Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Dental and oral health problems of most people, including mental retardation children. Child health policy mental retardation with all its limitations requires the participation of parents/ guardians. Brushing teeth behavior of parents in increasing motivation to brush children's teeth mentally retarded. Strategies for providing dental health education in accordance with the needs and abilities of children are needed. Behavior change therapy model in parents/ guardians is a learning model as a skill in brushing children's teeth mentally retarded. Puspose: The purpose of this study is to produce a behavior change therapy model that is able to improve the brushing behavior of parents/ guardians of children with mental retardation. Methods: Research and Development (R & D) procedures there are 5 stages of gathering information, design models, expert validation and revision, test models, the final results of the model. The sample collected 32 parents / guardians. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data on the model results were tested by paired different tests, intergroup difference tests, and proportion. Results: The results of this study, obtained about changes in significant in increasing knowledge knowledge (0.000), attitudes (0.000), skills (0.000) parents/ guardians. Conclusion The model of appropriate and effective behavior change therapy is effective in increasing the brushing of teeth of parents / guardians of children with mental retardation. Keywords: Behaviour change therapy models, tooth brushing behavior, parents/ guardians of children with mental retardation.

Abstract

The Puskesmas Information Reporting System (SIP) has been in since 1981. In its implementation, SIP was still limited to data which was the result of interactions between the community and health facilities. Methods used Research and Development (R&D). Collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The sample contained sample I amounted were 6 people, sample II were 25 people, and sample III were 16 people. Sampling technique with non probability sampling. Data analyswas used univariate and bivariate analyswas. Result that designed and built after being tested by experts, it was feasible to apply the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System Development Model. The Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System after being tested has been proven to be relevant/suitable for use in the implementation of the digital-based dental health recording and reporting service system at the Puskesmas in Boyolali Regency. The Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System has effective for the substance of the application system and improves the quality of the measurement before and after the development of a dental health recording and reporting service system based at the Puskesmas in Boyolali District with p value = 0.001. Conclusion that Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System has effective for the substance of the application system and improves the quality dental health recording and reporting service system based at the Puskesmas.

Abstract

Background: Emergency radiology has an important role. Based on several studies the factors responsible for delayed emergency care mostly involve imaging. All reports underscore the importance of imaging efficiency and the impact of imaging delays, which increase length of stay and exacerbate emergency department overcrowding, further limiting access to care and ultimately affecting radiographic results. Methods: This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach using literature study. Results:One of the problems in emergency services is waiting time as a local imaging barrier. A good RIS configuration is able to describe the workflow in each section, The digital imaging system supports the radiographer's records, including delays in the waiting room, and records of factors affecting scan time. HIS and RIS play a role in increasing patient efficiency and effectiveness. HIS stores, manages and captures information related to patient health activities and statistical data of health organizations. RIS is software that radiology installations use to improve radiological reporting quality and secure patient diagnostic results for years. As well as ensuring a smooth workflow in radiology installations and improving reporting quality. Conclusion: Good RIS integration is able to support the efficiency of emergency patient examinations, optimize patient waiting time and increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a type of non-communicable disease that can cause high morbidity and mortality. This disease is not a new disease, it's just that it doesn't get enough attention in the community, especially those who have a high risk of suffering from the disease. The purpose of this literature study is to identify recommendations about the effectiveness of aerobic exercise on blood glucose levels in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. This literature search was conducted to find articles that fit the topic through the Google Scholar database using keywords or Keyword aerobics "OR" blood. sugar level "AND" type 2 diabetes mellitus . A Google Scholar search was carried out for screening years (2010-2020) and using the phrase " aerobics blood sugar level ". Based on the results of a literature search from 17 articles obtained, there were 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria and through a review it was found that 8 out of 10 journal articles obtained were 75% of the effectiveness of aerobic exercise on blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. And 25% experienced an increase in blood glucose levels after doing aerobic exercise in other words, it was found that aerobic exercise was not effective against blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. aerobics. Keywords : Aerobic Exercise, Blood Glucose Levels, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

Abstract

One of the immunizations included in the government program is DPT immunization. The side effect of DPT immunization is high fever which can be treated such as giving antipyretic drugs, increasing breast milk, and wiping or in warm water compresses (IDAI, 2011). The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of mother-to-child skin contact on reducing fever after DPT1/Hb1/Hib1 immunization in the Bancak Health Center, Semarang Regency. This research method uses a Quasi Experimental design with a Pretest-Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study was the number of infants who were immunized by DPT1/Hb1/Hib1 in the Work Area of the Bancak Health Center, Semarang Regency, as many as 63 babies. The technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the average decrease in body temperature of infants with fever after DPT1/Hb1/Hib1 immunization in the intervention group and the control group (p-value 0.001). It is hoped that families, health workers and the community can apply skin to skin in handling baby fever.
