Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the increase of the activities and learning outcomes of history at eleven 4 of SMAN 1 Barabai in the School Year of 2013/2014. One of the ways to get students interested in and be able to apply it in everyday life, a different model of learning, that is, more interactive, non-monotonous, giving more freedom for the students to think, as well as involving the students in the teaching-learning process more directly is needed. So that the teaching and learning can involve students directly and make students as the center of learning.wich can be improved by using picture and picture as teaching strategy. The approach which used on this classroom action research is qulitative analysis, which emphasizes on the research problem especially in improving the motivation and study result of students in history. Therefore, the problem can be identified and analyzed then found alternative solutions, there 34 students as samples on XI IPS 4 classteaching SMA Negeri 1 Barabai. The results of this study reveal that student learning outcomes are increased. In cycle I,of the 32 students, there are 6 people or 19 % of students who achieve complete mastery level and in cycle II, the mastery level which is attained by all of the students is as expected that is 100%.Key Words : Learning Outcomes , History ,  learning Model Picture and Picture

Abstract

This study is an ex-post facto, with a population of 1,045 students. Research sample of 204 students, which is determined by random cluster sampling technique. To determine the minimum sample size used Solvin formulas. The results showed that most of the students of SMPN in Tapin district has been using information technology in learning IPS that as many as 127 respondents (62.25%) in the medium category. Use of information technology is used as a media / learning aids (57.35%) and as a learning resource (68.63%). Student motivation in the category were as many as 140 students (68.63%) and the achievement of social studies are also in the category of being a total of 143 students (70.10%). The analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between the use of information technology and the learning achievement IPS (r = 0.752, p <0.05), between the students' motivation and academic achievement IPS (r = 0.604, p <0.05) and collectively cooperation between the utilization of information technology and student motivation and academic achievement IPS (r12y = 0.691, p <0.05).Keywords: Utilization of Information Technology, Learning Motivation, Achievement IPS

Abstract

Keberadaan masalah sampah tidak lepas dari peranan penduduk sebagai penghasil sampah dari aktivitas sehari-hari. Permasalahan sampah memerlukan pengelolaan yang serius untuk mengurangi kuantitas sampah. Dalam menciptakan kebersihan lingkungan, maka hadirlah program pemerintah berupa program kegiatan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah (TPS) 3R (reduce, reuse, dan recycle). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskrispsikan profil TPS-3R di TPS Loktabat Selatan Banjarbaru. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam deskripsi penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan, antara lain; perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, member check, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan kegiatan pengolahan sampah TPS-3R di Loktabat Selatan tidak terlepas dari sejarah pembentukan Kelompok Swadaya Manusia (KSM). Berdirinya TPS tahun 2012 dengan keanggotaan program TPS 3R gotong royong terdiri atas pengurus dan pekerja. Pengolahan sampah, serta terdapat tahapan yang harus dilakukan, mulai dari tahap pengangkutan sampah, pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik, komposting hingga ke tahap penjualan.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the correlation between school environment and learning achievement in IPS of the VIII grade students of MTsN Amuntai, (2) determine the correlation between learning motivation and learning achievement in IPS of the VIII grade students of MTsN Amuntai, (3) determine the correlation among school environment, learning motivation, and learning achievementin IPS of the VIII grade students of MTsN Amuntai. The method used in this research was quantitative method. This research was conducted to the VIII grade students of MTsN Amuntai. The research samples were determined by using Purposive Sampling, the sample used in this study were 138 students with population 292 students. The data were analyzed using the correlation technique of Pearson Product Moment, t-test and multiple correlation. The instruments were tested in advance with the aim of analyzing the validity and reliability. The hypothesis testing used Pearson Correlation Product Moment, t test and multiple correlation with SPSS 14.0 for window at the significant level of 0.05 (5%). The result of the research shows that school area has strong correlation with the learning achievement in IPS. The strong correlation can seen from the ry1 value  which is 0.420, in the interval 0.400-1.000 with very strong criteria. Learning motivation has strong correlation with the learning achievement in IPS. The strong correlation can be seen from the ry2 value 0.199, which is in the interval of 0.000-0.199 with strong criteria. Those three factors are related to each other in supporting the learning achievement in IPS. Pursuant to result of research, hence suggested (1) Teacher expected can make student is not saturated bored and to follow lesson of IPS; (2) Student expected can exploit environment which is kondusif; (3) Ministry of religion to be more pay attention existing facilities and basic facilities each every school.Key words: school environment, learning motivation, and learning achievement of social studies

