Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) is one of the scientific publication journals published by STIE Kertanegara Malang. The aim of JAMIN is to establish effective channels of communication between stakeholders including academics and research institutions, business, government and society. It also aims to disseminate research findings in the development of management theory and practice, and innovations in business and entrepreneurship, especially in Indonesia. Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) accepts both empirical and theoretical articles relating to micro and macro phenomena in the development of management science. Appropriate texts to be published in the JAMIN journal include business strategies and policies, entrepreneurship, finance and accounting studies, human resource management, operational management, marketing management, organizational behavior, organizational theory, information systems management and research methods.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  dan menguji pengaruh fasilitas dan lokasi terhadap keputusan menginap di Grand Q Hotel Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi tidak diketahui dalam jumlah yang pasti (infinity). Penggunaan teknik sampel yang di pilih adalah penarikan sampel Accidental Sampling. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner jumlah sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap. Sedangkan lokasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di Grand Q Hotel Kota Gorontalo. Saran sebaiknya manajemen hotel senantiasa memperhatikan fasilitas  hotel karena sebagian  pengunjung merasakan bahwa fasilitas yang tersedia masih perlu ditingkatkan dan diperbaiki, serta  pentingnya lokasi parkir yang luas.Kata Kunci: Fasilitas, Lokasi, Hotel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Metode Capital Asset Pricing Model dan Fama-French Three Factor Model untuk penentuan investasi pada saham Indeks IDX30 periode 2016 – 2018 serta untuk membandingkan antara dua model tersebut model manakah yang memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi untuk mempertimbangkan tingkat return dan risikonya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data berupa laporan keuangan tahunan (annual report) Indeks IDX30 periode 2016 – 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Metode Capital Asset Pricing Model merupakan model yang lebih akurat dibandingkan Fama-French Three Factor Model. Selain terlihat sederhana, model Capital Asset Pricing Model ini juga lebih akurat dalam menentukan investasi sesuai dengan tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan dan risiko yang bersedia ditanggung dan model ini dapat memberikan informasi secepat-cepatnya mengenai tingkat pengembalian dan risiko yang akan ditanggung investor. Kata-kata Kunci:Metode Capital Asset Pricing Model, Fama-French Three Factor Model, dan Indeks IDX30.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to to know and analyze how much influence the motivational factors which consist of working conditions, togetherness, rewards, the development of the performance of employees and analyze the motivational factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance Crops Research Institute for Legumes and Tuber Malang. The population in this study as many as 74 people, so the number of population is taken everything for the study, the research done by the census. Mechanical analysis using multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that motivation which consists of working conditions, togetherness, rewards, development simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Working conditions, and the effect on employee performance rewardss. Togetherness and the development does not affect the performance of employees. Rewards dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

CV. Tunas Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang konsisten menggunakan alat promosi yang bersifat tradisional dengan memanfaatkan tenaga penjualan untuk menawarkan produk perusahaan secara langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan implementasi dan implikasi dari Implementasi bauran promosi dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan di CV. Tunas Abadi Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mencari suatu uraian yang menyeluruh dan teliti terhadap implementasi bauran promosi pada CV Tunas Abadi Malang. Subjek penelitian ini terdapat 4 informan. Analisis data bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan hasil olahan data. Adapun data diperolah melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Sedangkan analisa data melalui empat tahap, yaitu : reduksi, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa oleh CV. Tunas Abadi Malang menerapkan bauran promosi berupa periklanan, personal selling, hubungan masyarakat, promosi penjualan dan pemasaran langsung. Adapun implikasi implementasi bauran promosi tidak semua kombinasi memiliki dampak besar bagi perusahaan. Selain itu, CV Tunas Abadi melakukan strategi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penerapan bauran promosi.

Abstract

PT Sumber Bening Lestari is an attractive bottled mineral water company for various community needs, the company is located in Pandaan, East Java. This study aims to examine and provide empirical evidence about the analysis of the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT Sumber Bening Lestari. The research instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 70 employees of the production department taken using purposive sampling techniques. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using statistical analysis, namely descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate the results of the study found that leadership style variables influence employee performance, compensation variables affect employee performance and simultaneously leadership style variables and compensation affect the performance of employees of PT Sumber Bening Lestari Pandaan

Abstract

The Effect of Organizational Climate on the Effectiveness of Employee Services at the North Kota Camat Office, Gorontalo City, The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Organizational Climate on the Effectiveness of Employee Services. This study used a sample of 33 respondents, the questionnaire was used as a primary data collection tool and the data were analyzed using a path analysis tool. Based on the results of this study that the organizational climate consisting of Responsibilities (X1), Awards (X2) and Support (X3), simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee service effectiveness (Y) of 0.799 or 79.9% and the remaining 20 , 1% is determined by other factors not examined. The variable of responsibility (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee services (Y) of 0.451, the variable of appreciation (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee services (Y) of 0.380 and the variable of support (X3) partial positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee services (Y) of 0.323

Abstract

This research was conducted on Shopee ID consumers (Studies in STIE Kertanegara Malang Students). The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and sales promotions on impulsive purchases on Shopee ID consumers. The method used is quantitative by collecting, presenting and analyzing data from Shoopee ID consumers using a questionnaire to respondents. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression to determine the effect simultaneously, partially and dominantly. Based on the results of the study, the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyles and sales promotions on impulsive purchases on Shopee ID consumers was simultaneously significant (0.00). The influence of  hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and sales promotion on impulsive purchases on Shopee ID consumers is partially significant X1 (0.00), X2 (0.03) and X3 (0.03). Hedonic shopping motivation are influenced by indicators such as : adventure, social, idea. value and status.
