Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe and analyze the implementation of additional measures to improve the income of employee satisfaction at the District Office West Bontang and analyze the factors that support and hinder. This study is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documents, then the data were analyzed using an interactive model. Results of the study revealed that the implementation of additional policies in order to increase the income of employee satisfaction at the District Office West Bontang already performing quite well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and evaluate the distribution of soft loan on small and medium enterprises in Tering District West Kutai, as well as to find the factors that support and hinder the enterprise. This research uses a qualitative descriptive with Interactive Model developed by Miles and Huberman, while research conducted in the District Tering. From the research it is showed that, not all small and medium businesses could take advantage of this assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Village Fund Allocation Management Implementation (ADD) In Kampung Linggang Mapan District of Linggang Bigung West Kutai, as well as to describe and analyze the factors influencing  the effectiveness of it. The study concluded that the ADD Policy Implementation in the village Linggang Mapan not run optimally. It can be seen from the lack of understanding ADD management team in planning the implementation of ADD fund management activities, because the planning process is only done by the team manager of ADD without involving all villagers.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the strategies used by the PR of Bontang City Government in disseminating information on regional development in Guntung Subdistrict.  This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, the data collections were done through interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, it can be stated that the strategy of Bontang City Government PR in the dissemination of regional development information in Guntung is done through printed media which are newspapers, magazines, bulletins, banners, balihos, and leaflets; electronic media which are telelevision and radio broadcasts, and face to face communication media which is interactive dialogues between the city government and the community members.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of the organization as well as those factors that inhibit the performance of the organization and supporting the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council Kutai Barat. The study concluded that the planning performance on Parliament Secretariat of West Kutai has been through the mechanisms and stages in accordance with the provisions of that starts with formulating a strategic plan is then translated into the annual performance plan, subsequently submitted and approved budget is needed then set a performance evaluation is the ability of the receiver mandate to realize the performance as planned, therefore the performance planning or annual work plan that is the basis for preparing the performance indicators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimization of resources in order to improve the service area of land in the West Bontang District Office as well as revealing the factors supporting and hindering it. This study is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data was obtained by interviews, observation and documents, then the data were analyzed using an interactive model. The results of this study revealed that the optimization of resources in the service area of land on aspects of human resources include employee competence and motivation of employees, and non-human resources includes working procedures and working facilities at the District Office West Bontang been made, but not optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 05 of 2013 About Waste Management. Analysis of the data used is Interactive Model developed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The research showed that the implementation of West Kutai Regional Regulation No. 05 of 2013 on Waste Management in Barong Tongkok District has been done according to the rules. But application of the rules was less effective in managing waste. This was evidence by garbages strewn in various places, such as streets, public places or in landfills while.
