Abstract

This research assessed OJT Digitalization Systems' effectiveness in improving the OJT process's efficiency at PT PAL Indonesia. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, involving interviews with HR staff, trainers, and participants, alongside process observation. Content analysis was conducted to analyze the collected data. The findings demonstrated that the OJT Digitalization Systems effectively enhanced the efficiency of the OJT process at PT PAL Indonesia. These systems reduced time and cost, improving accessibility and user-friendliness for stakeholders. Furthermore, they enhanced data accuracy during OJT. This research contributes to the existing literature on digitalization in HR practices by providing evidence of the efficiency-boosting potential of OJT Digitalization Systems. It emphasizes the importance of considering stakeholder requirements in digitalization projects. Managers should consider implementing these systems to enhance OJT efficiency and data accuracy, aiding decision-making in HR practices. Policymakers should encourage digitalization adoption in HR to improve workforce development programs. In summary, this research highlights the positive impact of OJT Digitalization Systems on the OJT process, advocating for their implementation to enhance HR practices.

Abstract

The effectiveness of individual employee’ performance depends on the leader/supervisor. Effective leader can enhance the individual employee performance through proper leadership style and retain high performance and talent employees within the company. The behavior of leader is very importance to improve job performance and retain skillful employees for longer period in the organization. This study aims to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership styles on employees’ performance in Lebanese Universities. Three main variables consist in conceptual framework. They are independent variables (transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and dependent variable (employee performance).  A sample of 400 respondents has been randomly selected from top four universities in Lebanon. Sample was selected by using simple random method and primary data was collected through structured questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 23.0) and Smart-PLS 3.0. Results showed that both transformational leadership and transactional leadership styles have the significant effect on employees, performance in Lebanese universities. The outcomes of this study offered substantial empirical support to the research framework from a theoretical and managerial perspective.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tidak langsung, seperti melalui buku, majalah, jurnal, internet, dan statistik. Objek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang telah terdaftar di JII. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII periode 2017-2022. Dan untuk jumlah sampel yang digunakan merupakan bagian dari populasi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Rasio profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2. Leverage dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 3. Variabel kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memediasi rasio profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Uji F menunjukkan rasio profitabilitas dan leverage secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci: rasio profitabilitas, leverage, nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen

Abstract

AbstractYen Collection shop located at Jalan Sutan Syahrir No.56 A6/A5 Tarok dipo Bukittinggi sells school uniforms. Basically, this shop is still not good in terms of customer service, the price of its products is very high compared to competitors and they are still lacking in promotion. The purpose of this study is to find out how the sharia marketing strategy used by Yen Collection Bukittinggi shop owners to compete with their competitors. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The methods used for data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation.  Data obtained from Yen Collection consumers, Yen Collection owners and employees. The data obtained is then analyzed using a SWOT analysis strategy using the IFAS, EFAS and SWOT matrix. Based on the analysis conducted by the author, the results showed that the Yen Collection Bukittinggi store uses a sharia marketing strategy in facing business competition, the first marketing mix strategy is divided into seven elements such as price, process, product, promotion, location or place, people or human resources and physical facilities or physical evidence. The ultimate goal of this strategy is to get a lot of consumers, retain existing consumers and win the competition with competitors. The second strategy, by implementing Islamic marketing, namely sharia marketing principles such as theoretical, ethical, realistic and humanistic. In addition, the application of sharia marketing characteristics includes Theistic (Rabbaniyyah), Ethical (Akhlaqiyyah), Realistic (Al-Waqi'iyyah) and Humanistic (Al-Insaniyyah). In the research results with SWOT analysis, EFAS and IFAS matrices and cartesian diagrams, the Yen Collection Bukittinggi store is located in quadrant I that has a status (+,+), namely positive strength positive opportunity. This place shows the position of the store has great strengths and excellent opportunities.  For this reason, the recommended strategy is aggressive to enable continuous expansion, greater growth, and maximum progress.Keywords: Sharia Marketing Strategy, Business Competition, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Kopi merupakan komoditas yang memiliki volume perdagangan sangat besar di dunia. Industri kopi melibatkan banyak orang yang terlibat dari hulu sampai ke hilir. Rantai pasok adalah serangkaian kegiatan untuk menghasilkan barang dan jasa. Fenomena di industri kopi sangat menarik karena pertumbuhan jumlah kedai kopi yang semakin berfokus pada kualitas dari biji kopi. Hal ini disebabkan bahwa dunia saat ini sudah memasuki tren kopi gelombang ketiga (3rd wave coffee). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan rantai nilai kopi dan penelitian-penelitian terbaru yang terkait dengan tema tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan kajian dari 12 artikel pada artikel penelitian terkait rantai pasok dalam kurun waktu 6 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2017-2023 bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal yang terindeks Scopus. Peneliti kemudian mencoba melakukan pemetaan berdasarkan variabel yang sering digunakan dari artikel-artikel yang ada di database Google Scholar dalam jangka waktu tahun 2017-2023 dan didapatkan data sejumlah 340 artikel dengan tema mengenai rantai pasokan kopi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa pemetaan artikel-artikel penelitian yang diambil dari database Google Scholar. Pemetaan tersebut mencakup judul, abstrak artikel, dan visualisasi dengan VosViewer. Tinjauan literatur ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk penelitian terkait tema terbaru mengenai rantai pasokan kopi bagi para peneliti.

