Abstract

Abstract Learning Civics in the Junior High School 2 Salam  Babaris generally still delivered by lecture and question and answer, the teacher-centered learning is that students tend to be passive. This problem is one of the factors that lead to a lack of critical thinking ability of students to the problems that are facing today, where students always want to be successful in the achievement but do not want the business or in other words to learn, so much replay value of the unfinished or under KKM (KKM: 70). The research objective was to determine the application of problem-based learning model to increase students' critical thinking subjects Citizenship Education (Civics) classes IX B  in SMP Negeri 2 Salam Babaris in 2012.The research method used in the study of this class action is a method of qualitative analysis, which essentially emphasizes the depiction of business any matters related to improving students' critical thinking skills in depth. In qualitative analysis, the researcher emphasizes the deepening of the subject matter especially on critical thinking skills of students in Civics subject, so that can be identified and analyzed the problems that arise and then held reflection to look for alternative solutions. The research process began in September 2012 until October 2012, the number of samples of 29 people from class IX B.The results showed that: (1) students' critical thinking skills class IX B SMP Negeri 2 Greeting Babaris for using problem-based learning model increases, (2) response class IX Bstudents of SMP Negeri 2 Salam Babaris regards to the use of problem-based learning model showed that students pleased to learn Civics.    Keywords: Critical Thinking Skills, Problem-Based Learning Model (PBM), Civics.AbstrakBelajar kewarganegaraan di SMP 2 Salam Babaris umumnya masih disampaikan oleh kuliah dan pertanyaan dan jawaban, berpusat pada guru belajar adalah bahwa peserta didik cenderung pasif. Masalah ini adalah salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik untuk masalah-masalah yang dihadapi saat ini, dimana peserta didik selalu ingin menjadi sukses dalam pencapaian tetapi tidak ingin bisnis atau dengan kata lain untuk belajar , begitu banyak replay nilai belum selesai atau di bawah KKM (KKM: 70). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menentukan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk peningkatan peserta didik berpikir kritis subyek pendidikan kewarganegaraan (Pancasila) kelas B IX di SMP Negeri 2 Salam Babaris pada tahun 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah metode analisis secara kualitatif, yang pada dasarnya menekankan penggambaran bisnis hal-hal terkait dengan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik secara mendalam. Dalam analisis secara kualitatif, peneliti menekankan pendalaman materi subjek terutama pada keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik dalam subjek kewarganegaraan, agar dapat diidentifikasi dan menganalisa masalah-masalah yang timbul dan kemudian diselenggarakan refleksi untuk mencari solusi alternatif. Proses penelitian dimulai pada bulan September 2012 hingga Oktober 2012, jumlah sampel dari 29 orang dari kelas IX B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mahapeserta didik keterampilan berpikir kritis kelas IX B SMP Negeri 2 salam Babaris untuk menggunakan berbasis masalah belajar model meningkat, (2) respon kelas IX Bstudents dari SMP Negeri 2 Salam Babaris salam untuk penggunaan pembelajaran berbasis masalah model ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik senang belajar kewarganegaraan.   Kata kunci: Keterampilan berpikir kritis, berbasis masalah belajar Model (PBM), Pancasila.

