Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing channels used by chili farmers in Mejoyolosari Village in marketing their chili yields. As well as to find out the marketing channels of chili farmers in Mejoyolosari Village from an Islamic economic perspective. This study used a qualitative method using case studies on chili farmers in Mejoyolosari Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency. This study uses primary data and secondary data. This study uses the qualitative data analysis technique modeled by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study, namely chili farmers in Mejoyolosari Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency use two types of marketing channels, namely vertical and horizontal marketing channels. For farmers with large land areas, it will be easier to use vertical marketing channels, while farmers with narrow lands will find it easier to use horizontal marketing channels to distribute chili yields. In general, chili farmers in Mejoyolosari Village in marketing chilies have applied sharia-compliant principles, being honest, maintaining trust (amanah), maintaining good relations (tabligh), a special group of chili farmers (fathonah).

Abstract

Human need nutrition. The need for nutritien as food is fundamental. Food includes all the basic needs that the body absorbs, such as water, medicines and other substances for body health. On he health side, food not only functions as a source of energy in the body, but can also spread disease. So it is necessery to do food sanitation to avoid disease. On this basis, an understanding of food health as well as halal and good food needs to be dissimenated by government agencies throuth the ministry of relegion, particularly regarding halal certification. This is the basis of the researc carried out, how is the understanding of bussines actors in managing the steps for halal certification for UMKM. This reseach methode is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research. The research was conducted in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. The result of this study show that the understanding the halal certification is quite good, but the socializatin needs to be improved so that knowledge about halal product is even better. One of the organization that can carry out this sosialization is Non-PNS Islamic Religious Extension.

Abstract

The title of this study is "Analysis of Maxim Application Service Satisfaction on Users of Islamic Religious Institute (IAI) Diniyyah Pekanbaru Students". The purpose of this study is motivated by the author's observations to determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the maxim application. In order to collect, compile and process the data in this study, the authors used field research methods (field research). Based on the results of the research that the authors have done, it can be concluded that the Maxim Application Service Satisfaction Analysis for Islamic Religious Institute (IAI) Diniyyah Pekanbaru Student Users is good and quite developed. Meanwhile, the Islamic Economics review of the Maxim Application Service Satisfaction analysis for Diniyyah Pekanbaru Islamic Institute (IAI) Student Users has not applied Islamic sharia principles, because the system sometimes harms both drivers and customers.

Abstract

Mudharabah is a partnership between capital providers and entrepreneurs, where profits and risks are shared fairly in accordance with Islamic principles. This article aims to investigate the concept of Mudharabah as a sustainable investment model in the context of Sharia finance. A comprehensive review of the literature on Mudarabah and sustainable investment provides in-depth insight into the principles underlying both concepts. Regarding Mudarabah, this article examines its history, evolution and practical implementation in various economic sectors. On the other hand, sustainable investments are analyzed by considering social impacts, the environment and ethical considerations in making investment decisions. The findings of this research indicate that Mudharabah, as a sharia investment model, has significant potential in providing added value to society and the environment. Active participation in Mudharabah-based businesses can encourage economic empowerment, reduce disparities, and create opportunities for small and medium entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of istikhlaf in business ethics and what impact it has on business people. This research is of the type of library research or library research using qualitative methods by carrying out content analysis using the Content Analysis model. The results of the research show that the concept of istikhlaf is related to divinity, prosperity and justice. Business people must have fundamental attitudes/ethics and character, namely honest, trustworthy, informative, intelligent and intellectual, professional, motivational, critical, communicative, disciplined, fighting, innovative, adaptive and committed. Business actors are prohibited from behaving Al-bathil, Al-Fasad, Al-Zhalim which can cause imbalance and injustice in business. In this way, the character contained in istikhlaf influences behavior, so that it can reduce or even eliminate/inhibit negative behavior and bad ethics in business people. By embedding istikhlaf in business people, good, wise behavior, loss of selfish attitudes, more tolerance, careful use of assets (not causing waste), careful in policies so that the business game will be safer and more peaceful, competitive fair, and become a social homo economicus, not a lupus homo homini.

Abstract

Digital banks are part of the digitalization of financial institutions which aims to facilitate financial inclusion for all groups. Sharia digital banks are a type of banking institution that provides practical and easy online services based on sharia principles so that customers do not need to come to a branch office. Sharia digital banks are among the latest innovations in the banking industry in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of Islamic digital banks in Indonesia and formulate strategies that will be implemented by Islamic digital banks to take advantage of strengths and opportunities and overcome weaknesses and threats. This research uses the SWOT method. The results show several strengths (such as being the first pure digital Islamic bank in Indonesia, recipient of the Most Promising Islamic Digital Bank 2021 award at the CNBN Indonesia Award 2021), weaknesses (such as requiring a supporting internet connection), opportunities (such as: continued growth of internet users in Indonesia), and threats (such as cybercrime attacks). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the comparative advantage cell, mobilization cell, divestment/investment cell and damage control cell were obtained.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia in participating in increasing financial inclusion in Indonesia. The development of financial inclusion in Indonesia has been slow due to the low financial literacy of the community. Therefore, researchers sought to conduct this research with the aim of describing the form of efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia in encouraging financial inclusion in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Malang City, especially at BSI KC Malang Soetta and BSI KC Malang Sutoyo using qualitative research methods and case study research types. The results obtained by the researcher are BSI KC Malang Soetta and BSI KC Malang Sutoyo using BSI Mobile to facilitate customers in accessing remote financial services. In introducing programs and services on BSI Mobile, BSI socialised BSI Mobile by holding a Mata Najwa On Stage event spearheaded by renowned journalist Najwa Shihab. The socialisation event was held at the UMM Dome on Wednesday, 12 July 2023.

Abstract

BAZNAS Jombang is one of the institutions operating in the field social services have an important role in distributing aid to parties who need it by implementing various programs that aim to improve the social conditions of society. To achieve This goal BAZNAS Jombang requires financial resources, which in this case can be obtained by collecting funds or fundraising. Therefore, this research aims to find out more about the fundraising strategies used by BAZNAS Jombang. In this research, the researcher used the method descriptive qualitative to describe the fundraising strategy used by BAZNAS Jombang. The research results obtained are In conducting fundraising, BAZNAS Jombang uses 2 (two) The first strategy is a direct (offline) strategy such as direct mail, establishment of UPZ, collaboration with local government, pick-up service zakat, manuals, and organizing events. Meanwhile, the second strategy namely indirect (online) strategies such as social media campaigns and print, transfer and QRIS. This research is expected to provide a description and information regarding the fundraising strategy used by BAZNAS Jombang in increasing the acquisition of ZIS funds.
