Abstract

This research contains an analysis of opportunities for entrepreneurs with disabilities in Indonesia. With a focus on self-employment in three business sector groups (primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors) which aims to answer the question of how the description and determinants of entrepreneurial opportunities for persons with disabilities in Indonesia. This study uses data sourced from the August 2020 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) with a total sample of 34,546 respondents with working disabilities consisting of 19,253 respondents in the primary sector, 11,213 respondents in the secondary sector and 4,080 respondents in the tertiary sector. By using the binary logistic regression analysis method, it was found that education, job training, internet access, government policies, and disability classification have a significant effect on the opportunities for entrepreneurs with disabilities in Indonesia in the tertiary sector. In the secondary sector, the entrepreneurial opportunities for persons with disabilities are significantly influenced by work experience, gender, age, location of residence, and disability classification. Meanwhile, in the primary sector, gender, age, internet access, location, and disability classification have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial opportunities of persons with disabilities.

Abstract

Kehadiran bisnis ritel modern dalam format mini market menjadi pilihan baagi masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas belanja sekaligus menjadi pesaing bagi bisnis ritel tradisional. Adapun faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi persaingan diantara bisnis ritel baik modern maupun tradisional adalah dari segi permodalan, kegiatan promosi, pelayanan gerai, ancaman pesaing baru, kekuatan tawar menawar baik pemasok maupun pembeli serta rivalitas diantara sesama pelaku bisnis ritel. Pentingnya kinerja pelayanan dalam bisnis ritel diasumsikan dapat menjadi daya tarik minat beli pelanggan, namun yang masih menjadi topik perdebatan adalah persepsi yang berbeda dapat muncul dari sisi pelanggan dan karyawan gerai, bahkan dari pelanggan yang sama. Munculnya perbedaan persepsi mengenai kinerja pelayanan tentunya akan memicu terjadinya perbedaan persepsi nilai pada masing-masing pelanggan. Jika pelanggan mempersepsikan bahwa nilai yang mereka rasakan selama berbelanja memuaskan maka dapat memicu terjadinya minat beli di masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausalitas dengan tujuan meneliti hubungan antara kinerja pelayanan terhadap minat beli melalui mediasi nilai pelanggan. Populasi merupakan masyarakat kota Pontianak yang berbelanja di gerai minimarket dan sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Dari hasil tabulasi, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas ditentukan jumlah sampel yang lolos sebanyak 172 responden dimana selanjutnya diolah menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, akan tetapi berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelanggan, sedangkan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Sehingga dapat dikatakan kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan karyawan gerai minimarket harus memiliki nilai yang berarti bagi pelanggan jika ingin meningkatkan minat beli pelanggan di masa yang akan datang. Pelaku bisnis minimarket harus berupaya menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggan seperti memperhatikan kualitas produk, kesesuian harga, dan memberikan perhatian yang tulus dalam melayani pelanggan.

Abstract

Kajian ini berfokus pada determinan pengeluaran kesehatan sektor publik di negara-negara ASEAN yaitu indeks pembangunan. pertumbuhan manusia dan ekonomi dengan periode waktu 2000-2020. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Pengeluaran Kesehatan Masyarakat di negara-negara ASEAN dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Data Panel dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat indeks pembangunan manusia dan populasi lansia berpengaruh positif terhadap pengeluaran kesehatan masyarakat dan tingkat pertumbuhan PDB berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengeluaran kesehatan masyarakat. Studi ini mengungkap dua isu utama modal manusia dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dimana modal manusia termasuk indeks pembangunan manusia dan populasi lanjut usia terbukti menjadi penentu utama peningkatan belanja kesehatan di kawasan ASEAN.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems faced by Indonesia from the past until now. Various ways have been done to overcome the problem of poverty. One of the efforts that have been made by the Government of Indonesia is to issue a regional autonomy policy. The existence of this policy gives authority to local governments to regulate their own regions. This policy is given to all provinces in Indonesia, including Aceh. Aceh is the province with the highest poverty rate on the island of Sumatra, although it has a higher original regional income (PAD) than the province with the lowest poverty rate on the island of Sumatra. Aceh also has a greater natural resources revenue-sharing fund (DBH SDA) than the province of West Sumatra. In addition, Aceh also received special autonomy funds (DOK), which were only given to the provinces of Aceh, Papua, and West Papua. This study aims to analyze the effect of PAD, DBH SDA and DOK on the poverty rate of Aceh Province for the 2008-2020 period. This research uses panel data regression involving 23 districts/cities of Aceh Province. The results of the study show that only local real revenue has a significant and negative effect on poverty levels.

