Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) is one of the scientific publication journals published by STIE Kertanegara Malang. The aim of JAMIN is to establish effective channels of communication between stakeholders including academics and research institutions, business, government and society. It also aims to disseminate research findings in the development of management theory and practice, and innovations in business and entrepreneurship, especially in Indonesia. Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) accepts both empirical and theoretical articles relating to micro and macro phenomena in the development of management science. Appropriate texts to be published in the JAMIN journal include business strategies and policies, entrepreneurship, finance and accounting studies, human resource management, operational management, marketing management, organizational behavior, organizational theory, information systems management and research methods.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. In this research, the respondents are employees who work at PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa in the Warehouse (department) with the number of employee personnel as many as 30 people and the research sample usedas many as 30 people. The data used in this study is primary dataobtained by distributing questionnaires to employees in theWarehouse PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa Pandaan Pasuruan. From the results of this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test hypothesis test and t test with a significance level of 5%. The test results prove that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous and partial effect on the work performance of employees in the Warehouse section of PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa Pandaan with F count > F table value and tcount > t table value, while the motivation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Achievement

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow products at Ms Glow Store Pandaan. The research methodology used is quantitative research with a survey method. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS version 25. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed (1) there is a positive influence of brand image on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow products; (2) there is a positive effect of product quality on product purchasing decisions Ms. Glow; (3) there is a positive effect of price on the decision to purchase Ms Glow's products: (4) there is a positive effect of celebrity endorsement on the decision to buy Ms Glow's product. Brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsement factors have an influence of 78.8% on Ms Glow's product purchase decisions, while the remaining 21.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, harga, dan celebrity endorsement terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ms glow di ms glow store pandaan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan spss versi 25. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ms glow; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ms. Glow; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ms glow: (4) terdapat pengaruh positif celebrity endorsement terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ms glow. Faktor citra merek, kualitas produk, harga, dan celebrity endorsement mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 78,8% terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ms glow, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most effective and cost-effective use of the yarn raw material inventory method at PT Behaestex, Pandaan, by comparing the conventional methods used in the company at this time with the Just In Time (JIT) method. The data used are the total inventory of yarn raw materials and data on purchasing raw materials for yarn at the PT Behaestex, Pandaan Company in 2020. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method so as to describe the data with numbers. From the analysis using the Just in time system, it can be concluded that the Just In Time system is more efficient in calculating the total inventory cost of approximately 87% than the conventional method used by the company today.Keywords: Inventory, Raw Materials, Cost and just in time (JIT).

Abstract

The market share of Honda motorcycles in Indonesia is currently experiencing a decline. One of the causes that affect the decline in the market share of Honda motorcycles is the decline in buying interest of consumers who have been customers of Honda motorcycles to make repeat purchases. In addition, consumers of new motorcycles are also less interested in buying Honda motorcycles.This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Batu sub-district. The sampling in this study was non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 40 people in Batu District who had purchased a Honda motorcycle. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with the SPSS Version 25.0 program, after going through the instrument test and classical assumption test. The results of the study prove that two independent variables, namely product quality and promotion, have a significant and significant influence on the purchase decision variable for Honda motorcycles, while the price variable does not have a significant influence on respondents in determining the decision to buy a Honda motorcycle. Tests carried out together showed that all independent variables (product quality, price and promotion) had an effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Purchase Decision, Product Quality, Price, Promotion

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial and non-financial performance at COCO SPBU NUMBER 51.651.16 RAYA LANGSEP MALANG CITY (also called COCO gas station 51.651.16). This performance appraisal analysis uses the Balanced Scorecard approach which includes a financial perspective, a customer perspective, an internal business process perspective as well as a growth and learning perspective. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary quantitative data were obtained through customer satisfaction surveys and interviews with the COCO gas station manager51,651.16. Qualitative secondary data obtained from gas station documents, internet, and literature studies, as well as consumer and employee satisfaction questionnaires were analyzed through validity and reliability tests. The success of COCO gas stations 51,651.16 used the Balance Scorecard approach from a financial perspective with a performance percentage of 87.5%. Perspective customers with a performance percentage of 87.5%, an Internal business perspective with a performance percentage of 100%, as well as a growth and learning perspective with a performance percentage of 90%.Keywords: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment, trust, and communication affect the satisfaction of material suppliers at PT. Natura Plastindo, Gempol District. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 50 suppliers who contributed to PT. Natura Plastindo, Gempol District. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale and were tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that commitment affects supplier satisfaction, trust affects supplier satisfaction, and communication also affects supplier satisfaction, besides commitment, trust, and communication simultaneously affect supplier satisfaction.Keywords: Commitment, Trust, Communication, and Supplier Satisfaction

The purpose of the study was to determine whether or not there is an influence related to work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Bank BNI Malang City Branch. So in accordance with these objectives, this research includes a type of quantitative research that is causal or causal, and is also included in descriptive research (Explanatory Research). Employee Performance (Study at PT.Bank BNI Malang City Branch)", it can be concluded as follows: Related to work motivation, it is known that the responses of respondents agreed and strongly agreed with the statements that had been submitted on the research questionnaire. So from the results of these studies, it can be concluded that work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank BNI Malang City Branch is said to be good. Abstract

The role of human resources in the company is very important because as the main driver of all company activities in achieving goalscompany in order to maintain the success and survival of the company then a leader always maintains and improves the resources he hasThis includes paying attention to the work environment to improve performance his employees.Based on the objectives, this research was conducted to determine whether or not whether or not the influence related to the work environment with the performance of employees at PT Bank BNI Cash Office Pakis Malang. So in accordance with this purpose, This research is a type of causal quantitative research, namely: causal relationship, and includes explanatory researchwhich is descriptive in nature where this study aims to find an explanation why an event occurs.The conclusion from the results of this study is that it has been proven that there is an effect of significant on the variables of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and Non.
