Abstract

In the era of digital disruption, human capital optimization is key to an organization's sustainability and competitive advantage. However, a major challenge often faced is the failure to synergize internal communication patterns with dynamic business strategies. This study aims to analyze and measure the influence of strategic business communication on human capital optimization. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 employees of PT. Gema Nusantara Malang and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that strategic business communication had a positive and significant effect on human capital optimization with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 61.2%. This finding confirms that information transparency and clarity of organizational messages serve as important catalysts in improving employee competence and adaptability amidst massive technological change.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by MTs Al Ikhlas Karangkedawang Sooko Mojokerto to develop the character of its students. With planned and routinely implemented student activities, there is a target for character formation and development. The focus of the study includes (1) The process of planning student activities aimed at character formation and development begins with the initiation of Islamic Religious Education teachers at monthly routine meetings to discuss the activities to be implemented. After mutual agreement, the activities are included as habits with a scheduled routine agenda. (2) Implementation of scheduled routine activities as a school step to develop student character. With the assistance of scheduled teachers, students are required to participate in activities by filling out the attendance list. (3) The impact of scheduled activities on student character. Teachers and parents can see changes in student character for the better after participating in Islamic-themed student activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting direct observations in the field. After the data has been successfully identified, the process of validity, reduction and presentation of data is carried out. Research results (1) Religious activity planning is designed at a monthly meeting initiated by the religious teacher, after mutual agreement the activity is included as a structured school program. (2) Religious activities carried out include; joint prayers carried out by visiting the homes of 9th grade students alternately and congregational Dhuha and Dzuhur prayers followed by reciting the Koran together. (3) The impact on students is the formation of religious character, discipline, responsibility and hard work, and indirectly, student activities that habituate religion will foster honesty, social care, environmental care, independence and friendship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Machine Learning (ML) adoption on the effectiveness of credit risk mitigation and fraud detection in the digital banking sector, focusing on Bank Jago for the 2024-2025 period. The increasing digital transaction phenomenon demands a more precise security and risk management system than conventional methods. Using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis through SPSS, this study examines the effect of ML Adoption (X) on three dependent variables: Non-Performing Loan Ratio (Y1), Fraud Detected (Y2), and Prevented Losses (Y3). The results show that ML Adoption has a significant negative effect on the NPL Ratio. Furthermore, ML has a strong positive significant effect on fraud detection and the value of prevented losses. These findings support Stewardship Theory, where management uses intelligent technology as an instrument to protect customer interests and maintain the company's financial stability. This study concludes that ML integration is a key determinant in maintaining the health of assets and the security of the digital banking ecosystem in the future.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Sharia-based compensation management and reward systems on employee performance and job satisfaction at Bank Perkreditan Syariah At Taqwa Tangerang. A quantitative approach was employed using the census method, gathering data from all 85 employees across various organizational levels and functional departments through structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares approach to examine direct relationships and mediation effects. The findings reveal that Sharia-based compensation management significantly influences both employee performance and job satisfaction. In contrast, Sharia-based reward systems similarly demonstrate a significant positive impact on both outcome variables. Job satisfaction is an important predictor of employee performance and serves as a partial mediator in the relationships among compensation, reward systems, and performance. The integrated model explains substantial variance in job satisfaction and employee performance, confirming that human resource practices grounded in Islamic principles of justice, transparency, and Sharia compliance constitute fundamental drivers of employee outcomes in Islamic microfinance institutions. The research validates that compensation systems that address both material adequacy and spiritual authenticity, combined with reward mechanisms that integrate material recognition and spiritual development opportunities, generate superior motivational effects compared to conventional approaches that emphasize purely economic considerations.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about a substantial change in business marketing strategies, particularly in relation to the use of social media as an effective and reasonably priced promotional tool. Small-scale furniture businesses can strategically use social media to increase product awareness, expand their market reach, and build long-lasting customer relationships. This study aims to investigate the impact of social media on the marketing initiatives of Kampar Regency furniture enterprises. The study combined a quantitative descriptive technique with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 60 furniture industry owners. The sampling strategy was implemented through the census. The data was analyzed using basic linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that each research tool was reliable and valid. Regression study revealed that social media significantly and favorably affected marketing performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.678 and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05). Social media can explain 58.5% of the variation in marketing success, with other factors outside the research model impacting the remaining portion, according to a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.585. Respondents' average scores for marketing performance and social media were 4.23 and 4.15, respectively, falling into the very good range. According to these results, furniture companies' marketing performance improves with more effective usage of social media, especially when it comes to raising sales, brand awareness, customer happiness, and loyalty. Social media has thus shown itself to be a successful marketing tactic for reaching a wider audience and fostering closer ties with customers. Furniture businesses are advised to continuously improve their digital marketing competencies to strengthen their competitiveness sustainably.