Abstract

The Purpose of  this research is to describe the students motivation and  the study response of  XI/B-AK to lesson of accounting which can be improved by using student teams achievement division (STAD) as teaching strategy. The approach which used on this classroom action research is qualitative analysis, which emphasizes on the research problem especially in improving the motivation and the study response in accounting. Therefore, the problem can be identified and analyzed then found alternative solutions. The results of the research shows that: (1) the students motivation on improved, (2) the study response on improved while  using STAD. Key Words: Motivation, study response, STAD and accounting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence teacher performance and student discipline have on student learning outcomes in online learning. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 270 students at SMA Negeri 1 Gambut. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with the F test.The results showed that as many as 178 (65.93%) students stated that the teacher's performance in online learning was categorized as good. Student discipline in online learning can be categorized as having a disciplined attitude as many as 128 students (47.41%) and student learning outcomes in online learning are categorized as good because it shows that 179 (66.30%) people have good learning outcomes. The results of the correlation analysis show that teacher performance and student discipline are correlated with student learning outcomes with rxy values of 0.661 and 0.649 respectively. Furthermore, there is a very significant influence between teacher performance variables (X1) and student discipline attitudes (X2) on student learning outcomes (Y) with an F value of 105.991 (p <0.01). The joint correlation index between teacher performance and student discipline was obtained with a value of Ry1,2 = 0.665 with a coefficient of determination R2 of 0.443. The variance of teacher performance and student discipline can explain 44.30% of student learning outcomes in online learning. The implications of the results of this study provide input on the importance of teacher performance and discipline in online learning which of course will have an impact on the learning outcomes to be obtained and the results of this study can be used as a basis or reference for further research.

Abstract

AbstrakFlood disasters that occur in Satui District almost occur every year, in 2019 there were six villages affected by flooding in Satui District, the purpose of this study was to find out the causes of floods that occurred in Satui District, and the efforts of the government and the community in minimizing the risk of loss in dealing with floods. flood disaster or better known as disaster mitigation. Mitigation activities include preparation before a disaster occurs, handling when a disaster occurs, evacuating residents affected by floods, and socializing disaster mitigation after a flood which can be socialized through social studies education that specifically discusses social issues. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include; interviews, observations and documentation of data analysis starting from reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the study illustrate that the flood disaster that occurred in Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency is caused because it is a lowland if high rainfall will cause flooding, the government's efforts in implementing mitigation have not been maximized so it is necessary to disseminate information to the community by making flood disaster mitigation a learning resource for social studies class. VII junior high school level.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru sudah menggunakan pendekatan saintifik tetapi pelaksanaannya lebih sering pada mata pelajaran rumpun IPA, sedangkan pada mata pelajaran IPS lebih banyak menggunakan metode ceramah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan pendekatan STEM terhadap peningkatan berpikir kreatif siswa tentang materi konservasi air. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-experiment design dan menggunakan jenis eksperimen the non-equivalent pretest-postest control group design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 siswa yang terdiri dari 1 kelas eksperimen dan 1 kelas kontrol, masing-masing kelas berjumlah 36 siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan pendekatan STEM pada konservasi air berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan berpikir kreatif siswa. Hasil hitung rata-rata siswa diketahui sebesar 39,3 dengan angka 78,7% atau termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemikiran siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan pendekatan STEM pada konservasi air. Hasil uji t memberikan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan hasil uji beda gain (peningkatan) pada kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan mean adalah 0,41 dan kelompok kontrol 0,05 dengan nilai 0,000 (p < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, guru di SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru diharapkan dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan pendekatan STEM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa untuk mata pelajaran lain dengan materi yang berbeda secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused big-scale changes, especially related to society’s mobility. Many big events caused big masses to be delayed or even worst canceled, including the basic training for prospective civil servants of Tanah Laut district Formation in 2019. The government then came up with a solution to use the innovation known as the blended learning method. This research aims to find out whether the use of the blended learning method correlates with the civil servant candidates’ knowledge and literacy level and even on the basic training for prospective civil servants of Tanah Laut district Formation in 2019 itself. This research is quantitative research using the correlation method. The subject of this study is the entire population consisting of 172 people. They were asked to fill out a questionnaire shared through Google Docs. For data analysis, the researcher used classical assumption tests. Then for the hypothesis test, researchers use the t-test and also the determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that the diffusion of blended learning method innovation correlates with the improvement of the participant's knowledge level. Furthermore, this method is effective to improve participants’ literacy levels due to the use of the internet as a learning source. The last, the use of the blended learning method is considered effective and efficient in basic training for prospective civil servants of Tanah Laut district Formation in 2019 because the learning process feels more flexible.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between consumer behavior factors on purchasing decisions for fire insurance at PT. Mandiri AXA General Insurance Banjarmasin branch. The type of data used is quantitative research. This data is in the form of data on consumer behavior factors that influence including cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. The population is people - people who have become customers of fire insurance PT. Mandiri AXA General Insurance Banjarmasin branch, totaling 305 people. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula with a sampling error of 5% so that the number of respondents obtained with a simple random sampling technique