Abstract

Based on KSEI data, capital market investors continue to show improvement in recent years. Until February 2022, the number of capital market investors is dominated by the younger generation, but based on observations from pre-research data from researchers at UIN Raden Intan Lampung Students regarding Mutual Fund Investment, it turns out that they are still ordinary and some are even reluctant to invest in mutual funds, which shows that their investment interest is still low. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether risk and return have a partial effect on student interest in investing in mutual funds, whether investment knowledge moderates the relationship between risk to student interest in investing in mutual funds, does investment knowledge moderate the relationship between return on student interest in investing in mutual funds and how student interest in investing in mutual funds in an Islamic economic perspective. This study used a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on students who are or have taken the Financial Management course at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Raden Intan Lampung, the sample in this study was 96 respondents. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural equation modeling) using Partial Least Square (PLS) and data management is carried out using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study show that the variables Risk and Return partially have a positive and significant effect on Student Interest in Investing in Mutual Funds. The R2 test shows that the R2 value of Investment Interest is 0.546 which means that the value shows that Risk and Return contribute 54.6% and the remaining 46.4% to other variables. Then for variable moderation, investment knowledge weakens the relationship between risk and investment interest significantly, this shows that investment knowledge weakens the relationship between risk and student interest in investing in mutual funds, meaning that investment knowledge moderates the relationship between risk and student interest in investing in mutual funds. Furthermore, investment knowledge strengthens the relationship between return and investment interest insignificantly, this shows that investment knowledge strengthens the relationship between return and student interest in investing in mutual funds but the effect is not large, meaning that investment knowledge does not moderate the relationship between return and student interest in investing in mutual funds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pada era masyarakat digital dimana orang-orang hidup dengan bergantung pada teknologi dan internet membuat segala hal yang dilakukan menjadi lebih praktis. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel adalah mahasiswa di bandar lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan rumus lemeshow yang diperoleh sampel 96 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari hasil kusioner online. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dengan alat bantu SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil Uji parsial (T) di peroleh bahwa variabel literasi keuangan memiliki thitung sebesar 0,629 < ttabel 1,989 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,531 > 0,05 maka literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Variabel kemudahan penggunaan memiliki thitung sebesar 7,072 > ttabel 1,989 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 maka kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Variabel media sosial memiliki thitung sebesar 3,831 > ttabel 1,989 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 maka media sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan. Hasil Uji simultan (F) literasi keuangan, kemudahan penggunaan, media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Fitur Mobile Banking dengan hasil Fhitung 35,614 > Ftabel 2,47.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of menu diversity, prices and Islamic business ethics on consumer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using primary data. Data collection uses direct methods, such as data obtained from the field or sources. The object of this research is at BPK's young goat satay restaurant. H. Masyhudi Blotongan, Salatiga. The population in this study were all buyers at the Mashhudi young goat satay restaurant. And the number of samples used is part of the population using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is a regression analysis technique which is processed using SPSS. The results of this research based on the t test show that menu diversity has an insignificant negative effect on satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Islamic business ethics has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Menu diversity has an insignificant negative effect on loyalty. Price has an insignificant negative effect on consumer loyalty. Islamic business ethics has an insignificant negative effect on consumer loyalty. Menu diversity has an insignificant negative effect on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Price has a significant positive effect on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Islamic business ethics has a significant positive effect on loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial management of female students at Islamic Boarding School Salaf Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Kembang. This qualitative research uses case studies and primary data obtained from interviews with female students at the Islamic Boarding School Salaf Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Kembang, Singosari District, Malang Regency. This research used a sample consisting of 10 female students as informants. Data was collected by interviews using random sampling techniques. The results of this research show that financial management among female students can make an individual more careful in managing their finances because they already know how to manage their emotions well in managing expenses. So they will become wiser in making decisions about using money and spending according to their needs, not according to their desires. Financial knowledge and personal finance management skills are very important in everyday life. An individual must be able to manage his own finances. Apart from that, the younger generation is a group that has a large contribution to the economy.

Abstract

The effect of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) on the Malaysian tourism business is looked into in this study. With tourism at the forefront of this digital transformation, AR and VR have emerged as revolutionary forces, revolutionising a wide range of businesses. While Virtual Reality immerses viewers in a virtual environment, Augmented Reality enhances real-life experiences by superimposing digital information on top of the physical world. The entire visitor experience—from planning and booking to on-site exploration and post-trip comments—has been changed by AR and VR. While virtual reality (VR) technologies offer deep participation in several exciting activities and provide a fascinating insight into the destination's attractions, augmented reality (AR) applications enhance the tourist experience by giving interactive maps, historical insights, and real-time translations.
