<![CDATA[Kartu Rencana Studi is an important activity carried out by students to determine the courses to be taken in the following semester, the process of filling out Kartu Rencana Studi is done one week before the lecture is really active and if students do not fill out in accordance with applicable regulations, the student concerned is considered on college leave. In the Department of Non-School Education, the University of Palangka Raya to fill in Kartu Rencana Studi still uses a manual method where students consult with their academic supervisor to ask for approval of the courses to be programmed in the semester that will take place. In the implementation of this filling process can cause problems, one of which is the delay of students in completing Kartu Rencana Studi, it is difficult to control the courses taken by students, not all courses that want to be programmed in accordance with the courses issued and there are some specific subjects who experience conflicts on the same scheduled day and hour make students have to readjust the schedule and courses to be taken with the available schedule. This research design made up of two stages: (1) data collection and analysis conducted by means of literature study and observation, (2) applying the waterfall method already modified with the stages is system analysis, design, implementation and testing. The implementation uses PHP and Mysql as a database to store data. Furthermore, at this testing stage using the Blackbox method.]]>

<![CDATA[Means of government to improve quality of teacher is accomplished through teacher certification. It is done by selecting every teacher listed in Education Board in Indonesia. Lots of data of participants of the teacher certification and confusion of criteria in selection of the teacher certification done by committee of the teacher certification can cause inaccurate data of the eligible participants to be certified. It causes gap for teacher which is actually eligible to be certified. To overcome the situation, it is necessary to produce a computer-based systematic effort for every working unit, in this case is Education Board of Murung Raya Regency in Central Kalimantan. The Development of Decision Support System which was used in this study was started by analyzing available system and analyzing related literature, Government Regulations, which was used as legal foundation to process data related to the teacher certification. Teacher certification scoring used Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which scored every datum and then was normalized by matrix. The result of matrix normalization obtained the final score of 7 (seven) criteria for every teacher which later will be ranked from the highest to the lowest. The rank was utilized to decide priority of teacher which was eligible to be certified. This application used Borland Delphi 7 as the programming language and MySQL as the database engine. The result of this study was a helping application to recommend teacher certification. Data which was produced by the application showed the similar result compared with the result of manual scoring from the institution. Therefore, it is suggested to implement the application since it is really helpful to assist the Education Board of Murung Raya, especially for employment construction to decide priority teacher to get the certification for every year as long as the regulation or policy does not change.]]>

<![CDATA[The printer is an essential requirement in supporting the daily activities of several business fields, namely printing, design, office, and others. Damage to the printer needs proper handling and right so that if not handled immediately will be detrimental to the user. The design of this system uses the Waterfall software development method which consists of five stages, namely requirements definition (feature determination stage), system and software design includes two activities, namely analysis (Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram) (table design, navigation design using a sitemap and interface), implementation and unit testing (realize and test the design results), integration and system testing and operation and maintenance (maintenance). <![CDATA[More and more abuse of digital images, data or information that is personal in nature can be easily known by others who are not entitled through digital images. This can cause material and immaterial losses to people whose personal information is misused by others. Then the application applies the Rijndael algorithm to secure digital image images which contain information or data that is personal in nature. In securing digital images, the Rijndael algorithm is used to protect the information contained in these images, this algorithm runs with processes such as SubBytes, ShiftRows, MixColumns, and AddRoundKey. The methodology applied is data collection methods such as field studies and literature studies, then methods of developing Waterfall software (Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment) for system design. The results of the test analysis get an accuracy value of 100% from the 14 image files tested, all of them were successfully encrypted and decrypted so that it returned to the original form of the original image. For further development, this application can input the data files of other documents and increase the key length to 196 bits and 256 bits]]>

<![CDATA[The application of information technology in the field of Human Resource Management greatly facilitates the work of administrative issues in relation to Human Resource. The use of information technology in the processes requires well-trained human resources. As a company that has several units, the Human Resources who work at PT. JAMKRIDA are expected to have good performance to support the company's progress. Therefore, a performance evaluation system is needed. Decision support system used the Weighted product method to complete the calculation. Software development methodology applied waterfall starting from the requitments definition, system and software design to the implementation phase made by PHP and MyAdmin database, and black box testing. It is concluded that decision support system for evaluating the employee’s performances does assessment by using criteria and items of assessments referring to PT. Jamkrida. Assessments are carried out online so it is expected to replace the manual old system.]]>

<![CDATA[The menu provided at restaurant can only be seen from a menu book that is shown by the waiter who shows the menu names in the form of text along with the price. This menu book model is felt to be less effective and less attractive. With a restaurant menu application with technology augmented reality, customers will find detailed information about the menu in restaurant displayed in the form of interesting 3D objects. The research method used for software development is Waterfall Model. Application development in this study uses the Unity3D, Vuporia, game engine and Blender3D. The resulting application can be used on Android Smartphones with a minimum operating system of 5.1 (Lollipop). In this case the method used is marker based tracking which is a tracking method using markers or images. From the results of black-box testing, the functional test results show that the application has run as expected, and the results of this application questionnaire get the very good category because it is at a percentage of 87% of the seven statements with likert method and has no problems when run.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of employee’s recruitment at PT. Jamkrida still uses the manual methods in terms of registration, selection and announcement the result. These process is tme consuming and could be very expensive. Therefore a new system is needed to manage the recruitment process of new employees at PT. Jamkrida Kalimantan Tengah. Through this system the registration and selection process can be done well, precisely and quickly. Employee Recruitment System of PT. Jamkrida Kalimantan Tengah can be used as a solution in handling the process of hiring new employees in a company. The testing method performed on this website is a blackbox. From the tests conducted it can be concluded that the existence of a new web-based employee recruitment information system or e-recruitment company, is very helpful in the process of recruiting applicants, such as the committee can process applicant data quickly because applicant data will be accommodated in a database so that applicant data does not accumulate in file storage cabinets, as well as to process and search applicants' data can be done easily, with the online test system it can be easily and quickly to make corrections to answers because it is done by the system.]]>

Therefore it isnecessary media that can facilitate all the stages and can help decision making.Decision Support System Selection Position of High Leadership Of Pratama In KatinganRegency With Simple Additive Weighting Method built using waterfall methodology. The stages in thewaterfall methodology to build a software are needs analysis, system design, program code writing,program testing and maintenance. With Xampp as a localhost server application. To support decision making, this systemapplied Simple Additive Weighting method as an optimal alternative search method based on specifiedcriteriaFrom the results of the research found that the search for optimal alternative of a number ofcandidates for High Leadership Of Pratama with this method can be trusted because of thismathematical method there is a statistical test by looking at the value of criteria previously given tothe alternative. Implementing this system can reduce errors in alternative assessments, facilitateimplementation at all stages and systems more efficiently than traditional systems.]]>

<![CDATA[Nascar car washing is a place which provides car washing service. There are some problemswhich are found in Nascar car washing. The first are is there is not any facility that can be accessedeasily in computing data. There is also not much information available about facilities provided inthat place. Before, they only use books to register and save data such as number of cars they havecleaned. They also use books to make reports of their income and outcome. Besides, they deliverinformation about facilities which they have only through mouth-to-mouth method or the costumershave to ask the owner or the staffs of the war washing service directly.Because of those problem, the researches conduct a research on an information system tohelp the cashier manages data and it is also used for costumers to find information easily. Thisresearch is entitled A Web-Based Design of Information System of Car Washing Service in PalangkaRaya.The researchers use PHP programming language, MySQL programming language and UMLDesigning Method.