Abstract

Investment decisions are a person's actions to determine and allocate capital to certain assets or companies with the aim of obtaining profits in the future. In making investment decisions one must have financial knowledge to plan investments properly. This is important so that the investment decisions taken have clear and directed objectives. This research aims to find out how financial literacy, religiosity and investment knowledge influence investment decision making through investment intention as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by distributing questionnaires as a means of collecting data. The number of respondents was 160 people who were investors in Padang City, and the selection of respondents was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was chosen as the data analysis method using the SmartPLS 4 application as an analysis tool. In the research, the results showed that financial literacy, religiosity, investment knowledge and investment intention had a positive effect on investment decisions. Likewise, financial literacy and investment knowledge have a positive effect on investment decisions through investment intention. However, religiosity does not have a positive effect on investment decisions through investment intention.

Abstract

Bitcoin merupakan salah satu instrumen investasi yang dapat memberikan keuntungan dan telah mendapatkan izin untuk diperdagangkan oleh Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Indonesia. Keberadaan investasi mata uang digital kini semakin populer di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia, yang didorong oleh lonjakan harga yang signifikan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh World Comodity Price terhadap harga Bitcoin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series yang diambil dari laporan transaksi bulanan Bitcoin Januari 2016 sampai dengan Desember 2022, sehingga didapatkan target populasi sebanyak 84 data bulanan untuk yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) dan analisis data menggunakan software statistik STATA. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan variabel harga emas dunia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga Bitcoin, sedangkan variabel harga minyak dunia (WTI) dan harga batu bara tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga Bitcoin. Indeks dolar (dxy) memperkuat pengaruh positif kenaikan harga emas terhadap harga Bitcoin.

Abstract

The growing number of people moving up to the consumptive class and the urbanization of rural communities to cities also increase the demand for products with plastic packaging which. The problem of plastic waste has become the government's priority in realizing the goal of sustainable development through circular economic practices. Encouraging the creation of environmentally friendly products in the industry has been done but the number of product innovations is still low. Another obstacle is that product sales are strongly linked to the general welfare of individuals and society. Therefore, exploring consumer desires towards environmentally friendly products becomes important because this new knowledge can be used by governments and manufacturers to promote environmentally friendly products in the long run consumption. This study attempts to investigate the WTP of households in Padang City against environmentally friendly products and found factors that affect the WTP value. Using the contingent valuation method (CVM), the findings showed that willingness to pay (WTP) for eco-friendly products was significantly associated with gender, education, household income and price of alternative products. The results also showed that the average household is willing to pay about Rp 34,472.- for one product. These micro-level investigations can be a useful framework in organizing information and strategies on how households value eco-friendly products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the promotional mix on sales volume in the downstream product unit of Banaran coffee at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX. This research uses a quantitative case study method, taking secondary data, namely sales data and promotional mix for Kopi Banaran for 2021-2022 using the IBM SPSS 21 application. The results of this research show that elements have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at Downstream Kopi Banaran are advertising, sales promotion and public relations variables. Meanwhile, direct sales and personal sales variables do not have a significant effect on sales at Hilir Kopi Banaran. The variable that has the dominant influence is the promotional cost variable, which is indicated by the largest coefficient value compared to other variables.

Cooperatives are collaborative organizations that stand between commercial businesses and cooperatively managed resources. The cooperative business model is a sustainable business. Gen Z is the next generation of future owners who need to know about the advantages of the cooperative business model. In this study, knowledge is the only variable studied to prove whether this factor has an impact to perception.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how organizational culture, training, motivation, and job satisfaction influence nurse performance. This research method is quantitative descriptive correlational. The sample used was 80 nurses, data collection using a questionnaire was carried out in May-June 2023. The results showed that organizational culture, training, motivation, and satisfaction with performance obtained r= 0.622, 0.579, 0.615, 0.609 with the probability of each of these variables being 0.000 <0.005, which means that there is a significant relationship/correlation between organizational culture, training, motivation, and satisfaction with performance. In addition, each of these variables describes a positive relationship, which means that the higher the organizational culture, the training, increased motivation and the higher the level of satisfaction, the higher the performance of nurses. The conclusion from this study is that organizational culture, training, motivation, and satisfaction affect the performance of nurses at RSIA ‘Aisyiyah Klaten.