Abstract

Banjarmasin is a city of a thousand rivers, floods often occur due to high tides and high rainfall. An early warning system is needed for monitoring and predicting river tides, especially in rivers that are prone to disasters. This study aims to develop an early warning system for river water levels using IoT and predictions with linear regression analysis. The research method in the early stages is the manufacture of an early warning system device with NodeMCU V3, Microcontroller, and ultrasonic sensors A02YYUW. Monitoring to collect water level data at high tide through the LCD based on ultrasonic sensors on the banks of the river and sent to the Mysql database, predictions using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the early warning system was affected by rising river water levels. Simple regression analysis showed significant results on the t-test and simple linear regression equation Ŷ= 29.472 - 0.061 X + e. This means that the river water level at high tide approaches an early warning tool, namely an ultrasonic sensor. The conclusion of this study is that the results of an IoT-based early warning system analyzed by simple linear regression can be used to monitor and predict river water level rise.

Abstract

School or student transportation services is one form of special service management in the City of Banjarbaru. Since the launch of the Free Student Transport Program (APG) by the Mayor of Banjarbaru, the people of the City of Banjarbaru have been warmly welcomed, especially parents of students. However, this did not last long because their child was forced to return to using a motorbike. After all, the students were not transported by the free transportation provided by the Banjarbaru City Government. As a result, APG in Banjarbaru City has not run optimally until now. So it is necessary to know the needs, support, and constraints that affect the implementation of the Free Student Transport Policy. This study aims to analyze the community's needs, government and community support, and the obstacles that affect the implementation of the APG policy in the City of Banjarbaru. This research method uses qualitative methods through collecting data with the stages of observation, data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and interviews. The implementation of APG in Banjarbaru City does not provide safety insurance. There are two doors in the APG, a car type with student entry and exit; the door is still manual or cannot close automatically. The APG seat has a safety belt but is not used by students because the passengers exceed the capacity. The car (Travel A), the passenger seat facing left and right, does not have a safety belt (Track B); in the APG, there is no handle grip (hanging handle). In the operation of the APG, it is operated by one driver, and there is no other security/assistant officer. Unlike the bus type APG, all facilities are complete, the level of comfort and safety is guaranteed. The operation of APG is exclusively for the students.

Abstract

Family is the first environment that requires children to be able to adjust well in line with their age and maturity. parents have a big role to play in impacting a child's education. The future of the child will depend heavily on the experience gained by the child including educational factors and parenting patterns in providing play facilities to the child, the parenting pattern is a process of interaction that occurs between parents and children that affects the development of the child's personality. This study aims to analyze the influence of education level, parenting patterns and educational game tools on the social and emotional development of kindergarten A Se Gugus Melati group in West Banjarmasin. This type of research method is quantitative research conducted in TK Melati Cluster West Banjarmasin district with a population of 361. The samples were taken with stratified random sampling techniques as many as 190 respondents of parents. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaire methods that are tested for validity using the moment product correlation coefficient technique. Data analysis uses descriptive and path analysis, data processing using SPSS version 16.0. The results of the study: (1) There is a direct influence between the level of parenting and educational game equipment on the social and emotional development of group A children in TK Cluster Melati West Banjarmasin Subdistrict. (2) There is no indirect influence of education level through foster pattern and education level through educational game tools on the emotional social development of group A children in kindergarten Of Melati Group of West Banjarmasin Subdistrict
