Abstract

Learning from home shows good results if there is success in learning which is influenced by factors from within and from outside the students themselves. One of them is a discipline in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between discipline in learning from home and the learning achievement of chemistry students of Class XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Sorong during the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of samples was determined using the Harry King Nomogram with a 95% confidence interval to obtain 154 samples from 254 populations. This research uses correlational research. The results of the correlation test showed that the correlation coefficient (r) between the discipline of learning from home and the students' chemistry learning achievement was 0.066 with p = 0.419, and with a positive correlation direction. By using a significance level of 5%, it was obtained p = 0.419> 0.05. The correlation value obtained from the results of the analysis is the same as rxy ≤ 0, which means that Ho is accepted and Hi is rejected, or in other words, there is no positive and significant relationship between the discipline of learning from home and the chemistry learning achievement of students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Sorong during the pandemic. Covid-19. This means that students' chemistry learning achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic was not influenced by the level of student learning discipline.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar materi sistem operasi jaringan antara pembelajaran berbasis literasi, dan praktek dengan pembelajaran berbasis literasi pada siswa kelas XI jurusan teknik komputer jaringan SMK Negeri 3 Sorong tahun 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Sorong dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Sebagai target penelitian adalah kenaikan hasil belajar dan kenaikan rata-rata kelas dari setiap siklus. Pola rancangan eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Simple randomized design. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah: Ada perbedaan hasil belajar Materi Sistem Operasi Jaringan Antara Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi dan Praktek dengan Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi Pada Siswa Kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMK Negeri 3 Sorong Tahun 2019/2020, Hasil pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan praktek lebih baik dibandingkan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dengan nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 77,62, Pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan praktek siswa dapat membantu siswa untuk mencapai ketuntasan belajar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to learn about the impact of competence on the performance of human resources. The type of research used is Explanatory Research aimed at testing a relationship hypothesis among variables. This study used questionnaires as tools to obtain data, spreading them with Non-probability Sampling with a simple random sampling technique against 41 teachers. A structural equatin model (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 M3 is the analytical technique used. The finding showed that there was a positive and important effect on human resource efficiency across competencies, with a TStatistics value of 7,757 > Ttable 1,682. The effect of skill in improving the performance of human resource at teacher in district X, Sorong Regency of West Papua has various limitations, among others, with the limitations of existing teachers causing representation on a district scale cannot generalize the overall teacher in the District Government of Sorong, West Papua

Abstract

In general, companies that are established have a specific purpose. The purpose is the starting point for carrying out all activities within the company. Manufacturing companies are companies whose main business activities are processing raw materials into finished products, then selling the resulting products. One thing that can be done for manufacturing companies in the policy in determining the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured. PT. SENANG ABADI is a manufacturing company, which produces ground coffee. In the production process activities, this company has not implemented and determined the cost of goods manufactured by accounting procedures, in terms of collection and classification of costs not yet collected according to the elements of production costs. Therefore, the company does not know how much the actual cost of production is issued by the company during the production process. The purpose of this research is to find out how to calculate the cost of goods manufactured at PT. SENANG ABADI is it by the cost accounting concept. The method used in this research is a literature study, interview, and observation. In calculating the cost of production, the company has not taken into account all production costs incurred during the production process. In determining factory overhead costs, the company only takes into account the cost of electricity but takes into account all the costs of labor as direct labor. PT. Senang Abadi should collect all production costs according to the elements of production costs incurred during the production process. So that the calculation of the cost of production is correct and provides accurate profit information.

Abstract

The development of a Character-Based Science Learning Module for Kindergarten students at Cinta Kasih Sorong School is a module development that can help teachers in providing science (Science) material as well as training skills and encouraging student development intellectually and training students to have a characterist attitude. The purpose of this research is the development of modules to make interesting learning so that students can develop cognitive independently through science learning combined with character-based methods. The module development design of this study uses the research and development method or "research and development" (R & D) following the stages of development research according to Brog and Gall. The data analysis used was an analysis of the feasibility of the module by taking the average value data of students during the learning process and interpreting it qualitatively by anecdotal assessment by the teacher. The results of the study the average score for class A was 73,100 and class B was 72,250. Based on the average score taken during the learning process, it proves that the two classes have almost the same value. This proves that the modified module can increase students' imagination and understanding. The characters that are assessed by anecdotal notes are cooperation, independence, responsibility, mutual help, order and discipline. The conclusion of the research results is that the development of a Character-Based Science (Science) Learning Module developed through this research and development is suitable for use as a module in the Science learning process for Kindergarten students at Cinta Kasih Sorong School. Abstract