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilatarbelakangi kondisi pembelajaran Akuntansi di MAN 4 Amuntai khususnya di kelas XI IPS A yang menunjukkan aktivitas belajar siswa yang kurang baik, penggunaan metode konvensional yang dilaksanakan menyebabkan belum tercapainya ketuntasan belajar yang telah ditetapkan lembaga Siswa masih beranggapan guru sebagai satu-satunya sumber belajar. Pada umumnya mata pelajaran Akuntansi diajarkan dengan memberikan tugas tanpa memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk terlibat di dalamnya  membuat siswa jenuh dan mengantuk, sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk mengaktifkan siswa dan memberikan kepada siswa bahwa pelajaran akuntansi adalah pelajaran yang menekankan kepada prosedur .Pemahaman bahwa pelajaran akuntansi adalah pelajaran yang sulit berakibat pada pembelajaran yang lebih menekankan pada verbalisme. Guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran terpusat pada aktivitas guru, bukan aktivitas siswa. Kondisi semacam ini menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa kurang maksimal.   Berdasarkan keadaan tersebut peneliti menawarkan diterapkannya model pembelajaran Contextual Teacing and Learning (CTL), yaitu suatu model pembelajaran konstruktivisme yang menekankan kepada terbangunnya pengetahuan oleh siswa itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus dengan 1 pra tindakan untuk mengobservasi need assessment belajar siswa. Setelah diketahui kebutuhan pembelajaran akuntansi dilakukan pengembangan prototipe berupa Rencana Pembelajaran dan kemudian diujikelayakan prototype tersebut dengan melaksanakan action research serta diakhiri dengan desiminasi berupa penyebarluasan dengan quasi experiment.Kata Kunci : implementasi, Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), hasilbelajar, Akuntansi

Abstract

Social studies in junior high school implemented with integrated learning model, is one model of curriculum implementation are recommended to be applied at all levels of education, from elementary school (SD / MI) up to high school (SMA / MA). Currently the schools in the district of Banjar, especially junior high school teachers generally available Social Science consists of teachers, teachers' disciplines such as Geography, Sociology/Anthropology, Economics, and History. Teachers with that background would be difficult to adapt to the integration of the discipline of the social sciences, for example, teachers who have a background in geography does not have an optimal capacity in the economy and history, and also teachers set of economics does not have the ability to optimally on the history and geography , In connection with the need for research and innovation by teachers IPS against efforts to develop integrated social studies lesson for the learning process IPS on a junior high school in Banjar Regency, especially SMP Negeri 8 Martapura can take place effectively and efisiean in achieving the goal of learning itself.This study was designed with the Development Research (Research and Development) phase Define and Design that aims to develop learning Integrated Social Science in SMP Negeri 8 Martapura using a model-based approach major potential, a model-based approach problems, and a model-based approach topics. The technique of collecting data using interviews and documentation.The results showed the implementation of the Integrated Social Learning in SMPN 8 Martapura still not been implemented, learning today is still separately. The main limiting factor is the limited ability of teachers to develop learning devices Integrated IPS. Researchers developed a learning device Integrated IPS, the Define phase, carried out an analysis of competency standards and basic competencies has the potential to be combined, then all competency standards and basic competencies are integrated through themes. then made the development of the network competency standards and basic competencies. In the Design phase, to design the syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) Integrated Social science.Keywords: Learning Development, Integrated Social SciencePembelajaran IPS di SMP dilaksanakan dengan model pembelajaran terpadu, merupakan satu model implementasi kurikulum yang dianjurkan untuk diaplikasikan pada semua jenjang pendidikan, mulai dari tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD/MI) sampai dengan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA/MA). Saat ini pada sekolah-sekolah di Kabupaten Banjar, khususnya jenjang SMP umumnya guru-guru IPS yang tersedia terdiri atas guru-guru disiplin ilmu seperti guru Geografi, Sosiologi/Antropologi, Ekonomi, dan Sejarah. Guru dengan latar belakang tersebut tentunya sulit untuk beradaptasi ke dalam pengintegrasian disiplin ilmu-ilmu sosial. Sehubungan dengan itu perlu adanya kajian dan inovasi oleh para guru IPS terhadap upaya pengembangan pembelajaran IPS terpadu.Penelitian ini dirancang dengan Penelitian Pengembangan (Research and Development) model 4-D tahap Define dan Design yang bertujuan mengembangkan pembelajaran IPS Terpadu di SMP Negeri 8 Martapura dengan menggunakan model pendekatan berdasarkan potensi utama, model pendekatan berdasarkan permasalahan, dan model pendekatan berdasarkan Topik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukan pelaksanaan Pembelajaran IPS Terpadu di SMPN 8 Martapura masih belum dilaksanakan, pembelajaran selama ini masih secara terpisah. Faktor penghambat utama adalah keterbatasan kemampuan guru mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran IPS Terpadu. Peneliti mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran IPS Terpadu, pada tahap Define, dilakukan analisis terhadap SK-KD yang berpotensi untuk dipadukan, selanjutnya semua SK-KD tersebut terpadu melalui tema. kemudian dilakukan pengembangan jaringan SK-KD. Pada tahap Design, dilakukan perancangan silabus dan RPP pembelajaran IPS Terpadu.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Pembelajaran, dan Pembelajaran IPS Terpadu

