Abstract

The effect of service quality to satisfaction and loyalty of outpatiens Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk. The aim of this study are : 1) To know the effect of service quality to satisfaction of the outpatients Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk, 2) To know the effect of service quality to loyalty of the outpatients Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk, 3) To know the effect of service quality to satisfaction and loyalty of the outpatients Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk. There were 150 respondents in these research within their criteria has passing senior high school degree and more than two times taking outpatient or accompanying outopatient's at Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk. The sample deciding method is purposive sampling. To gain the result as the researchgoal, structural equation modelling SEM were analyzed by analysis moment of structure (AMOS) and special package for statistic science (SPSS). The results shows that : 1) Service quality positive and significantly effects the satisfaction of the outpatient Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk, 2) Service quality positive and significantly effects the loyalty of the outpatient Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk and 3) Service Quality positive and significanty effects the satisfaction and loyalty of the outpatient Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk.

Abstract

Tutor as one of the determinants of the success of educational goals and the spearhead of non-formal education are required to have competencies as an educator. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of tutor’s pedagogical and professional competence in learning outcomes of education package equivalents C education in PKBM Bahtera Dua Blitar city 2017/2018. The population amounted to 160 people, with a sampel of 114 people consisting of residents learning the package C PKBM Bahtera Dua. Data collection methodhs used are questionnaire methods, interviews and documentation. The approach used is a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The results of the study show that coefficient value f calculates pedagogic and professional competence has an effect on learning outcomes of learning groups learning packages C PKBM Bahtera Dua on Blitar city with probability values (sig. F change) = 0,000. Thus the hypothesis (ho) is rejected while hypothesis (ha) is minimized.

Abstract

This study discusses human resources in improving teacher performance which are specified into three aspects, namely: first to understand human resources at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali. Second, to influence the performance of teachers at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali. The third resource is to study human resource management at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali. The results of this study are expected to help in further research and are expected to provide input and advice in improving the quality of teacher work in educating the nation's next generation. This research was conducted at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali as one of the Islamic-based schools or madrassas on the island of Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were observation guides, interview guides, and documentation formats. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions, as well as testing the validity. The results showed that the existing human resources at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali can be categorized both in terms of acquisition and quality. Teacher performance is quite good by looking at the activities carried out. The implementation of human resource management implemented by the school principal at MTs Sunan Ampel Sumberkima Bali was carried out quite well.

Abstract

Discipline, Work Climate, and Compensation have an important role in improving teacher performance. This research was conducted to particularize how much influence of the discipline, work climate and compensation to the performance of the teachers. This research uses a quantitative research method where the data in this study will be processed and the results in the form of figures and analysis. Population and sample of this research were all teachers at SMKN 1 Semen, amounting to 55 respondents. The analysis that used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, with the research instrument test, classic assumption test, F test and T test. The statistical calculations is aided SPSS 21 for Windows. So, the result of this research is to conceive any partial effect that disciplines, work climate, and compensation can predispose teacher performance at SMKN 1 Semen simultaneously.

Abstract

The research was distributed by worries researchers about the abuse and illicit traffic in narcotics in Tulungagung district. The high cases of abuse of and illicit traffic in narcotic drugs of concern for the Government which is also very seized public attention in Tulungagung district. Even considering its importance, the Government called for a State of emergency drugs. Therefore, the strategy of the National Narcotics Agency Tulungagung district in the prevention and eradication of misuse and illicit narcotics is highly expected to overcome the problem of narcotic drugs in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 35 of the year 2009 about narcotics. The methods used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive analysis approach. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the strategy of the National Narcotics Agency Tulungagung district in the prevention and eradication of abuse and illicit traffic in narcotic drugs (P4GN) in Tulungagung district. The type of research that is used is the type of research that is descriptive qualitative research i.e. expose the description of circumstances that occur in field. This research was carried out at the Office of the National Narcotics Agency Tulungagung district. Source data obtained by using a Purposive Sampling method where that becomes Key Informants is the head of BNNK Tulungagung, whereas Section prevention and community empowerment and the eradication of Section as well as the General Head of sub-division as the informant. The research results obtained from portrayal of the National Narcotics Agency strategy that Tulungagung district in the field of the prevention and eradication of misuse and illicit narcotics in Tulungagung district has yet to run a maximum of due at least power extension officers of the anti drugs certified extension officers resulting in less professional in carrying out basic tasks and functions. Whereas in the field of the eradication of the maximum because not all members of the section the eradication has not followed a psychological test as a condition of holding the weapon so far in carrying out the activities of the operations have not been supported with weaponry. In order to optimize the prevention and eradication of abuse and illicit traffic in narcotic drugs (P4GN) in Tulungagung, Tulungagung district BNN then needs to evaluate the strategies currently being implemented growth strategy and stability (horizontal integration) and correct the weaknesses and take advantage of opportunities to overcome the threats so Tulungagung district free from abuse and illicit traffic in narcotics

