Abstract

Background: Dental and oral health problems in primary school students are in the high category, this is because efforts to improve dental health behavior of school children are still not optimal. One effective prevention of these problems through the act of brushing your teeth diligently, thoroughly and regularly. Proper dental health education is given to primary school students in the form of media that is packaged by learning while playing. Media promotion explosion teeth box is expected to change the behavior of brushing your child's teeth. Objective: To produce a suitable and effective explosion teeth box promotion media model towards changing tooth brushing behavior among  primary school students. Methods: Research and Development (R&D) and product/model trials (quasy experimental control group pretest and posttest design studies). The subjects of class III primary school students were divided into 2 groups: explosion teeth box as an intervention group and flashcard media as a control group and the duration of treatment for 10 days. The results of the model design were validated by experts. Data were tested using the interclass correlation coefficient test, shapiro-wilk, friedman, and post-hoc wilcoxon. Results: The average validation of explosion teeth box experts was 86.66 (very feasible) as a medium for the promotion of dental health in primary school students shown by the p-value (0.001). This model was effective in increasing the knowledge of brushing teeth (p=0.001) and decreasing the index debris score (p=0.001) compared to the control group. Conclusion: The application of explosion teeth box which was carried out for 10 days effectively improved the knowledge of brushing teeth in primary school students compared to the control group. Keywords: Primary school students, explosion teeth box, changing tooth brushing

Abstract

Background: Based on riskesdas data in 2013, the prevalence of cancer in Indonesia reached 1.4% or around 347,792 people. The technique used at Kensaras Hospital for the use of Electalinac for IMRT engineering and Linac Siemens for 3D engineering with energies of 5 mV, 7 mV, 8 mV, 10 mV, 12 mV, 14 mV. Radiotherapy simulation using the GE 16 slice CT Simulator with adequate space, thermoplast masks, individual blocks and universal blocks, and bolus. Constraints that occur in the use of blocks for Siemens linac which still use manual blocks do not use MLC.Methods: Research analysis using SRL PICO method seeks clinical information in scientific evidence-based health science practices. The results of literature search show that the goal of radiotherapy is to provide the maximum radiation needed to kill cancer, while the minimum to the surrounding healthy tissue. Results: The static MLC method is a method in which the MLC moves to form a segment when the radiation stops and MLC stops as long as the radiation lasts for each gantry angle and MLC stops for radiation and so on for each gantry angle. Meanwhile, the kensaras hospital for Linac Siemens still uses a manual block made from a chimney and is attached to the linacgantry which is prone to falling and having to replace the block every corner. Conclusion: Radiation therapy with a linear electron accelerator is experiencing rapid development and is a cancer therapy that is relatively inexpensive and does not provide radioactive waste. The use of MLC is safer and can move to form segments when radiation stops and MLC stops during radiation for each angle of the gantry.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that requires self-care in a long or long term so that patients can perform self-care independently to prevent complications from Diabetes Mellitus. Self-care behavior aims to assess and classify the extent to which Diabetes Mellitus sufferers perform self-care in order to improve their welfare and quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and pain perception about Diabetes Mellitus with the self-care behavior of Diabetes Mellitus sufferers. This research is a literature study that summarizes some of the relevant literature collected using Google Scholar published in 2015-2020. The search results showed 46 identified journals and 7 journals that met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus and the self-care behavior of Diabetes Mellitus patients and there was a significant relationship between the perception of pain about diabetes mellitus and the self-care behavior of diabetes mellitus patients.

Abstract

One of the important nutritional elements when pregnant is iron. The increase in blood volume duringpregnancy will increase the need for iron , the amount needed by pregnant women to prevent anemia is500 mg which functions for the needs of the fetus, placenta, and the mother's own hemoglobin. Jens andthe research design used was descriptive analytic, amounting to 163 pregnant women. The samplingtechnique used simple random sampling of 116 respondents. The analysis used was the frequencydistribution and the bivariate rank Spearman analysis. The results of the study with the RankSpearman correlation test using the SPSS 17 program obtained R count = 0.223 with a level of significant( α ) = 0.05, then R table = 0.1824 which means R count> R table and obtained p value = 0.016 whichindicates that the p value <from α ( p value 0.016 <0.05) . Pregnant women should increase theirknowledge about iron tablets as a supplement to iron by actively following health education and pregnancyexaminations, so they always consume Fe tablets during pregnancy by taking 1 tablet per day to avoid theincidence of pregnancy anemia. Pregnant women should increase their knowledge about iron tabletsas a supplement to iron by actively participating in health education on antenatal care. Keywords: Knowledge, pregnant women, obedient, Fe tablets

Abstract

Multi Slice Computed Tomography is a diagnostic imaging method that can display cross section anatomy in the axial, sagital, and coronal areas. MSCT Stonography imaging both visualizes the anatomy of the urinary tract and stone pathology supported by the presence of ureter tracking techniques and without using contrast media. On this method, the appropriate window width will produce an optimal anatomical picture. The Study aims to determine the effect of window width on anatomical image information on MSCT Stonography.Type of research is quantitative experimental approach, conducted in January-February 2020 in Hasan Sadikin Bandung hospital, Bandung. Research with variations  in window width 300 HU, 350 HU, 400 HU, 450 HU, and 500 HU on MSCT stonography og 10 patients. Criteria’s patients is patients with clinical kidney stones, willing to be a research sample. Result imagery rated two respondents, include parenchymal kidney, pelvic calices kidney, ureters, vesica urinary, and stones kidney. Then do Kappa test continued testing Friedman to know the highest mean rank and the influence og the window width oh the image og MSCT stonography.Based on the result of the Friedman statistical test overall anatomy obtained significance value (p-value) = 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is an influence of window width value, the contrast resolution will increase and the better the firm boundary, but the resulting image will be more radioluscent. Based on Friedman’s mean rank test result obtained the highest mean rank of 3,54 in a variation of window width 300. The most optical window displays anatomy information using window width 300. Keyword : window width, MSCT stonography