Abstract

The factors that cause the students have deviating behaviour in school. The research uses qualitative approach because it is in line with the statement of problem, the objective of study, and significances of the study. Therefore, the technique of data collection is based on interview, observation, and documentation. Finally, the research result in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 Batola says that any kinds of students’ deviating behavior illustrate the lowness of morality. It needs the serious attention from the stakeholder of school, parents, and society in order to form the personality in line with goals of national education. In a word, the research result ends that there have been students’ deviating behavior (1) because the role of parents are minus in guiding and controlling their children, (2) because the situation of home does not support the implimentation of education, (3) because the environment does not support the implimentation of education, (4) because of effect of media, such as TV, internet, and entertainment, and (5) because of no figure from the teachers. Because of such previous findings, it is important to make suggestions whether for the parents or the teachers. It means that program for making students get accustomed to the values of togetherness and nationalism in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 is very necessary. The teachers and parents surely are the models for the students to develop their competences in character building.   Key words: The role of school, the of constructing, character , the students’ deviating behavior

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to: (1) Describe the stages in the Dayak Maanyan traditional marriage in the city of Banjarmsasin (2) Describe the requirements in the Dayak Maanyan traditional marriage in the city of Banjarmasin, (3) Analyze the social values contained in each stage of Dayak Maanyan marriage in the city of Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with the number of respondents as many as 7 people, 3 key respondents and 4 people supporting respondents. Data collection using interview, observation, documentation and literature study techniques. Data analysis with data reduction, display and verification. The results of this study are: (1) The stages of the Dayak Maanyan customary marriage held in Banjarmasin city consist of the Ngantane/Itunti (introduction) stage, the Adu Pamupuh (engagement) stage, and the Piadu stage (fulfillment of customary law). The most interesting and sacred stage is the Piadu stage because at this time the two brides were officially inaugurated as husband and wife. (2) Requirements in Dayak Maanyan customary marriage in Banjarmasin city. Both the bridegroom and the bride must prepare the requirements of each stage in question. The most prepared requirements are at the Piadu stage, in which there are seven conditions that must be met, namely Tajau Tuak, Keagungan Mantir, Lanjung Ume Pintan Gantung, Eteh Kadiwai, Palangkahan, Tutup Uwan, and Sangku Dite Sangku Lungkung. (3) The Social Values contained in the Dayak Maanyan traditional marriage have at least 8 social values, namely the value of love and appreciation for tradition, the value of sincerity (seriousness) & courage, politeness, family values, values of loyalty, togetherness and mutual cooperation , the value of independence & responsibility, and the values that characterize the Dayak Maanyan, namely the value of kinship. The social values contained in the marriage of the Dayak Maanyan motivated the Dayak Maanyan ethnic population in the city of Banjarmasin to carry out faithfully and genuinely the traditions, especially the indigenous Dayak Maanyan marriage. Keywords: Social Value, Indigenous Marriage, and Dayak Maanyan AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan tahapan dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmsasin (2) Mendeskripsikan persyaratan dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmasin, (3) Menganalisis nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam tiap tahapan perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 7 orang, responden kunci 3 orang dan responden pendukung 4 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, display dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Tahapan perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan yang dilaksanakan di kota Banjarmasin terdiri atas tahap Ngantane/Itunti (perkenalan), tahap Adu Pamupuh (pertunangan), dan tahap Piadu (pemenuhan hukum adat). Tahapan yang paling menarik perhatian dan sakral adalah tahap Piadu karena saat ini lah kedua mempelai diresmikan secara hukum adat sebagai suami istri. (2) Persyaratan dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan di kota Banjarmasin. Baik pihak mempelai laki-laki maupun perempuan harus menyiapkan persyaratan dari tiap tahapan dimaksud. Persyaratan yang paling banyak disiapkan adalah pada tahap Piadu, didalamnya terdapat tujuh syarat yang harus dipenuhi yaitu Tajau Tuak, Keagungan Mantir, Lanjung Ume Pintan Gantung, Eteh Kadiwai, Palangkahan, Tutup Uwan, dan Sangku Dite Sangku Lungkung. (3) Nilai-Nilai Sosial yang terkandung dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan sedikitnya ada 8 nilai sosial, yaitu nilai kecintaan dan penghargaan pada tradisi, nilai kesungguhan (keseriusan) & keberanian, nilai kesopanan, nilai kekeluargaan, nilai kesetiaan, nilai kebersamaan & gotong royong, nilai kemandirian & tanggung jawab, serta nilai yang menjadi ciri khas Dayak Maanyan yaitu nilai kekerabatan. Nilai-nilai sosial yang terdapat dalam perkawinan Dayak Maanyan ini memotivasi warga etnis Dayak Maanyan yang ada di kota Banjarmasin untuk melaksanakan dengan setia dan sungguh-sungguh tradisi, khususnya perkawinan adat Dayak Maanyan.Kata kunci: Nilai Sosial , Perkawinan Adat, dan Dayak  Maanyan

Abstract

This research aims 1)Describe and explain in depth the concept of religious character formation and discipline through tahfidz Al-Qur'an activities in Kindergarten Kindergarten Al Hamid and TK Blossom Banjarmasin, 2) Describe and explain in depth the process of religious character and discipline through tahfidz Al-Qur'an activities Qur'an in Kindergartens TK Al Hamid and TK Blossom Banjarmasin, 3) Describe and explain in depth the religious character of alumni as a result of the method of forming religious character and discipline through tahfidz Al-Qur'an activities in Kindergarten of Al Hamid Kindergarten and Blossom Kindergarten Banjarmasin. The method used is qualitative. The results of the study obtained from interview and observational data showed that the activity of tahfidz Al-Qur'an was the initial strategy applied by the teacher in instilling religious and disciplined characters in their students. The program for reciting the Koran, praying Duha, praying and praying Dzuhur together.

Abstract

The rise of slashing as an alternative to profitable work is carried out by the middle to lower class people of Muara Teweh. Passing is done because of the lack of job opportunities so that the community is a source of livelihood. This work for some people in Muara Teweh is only used as a side job because the income from the main job is not enough to meet their daily needs, the purpose of this study is to describe the actions of the BBM slasher, to describe the function of the BBM slasher community group, to analyze the consequences received or experienced by the slasher with the presence of slimming activity. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data source selected by purposive sampling. The data collection was carried out by the technique of observation, interview and documentation. Technical data analysis using qualitative analysis with data reduction steps, data presentation and  drawing conclusions, shunts The results of the study illustrate the prevalence of  be used as a side job, take advantage of living conditions,  provide a lot of profit and little capital, the function of the curator group  is of two kinds, namely the function of the group for individuals as a means of  establish social relations and group functions for the community as  social control, the positive impact is for people who are far away facilitate the distribution of fuel to villages, create new job opportunities  The negative impact is for the shunters themselves, such as competition between fellow  pangsirs, conflicts among shunters and the general public who are currently experiencing  queuing for fuel at gas stations, raiding smugglers' losses, paying fines, and  confiscation of goods.
