Abstract

PT. Morich Indofashion adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tekstil oleh karena itu perusahaan dituntut untuk mengetahui permintaan pasar yang sering berubah–ubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil peramalan jumlah produksi yang nantinya data hasil peramalan akan mempengaruhi ketersediaan bahan baku produksi. Single Exponential Smoothing merupakan metode peramalan yang digunakan untuk meramalkan jumlah produksi pada  masa yang akan datang dengan cara melakukan proses pemulusan (smoothing), yang akan menghasilkan data ramalan yang lebih kecil hasilnya. Hasil perhitungan mengggunakan rumus MAPE (Mean Absolut Percentage Error) untuk tingkat akurasi dengan nilai alpha 0,9 yang memperoleh peramalan produksi pada bulan Maret 2022 sebanyak 785029 dengan nilai persentase  terkecil yaitu 39%. Berdasarkan data tersebut, pihak perusahaan dapat menggunakan acuan peramalan tersebut untuk melakukan  poduksi pada bulan maret 2022 dalam mempersiapkan kebutuhan jumlah bahan baku produksi di gudang dapat di persiapkan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prediksi jumlah produksi tiap bulannya 577856 produksi dan penghematan biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam membeli bahan produksi dapat di optimalkan.

Abstract

Id.Maskmask is a shop that sells various beauty tools in the form of masks, body lotions, body scrubs, serums, and face mists. Currently, sales of beauty products are applied by the Id.Maskmask stores are still using the old method, namely WhatsApp as a medium for ordering and Instagram as a promotional medium to offer products and promotions to consumers and facilitate the relationship between sellers and buyers. It is necessary to make a website to complete transactions, report sales, and review or comment space to determine customer satisfaction with Id.Maskmask store products. In building this system using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method and this design process using the Navigation Structure and UML (Unified Modeling Language). In making applications using programming languages (HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript), jQuery as a library, MySQL or phpMyAdmin as a database, and Bootstrap as a framework. While the use of smartphones is not responsive in appearance, it is neat in terms of button layout, but the functions and usability are expected with the Google Chrome browser and web browser. This application will make it easier for customers to order and transact and provide reviews of stores regarding consumer satisfaction with products safely anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

From now on, technology and people will become one, like two things that cannot be separated. When two elements are related and can be combined into one system. A current general term that includes the term information system. The purpose of developing the information system itself is to create a product containing useful information. As a government agency implementing the Regional Technology Unit (UPTD), Stimulant is critical to maintaining and operating existing government systems. Of course, data collection also requires accurate, complete and appropriate information systems. However, here we found a problem with the section of the data management information system for artists who are eligible to receive stimulants from the UPTD service. This is due to delays in sending artist data to UPTD. Data were acquired in a descriptive manner using a qualitative approach. As students who are actively engaged in technological development, and as a form of involvement in development, we are well-suited to play a role in serving the communities around us by proposing better systems to the government. The system we have created is in the form of a website where data can be uploaded and easily accessed by administrators of the UPTD service. By applying a waterfall method that creates a container for the artist's data.

Abstract

The Utilization of an online shopping platform as a place to sell products produces sales transaction data. This makes it a reference to predict income trends for nine months, by taking a case study on the Serenade Home Décor online store. The method used to predict is Single Moving Average. Single Moving Average is a technic of calculating the average of a number from the latest actual value, updated as new available values, and used to make predictions in subsequent periods. Results of the study using Moving Average are 3, 5, and 9, which can produce an income value of Rp. 3,103,716.00, and results in an accuracy value of 66.74382%, and the MAPE value obtained is quite good at 33.85618%, which means that the method used is still quite good. It would be better if use more than one method, which will be able to make comparisons of the prediction, result, and accuracy.

