Abstract

The advancement of digital technology and the rising trend of live streaming in e-commerce have significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are characterized by impulsive tendencies and high responsiveness to promotional stimuli. In this context, TikTok Shop has emerged as a popular platform offering interactive features such as flash sales and hedonic shopping experiences, both of which can elicit positive emotions and trigger spontaneous purchase decisions (impulsive buying). This study aims to examine the influence of flash sales and hedonic shopping motivation on impulsive buying, with positive emotion as a mediating variable among Generation Z consumers in Bandung City. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed, using purposive sampling to collect data from 160 respondents who had engaged in impulsive purchases via TikTok Shop live streaming. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique through the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results reveal that both flash sales and hedonic shopping motivation have a positive and significant influence on positive emotion and impulsive buying. Furthermore, positive emotion is found to partially mediate the relationship between the independent variables and impulsive buying behavior. These findings contribute to the refinement of digital marketing strategies and offer theoretical insights into consumer impulsivity in the digital commerce era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of foreign trade, consumption, and inflation on economic growth in five ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand) during the period of 2017-2021. The research utilizes secondary data in the form of panel data. The panel data regression method is applied to assess the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The result indicate that exports significantly positively affect economic growth, while imports and consumtion do not have a significant impact. Inflation also shows a significant positive effect. These finding highlight the importance of foreign trade and inflation in influencing economic growth in the ASEAN region.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of inflation , foreign trade , and exchange rates on economic growth in ASEAN countries . This study uses quantitative methods and descriptive data analysis. The sample in this study is five ASEAN countries . which was first formed . The results of this study indicate that inflation partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in ASEAN countries . With a probability value of 0.0247 <0.05, while the calculated T and T table values are 2.1161 > 2.01290 . The import probability value is 0.0478 <0.05, while the calculated T and T table values are 2.0112 > 2.01290. The import probability value is 0.3595 > 0.05, while the calculated T and T table values are 0.9741 <2.01290. The exchange rate probability value is 0.2086 > 0.05, while the calculated T and T table values are 1.0207 <2.01290. And the Prob F-Statistic value is 0.000015. Since the F-Statistic value is 0.000015 < 0.05, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that inflation, exports, imports, and exchange rates simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in ASEAN countries.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Content Creation, Content Sharing, and Connecting on Customer Decisions through Community Building for the IndiHome Telkom product (Case Study of Witel Telkom Pasuruan, East Java). This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample size is 91 based on Cooper and Emory. The analysis model uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0. The results showed that the content creation variable does not affect customer decisions. Content sharing and connecting variables do affect customer decisions. Community building influences customer decisions. However, community building does not mediate the relationship between content creation and customer decisions. On the other hand, community building does mediate the relationship between content sharing and customer decisions. Lastly, community building does not mediate the relationship between connecting and customer decisions

Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) investigates behavioral factors affecting peer-to-peer (P2P) lending adoption from Indonesian borrowers' financial needs viewpoint. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach with PRISMA guidelines, literature was retrieved through Publish or Perish with keywords "peer-to-peer," "lending," and "Indonesia" spanning 2020–2025, resulting in 169 articles narrowed to 42 via Rayyan screening based on criteria like peer-review, language, and accessibility. The inductive analysis of variables including usefulness, risk, and trust across studies on Java and rural UMKM borrowers reveals that perceived usefulness and ease of use facilitate efficient funding during crises like COVID-19. Trust reduces risks in syariah-compliant platforms, and social influence accelerates rural uptake, though persistent defaults highlight regulatory gaps. Implications emphasize strengthened OJK supervision for secure platforms to advance sustainable inclusion, countering overly positive economic models and proposing enhancements such as AI ethics integration. Future research should involve empirical longitudinal studies across ASEAN using mixed-methods to confirm factors and assess cross-cultural impacts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance, with the work environment as a mediating variable at Bank Muamalat Regional East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and simple random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 100 respondents from five main branches, and data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program. Validity was tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), while reliability was measured through construct reliability and variance extracted with cutoff values of >0.70 and >0.50. The research model was deemed valid based on Goodness-of-Fit values such as CMIN/DF, GFI, TLI, RMSEA, and CFI, which were within acceptable criteria. The results indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a significant positive influence on the work environment, while the work environment does not significantly influence employee performance. The work environment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, but does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. These findings confirm that in the context of Islamic banking, particularly at Bank Muamalat, employee performance is more influenced by transformational leadership and organizational culture than by the work environment alone. Therefore, human resource management strategies need to strengthen the integration of values, promote strong culture-based leadership, and create a more conducive work environment to enhance employee performance productivity
