maintaining user trust and compliance with global data protection regulations.
