Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of production costs on net profit. This study was carried out by considering fluctuations in production costs as well as increases and decreases in net profit for the period 2022 to 2023 This research is quantitative research. The population of this research consists of all financial reports of PT. Permata Hijau Palm Oleo Belawan and this research is financial reports for a year from 2022 to 2023. The data source for this research is secondary data. The processed with SPSS verion 25 software. The results of simple linear regression analysis show Y = -72454.130 + 0.868X. Meanwhile, the results of the of the t test show that production costs partially have a positive and signigicant effect on the net profit of the PT. Permata Hijau Palm Oleo Belawan. This is proven by tcount 6,786 > ttable 1,71387. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination test (R2) was 67,7% dan 32,3% respectively, but was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization there are many changes to world industry which is increasingly developing. This is because of the flow of globalization which is increasingly wide open for every business actor. Consumers are an important factor in increasing the SME index. Their desires are not always straight, sometimes they turn very quickly not according to the time when they want to buy the product. Consumers are often faced with needs, such as basic necessities, children's school fees, and falling currencies which influence people in purchasing aluminum products. Sp Aluminum is a company that operates in the aluminum industry with several stages such as casting, aluminum smelting and making household equipment and crafts. There are various types of products at Sp Aluminum, namely accessories, frying pans, cauldrons and pans. Based on this description, this research aims to determine the influence of consumer interest and product price on consumer decision making in purchasing Sp Aluminum Yogyakarta products. This research is quantitative, the sample in the research is all consumers who will buy products or who have ever bought products at Sp Aluminum Yogyakarta, which consisted of 50 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of this research found that consumer interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Sp Yogyakarta aluminum products. Product price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Sp Aluminum Yogyakarta products.

Abstract

This study examines the intricate interplay between subscription models, personalized marketing strategies, customer engagement, and satisfaction within the context of PT. Socfin Indonesia, an agricultural company. Utilizing a quantitative research design with a sample of 100 consumers, the study employs path analysis to analyze direct and indirect effects. The findings highlight significant direct effects of subscription models and personalized marketing strategies on customer engagement and satisfaction. Moreover, the study unveils notable indirect effects, indicating that these factors influence satisfaction through their impact on engagement. The results underscore the importance of customer-centric approaches, emphasizing the pivotal role of fostering deeper engagement to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Consequently, PT. Socfin Indonesia is encouraged to invest in optimizing subscription models and tailoring marketing strategies to individual preferences, thus ensuring sustained success in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence, brand communication strategies, consumer brand perception, and customer loyalty within the context of PT. Lautan Luas Tbk. Through quantitative analysis utilizing Smart PLS, data was collected from a sample of 80 individuals using random sampling techniques. The results reveal significant direct effects of emotional intelligence and brand communication strategies on consumer brand perception and customer loyalty, as well as significant indirect effects of both emotional intelligence and brand communication strategies on customer loyalty through consumer brand perception. Specifically, higher levels of emotional intelligence among marketing staff and effective brand communication strategies positively influence consumer brand perception, subsequently leading to increased customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence and strategic brand communication in cultivating strong brand-consumer relationships and driving sustainable business growth.

Abstract

The background of this research is the development of the times and advances in science and technology which require graduates or boarding school graduates to not only be proficient in the field of religion, but also to be able to compete and have skills and independence and have an entrepreneurial spirit so that in the future they will have a role in developing the economy of the surrounding community. So the role of minimarkets for students is very important to train them in business and doing business. Islamic boarding schools also benefit from the existence of learning media for students in entrepreneurship, both in terms of leadership, management, financial management, and so on. From these various advantages, the economic potential of Islamic boarding schools can be categorized as very useful and contributes to the Indonesian economy. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The research object is an Islamic boarding school. The research results show that personal factors in entrepreneurship are seeking profits and creating jobs. The entrepreneurial knowledge gained can produce the mindset and behavior of becoming an entrepreneur. This is supported by the Santri's ability as mentors to create ideas for making new products and are willing to accept suggestions/input from other people to come up with creative and innovative actions.

Abstract

The era of globalization is an era marked by rapid development in all fields, both in trade and other fields. The changes that occur are marked by the developing mindset of society, advances in technology, and lifestyles that cannot be separated from the influence of globalization. Changes in the business environment are also increasingly uncertain because many companies are being founded this is one of the triggers for increasingly sharp competition in the business world. The purpose of this article is to analyze what promotional strategies are carried out by the Yaumi S 47 store so that it continues to exist and can compete in the are of modern retail companies that are not far from the location of the store, such as Indomaret, Alfamart, and Supermarkets. This research takes the form of a descriptive qualitative approach. The type of research carried out is field research. The results of this research show that the Yaumi S 47 Store has several promotional strategies that can attract consumer interest so that it can maintain the existence of the store by keeping up with current developments. The promotional strategy is to increase income and maintain the sustainability of the store so that it always experiences development every year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of multiple roles, work stress, and work motivation on the performance of female employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The location of this research was conducted at PT Lion Motor Indonesia. The variable measurement used in this study is using the Likert scale. The population in this study is the number of married female employees as many as 60 people. The sampling technique in this research uses the non probability sampling technique, using saturated sampling. data processing tools are used in the form of computer software, namely the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0 program for hypothesis testing. Analysis in this study was carried out in three ways, namely analyzing the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. This study found that the Dual Role variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y), the Work Stress variable (X2) has no significant impact on employee performance (Y), and the Work Motivation variable (Y) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

In this era of increasingly advanced and easily accessible technology, especially information technology which offers comfort, convenience and speed in accessing various information, we are spoiled by the changes it brings, both positive and negative. This is especially seen among young people or the millennial generation, who tend to be more active in using social media. This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and income on financial management behavior in case studies of factory employees located in the MM2100 area, either partially or simultaneously. Sampling was carried out using random sampling technique, resulting in 95 respondents. This research collects data using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and f test), and coefficient of determination. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 26 software program. The results of this research show that lifestyle and income partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the financial management behavior of factory employees in companies located in the MM2100 area. The results of the R-Square determination test of the influence of lifestyle and income variables on financial management behavior were 94.0%. And the remaining 5.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Modern agriculture faces significant challenges such as limited land and declining soil fertility. The integration of hydroponic systems with aquaculture, particularly catfish farming, offers an innovative solution to enhance agricultural efficiency and productivity. This study explores the integration of hydroponic systems with aquaculture for the simultaneous cultivation of plants and catfish in a controlled environment. The research utilizes Arduino technology for monitoring temperature, pH, and water turbidity, which are essential for the health of fish and plants. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), involving the following steps: (1) Identifying potential problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, and (6) Product testing. The results indicate that integrating hydroponic systems with Arduino technology improves the efficiency of monitoring and managing the cultivation environment, positively impacting plant and catfish growth. The implementation of this system shows an increase in plant nutrient content and better fish health. And then, this research significantly contributes to the development of sustainable agriculture and global food security through the adoption of innovative technology.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the practice of implementing social media strategies by companies, especially in the context of product promotion through social media platforms such as live streaming and providing discounts. The main focus of the research is on efforts to increase customer buying interest, especially on the TikTok platform, using Skintific products as a case study. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the use of live streaming, giving discounts, and customer purchasing interest. These findings highlight the importance of an integrated social media strategy in increasing customer engagement and supporting business growth. The main conclusion of this research is that the use of social media strategies such as live streaming and promotional offers can positively influence customer purchasing interest on the TikTok platform, providing valuable insights for companies in designing effective marketing strategies in today's digital era.
