Abstract

The research is motivated learner development of instructional media and optimizing less difficulty understanding the material learners, learners are reluctant to provide explanations over and never develop practical learning media. It aims to produce multimedia presentations tutorial video media to enhance learning outcomes and positive attitude of students. The subject of his research, validation to the matter experts and instructional media expert. Further trials are held as many as 3 individual, small group testing as many as 13 people, and a large group trials as many as 46 people. Test results of the feasibility study used instrument validity and reliability testing with a sample test of 20 questions. Attitude instrument used due diligence test validity and reliability testing with a sample test of 30 questions. The data obtained through respondents using a questionnaire enclosed and measured using a Likert scale and percentage. Analysis of trial data using paired samples t test to analyze differences in learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. The results of this study are as follows: The results of the analysis of the improvement of learning outcomes; different test post-test control class and experimental class with a level of sig 0.000 <0.05 there is a difference. The results of the analysis of attitudes, students who gave a negative attitude and a positive attitude 9 persons 14 persons. Development of video tutorials media has a positive influence on the improvement of learning outcomes and positive attitude of students. Media feasible to use video tutorials to students who take courses multimedia presentations. Further advice from the researchers: Using video tutorials media products need to be used to improve learning outcomes in particular multimedia presentations oint hyperlinks, embedding and distribution of presentation. At such material learners can understand in detail the steps of manufacture. It is recommended to the learner in order to take advantage of video tutorials media so that learners are able to solve the difficulty to understand the material

Abstract

The background of this research is begin with the student inactive in following subject that taught by teacher because teacher only applying same model on every learning activity, applying no learning model, and applying no learning media also have monotone teaching way so make student bore, lack communication between student and teacher, student only centered on teacher activity. Those matters causing the low of student learning result and still far from minimal completeness criterion as big as 70 especially on social study subject with main theme the development of production technology, communication and transportation and the experience of use it. The aims of this research are to describe student and teacher activity, improvement of student learning result and student respond on the application of based portfolio learning model on social study subject with main theme the development of production technology, communication and transportation and the experience of use it on fourth grade student of SDN Jatidukuh I Mojokerto. By applying portfolio based learning model student expected can understanding the matter holistically and obtained good learning result based on minimal completeness criterion since by applying portfolio based learning model can attracted student attention on learning so that they will not feel bore on learning activity. This research applying class action research that done in three cycles with research procedures such: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative method. Subject of this research is fourth grade student of SDN Jatidukuh I Mojokerto that amounted of 26 students. Data collection technique by using observation, evaluation test and interview. On learning activity, teacher activity experience improvement with percentage of first cycle as big as 69,64%, on second cycle is 86,90% and on third cycle as big as 97,61%. Student activity also experience improvement with percentage of first cycle as big as 64.40%, on second cycle is 72% and on third cycle as big as 91%. Student learning result on social study also experience mean improvement with percentage of first cycle as big as 60.61, on second cycle is 69.26 and on third cycle as big as 85.38. Thus, the application of portfolio based learning model can make student active and enthusiast in learning and can increase student learning result on social study on fourth grade student of SDN Jatidukuh I Mojokerto

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Curriculum 2013 in the learning of Islamic Education and Budi Pekerti at SMAN 1 Panarukan Situbondo which includes: Planning Learning Islamic Religious Education and Character In Curriculum 2013 in SMA Negeri I Panarukan. Implementation of Islamic Education Learning and Character Budi In Curriculum 2013 in SMA Negeri I Panarukan. Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education Learning and Character Budi In Curriculum 2013 at SMA Negeri I Panarukan. This research uses qualitative research. The conclusion of this research is first, the implementation of learning plan of Islamic Education and Budi Pekerti on the curriculum of 2013 covering annual program, semester program, weekly and daily program, remedial program and enrichment of both implementation of learning of Islamic Education and Character Budi on Curriculum 2013 covering the development of intimacy and pree test, the formation of competence, and post test, the third implementation of evaluation of learning of Islamic Education and Character Budi on Curriculum 2013 include assessment of attitude competence, knowledge competency assessment, and skill assessment. But in general the development of Curriculum 2013 on learning Islamic Religious Education and Character in SMAN 1 Panarukan seen from the planning system, the implementation is maximal but the assessment system is still less than the maximum

Abstract

The teacher is a professional worker, but in reality there are many teachers who do not meet the professional qualifications. Therefore, the professionalism of teachers needs to be improved continuously, with various professional and proportional manners. One of them is implementation of lesson study. This study aimed to provide information and explanation that can be obtained benefits such as: a) improving the professionalism of science teachers through the process of improvement in the ability of the analysis of the problem’s learning; b) promoting creative and innovative teachers in learning process; c) improving quality of learning process that leads to the improvement of the quality of student learning outcomes. This research use descriptive research conducted by three cycles of lesson study in which one cycle consisted of (a) Planning; (b) Action, followed by observation; (b) Reflection; and (d) the next Action Plan. Types of data collected are qualitative data. Process and analysis performed by steps of data reduction, data tabulation, data interpretation and conclusion. From the data process and analysis concluded that the implementation of lesson study on the implementation of effective learning isenhancing the professionalism of teachers. Based on the conclusions of this study can be recommended as one of the solutions the problem of low quality of the learning process conducted by a science teacher at SD Negeri 3 Jangkar

