Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, skills and attitudes on employee performance at UPTD Pasir Kencana Beach, Pekalongan City, and to analyze whether knowledge, skills and attitudes together influence employee performance at UPTD Pasir Kencana Beach, Pekalongan City. This research uses questionnaire data or is carried out by distributing questionnaires to the parties who are respondents in this research. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are instrument quality testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results found that knowledge had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPTD Pasir Kencana Beach, Pekalongan City. Suitability of skills has an effect but is not significant on employee performance at UPTD Pasir Kencana Beach, Pekalongan City. Meanwhile, attitude suitability has a positive and significant effect on employees at UPTD Pasir Kencana Beach, Pekalongan City, seen from the results of the beta value analysis of the most dominant variable on employee performance at UPTD Pasir Kencana Beach, Pekalongan City, is attitude suitability

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of clinical instructors. This type of research is correlative. The sample for this study was 32 clinical instructors carried out by random sampling. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the study showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of clinical instructors, the motivation of clinical instructor had a positive but not significant effect on the performance of clinical instructor, the competency of clinical instructor and motivation of clinical instructor had a positive and significant effect on the performance of clinical instructor.

Abstract

A leader has a very important role, namely in managing the company or management to move the wheels of operations. A good leader can mobilize his employees, a good leader can also resolve conflicts that exist between his employees. So, to test this, a test was carried out to find out the relationship between leadership style and conflict management at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan. Testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees within RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using a correlation test to determine the relationship between leadership style and conflict management. The results obtained show that at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan, it does not show that these two things are related, so that in reducing conflict at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan, a particular leadership style is not needed.

Abstract

The cosmetic industry in Indonesia continues to develop with the presence of various brands of products and types. Given the wide selection of cosmetic products, consumers often consider a variety of purchasing factors, such as brand image, brand trust, perceived value, and satisfaction. Repurchase intent relates to consumer behavior due to satisfaction and pleasure with previous experiences. This study aims to identify brand image, brand trust, perceived value, and satisfaction on repurchase intention. The research sample was taken from 85 respondents of halal cosmetic products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis of this study using Partial Least Square software. The findings in this study prove that brand image has no effect on repurchase intention, brand trust has an effect on repurchase intention, perceived value has an effect on repurchase intention, and satisfaction has no effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business ethic and professional competence on partner satisfaction. This research method uses quantitative methods with the sampling technique is purposive sampling and the sample calculation technique is saturated sampling. Where the sample in this study amounted to 91 business partners group 1, form PT Banda Arta Jaya Wiguna. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. These results of this study reveal that partially (1) business ethics has a significant positive effect on partner satisfaction, (2) professional competence has a significant positive effect on partner satisfaction, (3) business ethics and professional competence has a significant effect simultaneously on partner satisfaction. The effect of business ethics and professional competence on partner satisfaction is 77,4% while the remaining 22,6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between HRM and job satisfaction and employee performance, with work quality acting as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 109 respondents who are employees of the North Jakarta Environment Agency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire survey method and is distributed online using Google, from which it is sent to respondents. The results show that HRM has a significant positive relationship with the performance produced by employees. Job satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with the performance of employees. The quality of work has a significant positive relationship with the performance of an employee. Quality of work is able to weaken the relationship and moderate HRD's impact on an employee's performance. The quality of work is able to strengthen and moderate the relationship between employee satisfaction with their work and employee performance. The research that has been carried out has recommendations aimed at the North Jakarta Environmental Service that want to improve the performance of an employee, so the strategy that can be done is to make employees feel fair, pay according to policy, and give appreciation to employees who have achievements

Abstract

The dynamics of information technology in the era of the industrial revolution require professionals to update information technology and be supported by soft skills based on artificial intelligence-AI. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The research population involved employees of PT. Indonesia Vapor Group which uses one of the several software applications available such as Oracle HCM; Bamboo HR; Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Google Analytics; and HubSpot. The selected sample was 155 using purposive sampling technique. The research results show that information technology knowledge and soft skills have a significant impact on employee performance. These results provide a comprehensive picture to lead to practical implications in human resource management and employee development in the future work environment.

Abstract

Management is a comprehensive and gradual process intended to realize a strategy that can be said to be effective. The management process includes 4 functions of management itself, namely planning, organizing, leadership and controlling. Based on the background above, the author is interested in conducting research related to productive waqf management by implementing management functions at the Madrasah Islamiyah Foundation. The target of this research is to find out how productive waqf management is implemented and the problems that occur in productive waqf management at the Madrasah Islamiyah Foundation. This research was conducted at the Wonopringgo Madrasah Islamiyah Foundation by taking three informants. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that productive waqf management at the Wonopringgo Madrasah Islamiyah Foundation, Pekalongan Regency is quite good but not yet optimal, seen from every existing activity and work program that has implemented management functions such as planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The problems of managing productive waqf at the Madrasah Islamiyah Foundation include, firstly, administrative problems, secondly the productivity of productive waqf, the quality of the nadzhir human resources, and finally the condition of the waqf land.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of promotional activities on McDonald's Indonesia's centralized Instagram account. Despite Instagram's potential as a cost-effective and engaging promotional platform, centralized accounts may face challenges in maintaining interaction and responsiveness. Utilizing a qualitative research design, data was collected through the documentation of consumer comments on McDonald's promotional posts. These comments were analyzed using the EPIC model, which evaluates Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication elements in consumer feedback. Results indicate that McDonald's promotional activities successfully create strong emotional connections, positively influence consumer attitudes, and enhance brand perception. Consumers showed increased engagement, knowledge, and satisfaction with the brand. However, the study also identified limitations in responsiveness due to the centralized nature of the Instagram account. The findings underscore the need for improved interaction and message management to optimize promotional effectiveness. This research highlights the importance of balancing centralized content management with responsive communication strategies to strengthen consumer relationships and brand loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Indosat Tbk menggunakan metode analisis keuangan yang meliputi rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas mengalami pembekuan selama periode penelitian, rasio solvabilitas mengalami penurunan yang berarti perusahaan mempunyai kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajibannya dengan baik, rasio aktivitas mengalami penurunan dalam perputaran aset usaha dan aktiva tetap, serta rasio profitabilitas. meningkat pada tahun 2021 namun mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2022 dan 2023. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT. Indosat Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik, meskipun terdapat konsistensi dan persyaratan pada rasio tertentu. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan strategi dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan di masa depan.