The purpose of the study was: 1) finding out students’ enhancement in cognitive learning outcomes based on application of learning systematic troubleshooting solution and Wankat-Oreovocz experimental and demonstration method on optical material. 2) finding out the difference of application of learning systematic troubleshooting solution assisted by experimental method by using Wankat-Oreovocz troubleshooting strategy assisted demonstration to students’ cognitive learning outcomes on optical material. 3) finding out the difference of application of learning systematic troubleshooting solution assisted demonstration method by using Wankat-Oreovocz troubleshooting strategy assisted experiment to students’ cognitive learning outcomes on optical material. 4) finding out the interaction between the application of learning systematic troubleshooting solution and Wanket-Oreovocz. Experimental and demonstration methods have unequal effects. The number of students in this research were 70 students who were divided into two classes, namely the application of learning systematic troubleshooting strategy class amounted 34 students and application of Wanket-Oreovocz troubleshooting strategy class amounted to 36 students in terms of application of experimental and demonstration learning methods. Sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Research design used in this research was factorial design. Data was analyzed by using Anova technique with SPSS version 16.0 Software. Research results of data analysis in this research used to improve students’ cognitive learning outcomes in terms of application of learning systematic troubleshooting strategy and demonstration method obtained 0.59 which was in moderate “category”, the application of Wanket-Oreovocz troubleshooting strategy and experimental methods obtained 0.56 which was in moderate “category”. Wanket-Oreovocz troubleshooting strategy that obtained 0.61 was also obtanined 0.61. Results hypothesis showed that there is difference in cognitive learning outcomes between the application of learning systematic troubleshooting strategy and Wanket-Oreovcz (sig-value 0.854 > 0,05); there are differences in cognitive learning outcomes between the application of experimental method and demonstration method (sig-value 0.035 < 0.05);and there is no interaction between systematic troubleshooting strategy and Wanket-Oreovcz, which demonstration method was better used than experiment method.

Abstract

The traditional market in Indonesia is the place where economic activities begin in an area. Although now the traditional markets have been widely eroded and eliminated by the modern market, for some communities the conventional market is not only a place to buy and sell but also as a miniature of their lives which are interconnected and closely related to market activities. Warmon morning market in Malawele Aimas village is one of the examples. This market has been running for a long time. At first, there were only a few traders with the lack of place available. However, these days the Warmon morning market has developed rapidly and become one of the economic milestones in Aimas district as a capital city of Sorong Regency West Papua. The purpose of the analysis in this paper is 1] the development of the Warmon morning market in terms of the number of sellers, the velocity of money and the revenue generated from market retribution. 2] Warmon morning market contribution to Local Revenue. The collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire and interview. The result is that the Warmon morning market contributed to improving the economy of the Aimas community, not only the traders but also the surrounding community. Because with the presence of Warmon morning market, there are job opportunities for the society. Thus this has a positive impact on the progress and development of the new city of Aimas, Sorong Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the influence of communication, discipline, and motivation on employee performance. To achieve these objectives, this study uses quantitative research methods. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation of 38 respondents in the office of Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kabupaten Teluk Wondama analyzed using SPSS 22. The results showed that there was a significant influence between communication, discipline, and motivation on employee performance. So to improve employee performance, the organization and institutional management must pay attention to improving good communication, discipline, and motivation. The findings of this study are expected to be useful for further researchers in the fields of management, accounting, administration and economics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is toanalyze, explain, and discuss how to create qualified formal learning in support of students' self-learning effectiveness, how the leadership style of Guardian Class in supporting the effectiveness of self-learning of students, and factors influence the effectiveness of student self-learning. The research is designed to answer the problems and objectives that have been formulated and proposed. To address the problems and objectives, the researchwas conducted in IMPRES Elementary School 102 Sorong City Klagete, West Papua. To answer the research problem, this research uses qualitative method, where data collected and analyzed, obtained by observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by reducing, presented and summarized.The results ofthis study states that this study mentioned to improve the effectiveness of formal learning, it is necessary to structuring the quality of formal learning. The education process should be done regularly, systematically, by following clear requirements. Teachers must be creative using a variety of techniques and teaching methods that are contextual to the situation and students' absorption. In addition, it needs to be supported with the leadership qualities of the Guardian Class. The ability of the Guardian Class in communicating, motivating students, visionary is very helpful in improving the quality of formal learning of students.The family environment factors, peers, study time, teacher's knowledge and skills, guardian's attention, and coorporative learning are very important to be observed and arranged well. All should be considered in improving the management of education and the formulation of school policies in the effort of improvement and improvement of quality.

Abstract

Dengan mewabahnya Covid-19 di Indonesia, berdampak bagi dunia pendidikan, demikian juga MA PPKP Darul Ma’La Winong – PATI. Untuk mencegah dan mengurangi resiko penularan virus Covid-19 di lingkungan sekolah dan merujuk pada surat edaran Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) Direktorat Pendidikan Tinggi No 1 tahun 2020, maka MA PPKP Darul Ma’La Winong – PATI menetapkankan untuk belajar dari rumah masing-masing. Melalui surat edaran ini Kemendikbud memberikan instruksi kepada seluruh perguruan tinggi untuk menyelenggarakan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan menyarankan murid untuk belajar dari rumah masing-masing(Firman 2020).Sebelum mewabahnya virus covid-19 di Indonesia, MA PPKP Darul Ma’La Winong – Pati menerapkan model pembelajaran secara luring. Karena tuntutan situasi dan kondisi, model pembejaran ini harus beralih menjadi pembelajaran online. Namun perubahan model pembelajaran ini mengalami kendala karena keterbatasan SDM dan belum adanya sistem yang mengatur, belum tersedianya hardware maupun software, yang mendukung proses pembelajaran online. Masing-masing guru memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang mereka punya dan kuasai sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Ada yang memanfaatkan Facebook,WA, Google Class Room, Instagram, Google Meet, Zoom, dan ada yang memakai Youtube untuk menerangkan pelajaran. Hal ini mengakibatkan para siswa harus menginstal aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Hal ini sangat tidak efektif bahkan sering mendatangkan masalah dalam proses pembelajaran. Kendala - kendala juga dialami para guru dalam memaparkan materi pelajaran juga dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa.Berdasarkanpermasalahan-permasalahan yang ada, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran dengan Learning Management System (LMS) pada MA PPKP Darul Ma’La Winong – Pati di masa pandemi Covid – 19 ini.