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the performance of cooperatives based on the level of health of special cooperatives for savings and loan cooperatives or savings and loan units that refer to the regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises RI Number 14 / PER / M.KUKM / XII / 2009 and the Regulation of Deputy for Supervision Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises RI number: 06 / PER. / DEP.6 / IV / 2016 by analyzing: 1) Capital 2) Earning Assets Quality 3) Management 4) Efficiency 5) Liquidity 6) Independence and Growth 7) Identity Cooperative. The object of this study is the Jasa Tirta Farmers Cooperative in Tulungagung Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with primary and secondary data. The results of the research conducted show that the health of cooperatives in 2015-2017 each scored 69.95 for 2015, a score of 70.70 for 2016 and a score of 74.95 for 2017. The determination of the level of health of the cooperative is as follows: 80 ≤ x ≤ 100 healthy predicate, 66 ≤ x <80 predicate is quite healthy, 51 ≤ x <66 predicate in supervision, and x <51 predicate in special supervision. In this assessment the health level of the Jasa Tirta Farmers Cooperative was included in the assessment category of 66 ≤ x <80 the predicate was quite healthy.

Abstract

The current land certification policy initiated by the government is based on the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06 of 2018 concerning the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) which targets 126 million certified parcels in all regions of Indonesia in 2025. In the level of the implementation of PTSL at the Land Office of the Tulungagung Regency, it shows that from November 2019 the Tulungagung District Land Office has completed 24,432 land parcels of 32,000 targeted land parcels. The process of achieving targeted land parcels is influenced by internal and external factors of the land office that need to be addressed immediately, including Human Resource factors and limited facilities and general public response. In addition, the Performance optimization strategy needs to be supported by adequate resources and also needs to create a new strategy in resolving internal and external barriers that also come from the competency of community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi android yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi ancaman atau potensi bencana di sekitar mereka. Aplikasi android tersebut bernama SIMAK PRB. SIMAK PRB akronim dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kebencanaan Pengurangan Resiko Bencana. SIMAK PRB menyajikan informasi (1) Bencana dan Panduan, (2) Berita dan Tulisan Artikel, (3) Informasi Cuaca, Gempa dan Citra Satelit dan (4) Pelaporan Kejadian Bencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan model pengembangan Sukmadinata yang diadaptasi dengan tahap: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk, dan uji produk. Studi pendahuluan dilakukan dengan survey lapangan dan studi teoretis. Pengembangan produk dilaksanakan dengan mengembangkan aplikasi android. Uji produk hanya dilakukan kepada kelompok kecil, kepada masyarakat area rawan bencana. Hasil uji produk, rata-rata menunjukkan aplikasi cukup layak digunakan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation variables, Wages, Labor and Social Security on the performance of a janitor, both simultaneously and partially on the performance of a janitor. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables in the form of motivation which consists of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, the needs of self-esteem and self-actualization needs. Variable salary consists minimum wage, overtime, wages do not work due to other activities outside of work, and the structure and scale of remuneration proportional. Social security workforce composed of Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Benefit (JKM), the Old Age Security JHT) and pensions (JP). The dependent variable in the form of Performance Officer Hygiene. Performance consists of quantity, quality, punctuality, attendance, and ability to cooperate. This research is a quantitative research, with a population of 135 people janitor. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 people. The test results of T-test, partial variabel motivation significant effect of 0,388 to variable performance janitor Environment Agency Nganjuk. In partial wage, significant influence amounted to 0.865 against the performance variables janitor Environment Agency Nganjuk. In partial social securityberpengaruh significantly by 0.207 to variable performance janitor District Environmental Office. Nganjuk. F test results - Test Variables Motivation, Wages, Labor and Social Security amounted to 141.596 simultaneous effect on the performance of the janitor of the Environment Department Nganjukreinforced by the coefficient of determination coefficient of determination (R) = 0816 means the relationship between motivation, wages and social security to the performance janitor of 81.6% means a very close relationship. The greater the R means the relationship more closely. While the R square of 0.810 means that 81% can be explained by the motivation variable (X1), wages (X2) and social security of labor (X3) and performance (X4). While the remaining 19% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