Abstract

This analysis aims to find out the public sentiment towards Telkomsel posted on Indonesian twitter, which makes market research on public opinion very useful. The dataset was taken from Twitter social media in a query Indonesian by crawling method using the RapidMiner application and the result of crawling the data set there were 1000 tweets with sentiment complaints and not complaints. Therefore, from 1000 tweets, preprocessing will be carried out with the SMOTE Upsampling and Naivebayes methods as well as several filtering such as transform case, tokenize, tokenize (by length) stemming filters and stopwords so that the data can stay in words and there is a balance in the sentiment on the dataset. It can be concluded that in the classification of sentiment there is a balance between complaints and non-complaints as many as 581. Where the accuracy rating level is 81.58%, the precision assessment is 86.82% and the recall assessment is 74.87 and the resulting AUC is 0.803.

Abstract

In this era, insurance is an important instrument in processing financial plans considering that financial risks can occur regardless of place and time. However, in its implementation, insurance does not attract the attention and interest of the Indonesian people. Seeing this phenomenon, using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, this study aims to create a prototype of insurance features on the Bank Jago mobile application. This application implements usability principles such as learnability, memorability and satisfaction in introducing the importance of insurance for the community. Based on the method that has been used, this research produces a prototype of Bank Jago's insurance application that implements the usability principle. In this study, a prototype was produced that received a positive response from the community in terms of 65% learnability, 50% memorability, 70% satisfaction and 55% efficiency.

Abstract

Russia's invasion of Ukraine was criticized by various parties, including from Indonesia. The attitude shown by the Indonesian government is not the same as the response of the Indonesian people based on various comments on online news media pages. Comments by online news readers are used as an assessment of the Russian President who is involved in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine in the form of sentiment analysis. This study succeeded in obtaining data as many as 352 comments from one of the online news media, the data had previously gone through the cleansing stage to eliminate duplication. To get basic information on comments, Text mining and Text Pre-Processing become an important part of the process. The algorithm used in this research is the Naive Bayes (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification algorithm which is optimized using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The two algorithms were tested and gave the result that PSO-based SVM got the best accuracy, which was 79.90% and AUC 0.901.

Abstract

There are several factors that affect the room temperature, including the weather and the number of people who exceed the capacity. Hot temperature room can interfere our concentration. To overcome this, a tool is needed to decrease the room temperature such as a fan. However, people often forget to turn off the fan, as a result there will be the fan components quickly damage. Based on this case, this research aims to how to make an automatic fan system. By utilizing the DHT11 temperature sensor and ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and controlled by Arduino Uno. The result of test is that the fan will automatically turn on when the temperature reaches 300c or the number of people in the room reaches 10 people and the fan will turn off if it does not meet these conditions. With a system like this, it will extend the life of the fan and make it practical to turn on or turn off the fan.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation was enlivened with news about the relocation of the State Capital (IKN). The government's plan to move IKN is based on Indonesia's vision and mission in 2045, namely advanced Indonesia. Twitter is one of the microblogging communication tools used to express opinions. Various algorithms have been used to analyze sentiment towards an opinion such as Support Vector Machine, Naive Bayes and Random Forest. This study aims to compare the performance of three classification algorithms, namely Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes and Random Fores. The highest accuracy results are using the Support Vector Machine algorithm and added with the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique Method (SMOTE) feature of 82.82%, Precision 79.34%, Recall 88.75%, 87.78% and ROC AUC 82.82%. Naive Bayes accuracy is 81.18%, Precision 84.89%, Recall 75.86%, 80.13% and ROC AUC 81.18%. and Random Forest accuracy of 79.55, precision 84.48%, recall 72.39%, 77.97% and ROC AUC 77.55%.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population, but Indonesia is also rich in culture influenced by previous religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism. The rain handler by Muslims is considered shirk, but on the other hand also considers this ancestral culture that has always existed. With the advancement of human technology, it is easier to express opinions or opinions regarding a topic that is currently being discussed, for example, regarding the rain handler who acted at the Mandalika Circuit some time ago through social media. Twitter is one of the social media that is used as a forum to accommodate these opinions. In this study, the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) data mining methodology was used with Rapid Miner Version 9.10 with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification method and nave Bayes with SMOTE to improve accuracy. The application of the SVM method is 97.71 % with AUC 0.997 Positive Comments, and Using Naïve Bayes, the accuracy obtained is 93.41% accuracy with AUC 0.973 Positive Comments.