Abstract

Module Development Course for Students of Social Education Studies Program PGSD the Faculty of Education Academic Year 2014/2015 in the fourth semester at the University of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. explained that the teaching materials used at the University currently drafting often without considering the structure of the content areas of study for learning purposes. Currently ability mastery of Social Education course is still low, so it required the development of teaching materials Education IPS in accordance with the existing field conditions and pay attention to the character of students.Stages of development of teaching materials package for the IPS Education PGSD Studies Program Faculty of Teaching and Education Academic Year 2014/2015 at the University Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo is the selection of teaching materials, media selection, evaluation procedures and product design development. The evaluation was done by an expert course content, instructional media design experts and the PGSD Study Program Student And Teacher Training Faculty of Education Academic Year 2014/2015 at the University Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. Formative evaluation is done to get feedback from experts and the students to improve teaching materials Education IPS products.Results of the assessment given by expert course content and instructional media design experts on teaching materials product IPS Education Program for Students PGSD the Faculty of Education Academic Year 2014/2015 in the fourth semester at the University of Situbondo Abdurachman Saleh is a very decent, which means that the material IPS Education teaching for the students is very fit for use.Developer concludes Education teaching materials IPS products can be used as a source of learning students in semester IV, as evidenced by the results of the questionnaire and the comments of experts who claim that IPS education teaching materials are very decent. Besides the teaching materials can improve the ability of students by 80% in the procurement of the material that was delivered by the lecturer. Abstract

Learning activities learning in SDN 1 Curah Jeru less increase skills, particularly writing skills learning on the theme of the exposition essay "Beauty Togetherness". It caused during these teachers only use conventional methods because of a lack of creativity/lecture from the teacher. Teachers use media that are less attractive for students that is the only image in the students so that students feel saturated and not interested in learning to write the story/essay correctly according the rules of the writing of the essay. Model learning Concept Sentence is one type of learning model developed from cooperative learning. According to Shoimin (2001:37) Concept Sentence (Sentence concept) is a model of learning which is done by giving the cards that contains some key words to students. These keywords are then organized into paragraphs-paragraphs. This model is done with students formed a group of heterogeneous and make a sentence with at least 4 keywords match the material being presented. This research was carried out in class IV B SDN 1 Curah Jeru consisting of 27 students. Students are organized into 5 groups are heterogeneous. This type of research is research class action done 2 cycles. Method of collecting data through observation, interviews, tests/tasks, and documentation. The percentage of implementation of the learning model concept sentence on cycle I reached 68% and cycle II reached 87%. On cycle I, the percentage of ketuntasan in writing skills bouquet of 67% in the category of skilled enough, while on cycle II amounted to 89% in the category of very skilled, so classical meets the Minimum Completely Criteria (KKM) SDN 1 Curah Jeru. Conclusion of this research is to increase students writing skills bouquet of Exposition. The increase in the percentage of students of essay writing skills I cycle to cycle II amounting to 22%, while the increase in the application of the model concept sentence from cycle to cycle I II of 19%. Conclusion of this research is to increase students ' writing skills bouquet of Exposition. The increase in the percentage of students of essay writing skills I cycle to cycle II amounting to 22%, while the increase in the application of the model concept sentence from cycle to cycle I II of 19%. Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the improvement the result of learning social studies after the implementation of Temas Game Tournament (TGT) model on the first semester of sixth grade students of SD No 6 Panji in academic year 2014/2015. This research was an action research. This research was done at SD No 6 Panji on sixth grade students in academic year 2014/2015 which was consisted of 14 students, 8 males and 6 females. The method of data collection in this research was test method. The method of data analysis was descriptive quantitative analysis method. In the cyclic process, the action was done successfully if the percentage of the learning achievement reached ≥ 80 % and if all students got score ≥ 56. The result of the research showed that there was an improvement of the average score of social studies students’ achievement on cycle1 was 60,71 with the classical passing standard of learning 71,43%. There were 10 students passed and 4 students were not passed. There was an improvement on cycle 2 on the average score 80,71 with the classical passing standard of learning 100%. So forth, the implementation of teaching and learning by using TGT model could improve the result of the students’ outcome for sixth grade studentson the first semester of SD No 6 Panji in academic year 2014/2015

Abstract

Development in the field of education as a part of national development, need to be realized to the improvement and advancement of the education sector. The decline of the quality of education a lot of scrutiny from the public, participants graduate education, educators and government. Learning is a complex process that happens to everyone and lasts a lifetime. One sign that a person has learned a behavior is a change in him. Changes in the behavior changes which are concerning both knowledge (cognitive) and skills (psychomotor) as well as those concerning values ​​and attitudes (apektif). Such changes should take place as a result of interaction with the environment through the learning process. Where teachers are not the only source of learning, although the tasks, roles and functions in the learning process is very important. Student learning success can be determined by the motivation to learn has. Students who have a high learning motivation will tend achievement high anyway; otherwise students that their motivation for achievement motivation, in this study was defined as the urge to do a task as well as possible by the standards of excellence. SDN 4 Wringin Anom is fairly seeded schools in the district Kec.Panarukan. Situbondo is particularly a willingness to learn it was seen from study participation or attending school student who was always full, the other thing is the kids grade 1-6 students diligently following extra-curricular activities in schools so that the potential motivation can be learned as knowledge about motivation which can be pushed to learn in school. Based on data analysis and discussion can be concluded, that the average achievement motivation and fifth grade students of State Elementary School 4 Wringin Anom Situbondo at high category with a score of 142.
