Abstract

Agile have been widely used by companies. With using of Agile, the project will be more flexible when compared to the traditional method (Waterfall). However, the use of Agile has many challenges, including its agile nature and iterations. This makes us interested in conducting further investigations regarding risk management practices in Agile following an outsourcing company in Indonesia. The system created is in the form of a job marketplace in which there are job vacancies to support outsourced activities at the company. The purpose of this research is to identify what risks are faced related to development with Agile methods at the company. Related to this, identification will be carried out using risk management combined with Agile development methods. The results of this research indicate that there are four risks that are quite critical in the application of Agile methods, namely human factors, communication factors, changing requirements factors, and schedule factors.

Abstract

Vending machines are one form of technological development. In Indonesia, the type that is often found is a vending machine, a type of soft drink with several choices. Seeing the business opportunities that exist in the contemporary beverage sector, in this research, Finite State Automata (FSA) is applied to automatic tea-making vending machines. FSA is a mathematical model that can accept input and output from the same State. This automatic tea vending machine can produce 6 types of tea and 4 choices of toppings as a complement. This vending machine is equipped with upsize glass facilities from medium to large sizes. For payment, this vending machine provides cash and Cashless options. In the application of the FSA concept, this study conducted a State FSA trial using JFLAP. So that with the application of the FSA concept, it becomes one of the alternatives in designing an automatic tea making vending machine.

Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by good HR management. The establishment of human resources with good quality is expected to improve the company's operational performance. The condition that is the company's problem in determining the best employees lies in the evaluation process is still carried out subjectively and manually, which makes the company difficult in determining the eligibility of an employee to be the best employee then a decision support system is needed to minimize problems in analyzing employee performance results. This research aims to provide convenience for the company to get optimal results and admit in determining the best employees at PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance uses the Profile Matching method. The population in this study is the staff operation of PT KB Finansia Multi Finance Depok which amounted to 35 employees and took 10 samples of employees of the staff administration. The results of this study used the Profile Matching method and determination using quantitative data from filling out questionnaires that in it contained several aspects of criteria such as work attitudes, abilities, performance and work experience and disseminated to 10 respondents consisting of superiors, peers, and office boys.

Abstract

Metaverse is part of the increasingly rapid development of technology in the world, bringing the virtual world into the real world is very possible. Starting from a novel, metaverse has now begun the process of being implemented, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic being one of the strong foundations for speeding up the implementation of this technology. Since the emergence of the metaverse echoed by Facebook, which has changed its name to meta, has made the world's public attention increasingly highlight this technology, some have welcomed it and some have concerns about the development of this technology. Research to explore the sentiments of the Indonesian people towards metaverse technology uses the CRISP-DM method with the Support Vector Machine algorithm and the test is carried out by comparing it with another algorithm, namely the tree algorithm, the programming language used is the R language with the Rstudio application. This study obtained the results of Indonesian public opinion on metaverse technology which showed 66% to be neutral, 17% negative and 16% positive, while the results of testing with the SVM algorithm showed SVM performance results of 87% with the kernel used was Linear, and these results are far better than using the tree algorithm which only has a performance of 71%.

Abstract

The raw material inventory recording system at CV Anugerah Sukses Gemilang is still done manually, therefore errors often occur in recording raw material inventory and it takes a long time to record raw material inventory manually. This causes the reports presented to be less accurate and take a long time to make reports in each period. This system is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 by utilizing the VB.Net and MYSQL database. The purpose of this research is to be able to manage raw material inventory computerized and to present accurate and automatic reports in each period. The research method used consisted of data collection methods based on observations, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The results of this study are in the form of applications that help simplify and speed up officers in recording raw material inventories, especially in terms of data reporting.

Abstract

The year 2019 was the beginning of the outbreak of a disease that hit the world today called the Covid-19 Virus. The virus originated from Wuhan and is now designated as a pandemic. The main problem raised in this study is how to determine the spread of covid-19 in Indonesia based on provincial data. Because there are several areas that have high prevalence cases, it is necessary to improve health services and protocols in these areas compared to areas with rather low distribution areas. So that in this study a clustering method is needed to be able to classify data on the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The algorithm used for clustering is the K-Medoids algorithm. Based on the results of the research conducted, the K-Medoids Method is able to group the Covid 19 Spreading Areas in Indonesia.

Abstract

Applications are software in the form of programs, both as desktop applications, web and mobile applications that are built to assist in work or various human activities. The number of mobile application competitions between Gojek, Maxim, Grab, Nujek and so on. It is deemed necessary to test the usability value of the application in order to see the level of user convenience and comfort based on the experience of using the application. The results of developing web-based applications using SUS can be seen from the results of tests carried out on application programs built using white box testing and black box testing. The results obtained from the white box test, namely the (CC) test, obtained the value of V(G) = E – N + 2=2 and V(G)= P + 1 = 2, meaning that the results obtained are valid because of the suitability of the region value with the CC calculation results. The results of the black box test have given the results as expected, then the calculation (SUS) obtained an average value of 72 which means the application is in the good category.

Abstract

Café more is a business project of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs through the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Persons with Sensory Disabilities Netra Wyata Guna Bandung. The author's purpose of conducting this research is to compile a management design for sales accounting information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and database MySQL. In this study, the authors use qualitative methods with interview data collection methods, literature study data or observation. And also the system development method used is the prototype. From the results of this study, a problem was found, namely the processing of cafe more sales data reports is still manual so that sales reports are still irregular and prone to errors in making the report and the information presented is less accurate. With this sales information system management design, the author hopes to simplify the work of employees in managing sales data and sales reports quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Retired Dana Pensiun Perkebunan Defined Benefit Pension Plan (PPMP) participants are required to certify annually that they still meet the criteria for being a valid pensioner. The retiree uses the Dapenbun online application to take a photo of himself and her ID card and wait for the data to be processed by the administrator. Pensioners who do not report will have their pension entitlements suspended. The number of retirees managed by the Plantation Pension Fund is over 216,000, and managers are overwhelmed with approval at the start of the re-data period. For this reason, authors design systems that can run automated approval and classification systems to facilitate data approval. Applying the FSA concept to this system reduces the processing of participant data as automation is applied to the first process of automatic termination of pensions for children aged 21 and over, second data with criteria for automatic approval. It will be faster. Categorizing data reduces approval errors and makes it easier for users to approve data.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create an E-Archive of Documents on Bappelitbang the City of Bandung, that serves as a system for collecting information in the form of documents that are stored using computer technology shaped the electronic document with the aim that the documents are easily viewed, managed, found and used again. The research method we apply is SDLC (Problem Indentification, Data Analysist, Application Design, Testing and Implementation. An E-Document Archive is a web-based as well as using PHPRAD as the application program as well as the XAMPP Server in the form of Apache and MySQL as server local. While the Navigation Structure is used as a flow of a program as well UML and DFD are used to represent the process flow of work between functions. The results of this study are to facilitate archiving activities that previously had to archive manually, which could cause data to be damaged or even lost which could be caused by excess storage, maintenance cocts, and other factors, but with the E-Archive Document the resulting performance becomes effective and efficient.
