Abstract

Educational equality is one of the main problems of education in disadvantaged areas. Not only related to accessibility and lack of facilities and infrastructure, but the availability of teaching staff and the quality of teaching and learning also need attention. The government through the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration initiated an acceleration of the improvement of the quality of education at the junior secondary level of disadvantaged regions. The pioneering learning model oriented to Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) was conducted with partners who had developed learning using digital learning materials. Submission of subject matter can be online and offline, easily adapted to rural conditions that are difficult to access internet facilities. The implementation of the pilot project in the district which is still in a disadvantaged area, West Halmahera, involves 2 groups of IX A and IX B class students, SMPN 7 West Halmahera. The method used in this study is a quantitative experiment that is by looking at student learning outcomes measured from pre-test and post-test scores conducted on the experimental class and data analysis is done by paired T-test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes (t hitung > t table). The implementation of HOTS-based learning methods with digital learning material facilities can be replicated for disadvantaged and remote areas that are still lacking the availability of teachers and as a form of anticipation of the preparation of human resources in the Industrial 4.0 era

Abstract

The development of industry 4.0 begins with the emergence of internet technology that can connect the entire community without the constraints of space and time. Industry 4.0 also gave rise to a society 5.0 oriented to all problems that could be solved through technology. One problem in society is the economic problem. In families living in the industrial era 4.0, these problems can be faced through internet technology. One way is to make daily life in the family into a spectacle. To realize this, then family life needs to be used as a commodity so that it can carry out the process of commodification. The process of commodification of spectacle in this virtual world can be done through platforms offered via the internet, one of which is Youtube. One example of a Youtube account that successfully commodifies family life in the industrial era 4.0 is Li Ziqi's account. His creativity in creating content and making family life narratives can be one example of references for families to make use of the internet in generating profits. Through Youtube, families can also commercialize the content they make as a sign that the commodification process is successful.

Abstract

During 2014 - 2016, the coverage of antenatal services (ANC) in Karawang regency in addition to exceeding the target, this coverage was also above the provincial and national coverage. Although ANC coverage has increased, Karawang district ranks second in West Java with the highest number of maternal deaths. The high ANC coverage results (quantitative), but the still high number of maternal deaths, this shows the still low quality of the ANC in Karawang district. This study aims to determine the description of compliance of health workers in implementing antenatal service standards. The research sites were Rengasdengklok Health Center, Ciampel Health Center, and Jatisari Health Center, Karawang Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection is done through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis uses an interactive method consisting of: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques, negative case analysis, member checks, and low inference descriptors (verbatim), and peer discussions. The results showed that health workers at the three research centers focused on the policy, facilities and infrastructure, standard operating procedures, and team coordination. Compliance of health workers will be better if there are more adequate policies, complete facilities and infrastructure, clear operational standard procedures, and more team coordination and strong leadership. Abstract

Government Officer (ASN) has the obligation to develop competencies for a minimum of 20 learning hours / year. However, not all ASNs can take part in training as a form of competency development due to the limited quota of face-to-face (classical) training available. The latest regulations provide alternative non-classical learning that does not have to be face-to-face including e-learning, distance learning and self learning. Self learning can be used by students to improve their competency using a variety of learning resources available both conventional and based on information technology. In this paper, one of the tools to support self learning will be discussed in the form of intelligent tutoring system design using a chatbot in the prepackaged goods training (BDKT). The design uses the framework of Design Science Research, starting from setting goals, designing chatbot conversational flow, developing applications using chatfuel, demonstration through simulations via Facebook Messgenger and Blackbox Evaluation. The resulting prototype has been able to follow the flow of the conversation that was designed and can be used as a support for self learning anytime and anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the family planning (KB) participation. This paper aims to determine the development of family planning participation in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, especially those related to the use of contraceptive methods in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, in March-April 2020.. The data were sourced from the results of the Monthly Field Family Planning Participation Control Report and Contraception Services Report in BKKBN Yogyakarta Special Region in January-April 2020. The results show that the number of active and new contraceptive prevalence in the early Covid-19 pandemic experienced a decline, while unmet need for contraception showed a tendency to increase in the same period. The number of new family planning participants appears to have decreased in March-April 2020 along with the addition of the number of positive cases of Covid-19 in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This is due to the decrease in the intensity of family planning counseling and services.

The Ms Office Advanced Training aims to provide knowledge and / or mastery of skills related to ASN work, so that participants are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities in a professional manner, as an integral part of the career guidance and work performance system. Such training is regularly held, but whether the training objectives that have been carried out have been achieved optimally. In order to parse the problem, the writer evaluates the kickpatrick model approach. Evaluation is needed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program, including knowing whether the learning objectives are appropriate or need improvement. This research involved all 14 participants. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and nonparamteric statistical analysis with the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Based on the analysis of the data it can be concluded, the reaction level shows satisfactory results with an average value of 84.03. The trend of homogamy marriages in Indonesia has decreased, while hypogamy marriages have increased. Differences in characteristics between couples often damage family harmony. This study aims to determine the effect of assortative marriage patterns on the satisfaction of family harmony. The data used are the 2017 Happiness Measurement Survey (SPTK), and the analytical method used is binary logistic regression. This study separates the regression model between men and women. Logit estimation shows that Old assortative marriage influences the satisfaction of family harmony in men. Education assortative marriage influences women on the satisfaction of family harmony. Men who marry younger and more or lower educated women than themselves have the opportunity to be satisfied with the highest family harmony among other assortative marriage combinations. Women who marry older men and have the same level of education as themselves have the opportunity to feel satisfied with the highest family harmony among other assortative marriage combinations. Women are more likely to select partners based on their education while men are more likely to select partners based on age and physical attractiveness.