Abstract

The development of a modern-oriented lifestyle is very important for some people's lifestyles. Purchasing decisions for imported shoe products in Banda Aceh are still considered low because these products have relatively high prices so that only certain people can afford them. This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle and social class on the buying behavior of imported shoes in Banda Aceh. The Research method using a quantitative approach.The data source for this study uses primary data. The sample in this study was the people of Banda Aceh who bought imported shoes, totaling 96 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate the influence of Lifestyle and Social Class simultaneously on the Purchase of Imported Shoe Products in the people of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence has driven significant transformations in digital advertising practices, in terms of marketing strategy, data analytics, and creative content production. However, the increase in AI-based advertising research still shows a fragmented pattern, requiring comprehensive mapping to understand the knowledge structure and future research development direction. This study aims to map the scientific landscape and formulate a future research agenda for AI-based advertising through a bibliometric analysis and thematic analysis approach. Research data was obtained from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer software to identify keyword networks, author collaborations, institutions, and countries. The results show that artificial intelligence, marketing, and advertising are the core concepts that connect various research themes, with a shift in trends towards generative AI, large language models, and content automation. Network visualization also reveals the dominance of several actors and countries in scientific collaboration, although opportunities for interdisciplinary research development remain wide open. Overall, this study provides a conceptual contribution by offering a map of knowledge structures as well as a direction for future research agendas that emphasize technology integration, marketing strategies, and ethical considerations in AI-based advertising.

Abstract

In this modern era, technology is developing so rapidly, Banking in Indonesia is competing in developing technology, and one of the applications used to conduct banking transactions is mobile banking. This study aims to analyze the effect of efficiency, security, convenience and trust on the interest in using BCA mobile banking and to find out which variables are the most dominant on the interest in using. The analysis method in this study uses primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and T test. The data used in this study used a questionnaire instrument and valid data that was successfully collected as many as 102 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the T count value on the efficiency variable (X1) is 0.715 with a significance value of 0.477. meaning H1 is rejected. So it can be concluded that efficiency (X1) does not affect the interest in using (Y). The T count obtained on the security variable (X2) is -0.146 with a significance value of 0.884. meaning H2 is rejected. So it can be concluded that security (X2) does not affect the interest in using (Y). The T-count value obtained for the convenience variable (X3) is 3.601 with a significance value of 0.001. which means H3 is accepted. So it can be concluded that convenience (X3) affects the interest in using (Y). The T-count value obtained for the trust variable (X4) is 2.981 with a significance value of 0.004. meaning H4 is accepted. So it can be concluded that trust (X4) affects the interest in using (Y). The convenience variable is 0.362 with a significance value of 0.001. This means that the interest in using variable is more dominantly influenced by the convenience variable (X3) compared to other variables.

Abstract

The Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) program represents a volunteer-based public service initiative that plays an important role in supporting community nutritional fulfillment. The success of this program largely depends on the performance of volunteers as operational implementers in the field. However, volunteer management still faces several challenges, including disproportionate task distribution, high workload, less structured work scheduling, and the dynamics of government regulations. This study aims to evaluate the influence of task suitability, workload, work scheduling, and government regulations on the performance of SPPG volunteers in Pugung Raharjo, East Lampung. This research employs a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, in which quantitative analysis is followed by qualitative exploration to deepen the interpretation of the findings. The research population consisted of all active SPPG volunteers totaling 49 individuals, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and field observations and analyzed using partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The results indicate that task suitability and workload have a positive and significant effect on volunteer performance, while work scheduling and government regulations do not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, the four variables significantly influence volunteer performance, with a coefficient of determination of 85.6%. These findings suggest that effective volunteer management, particularly in task allocation and workload management, plays a crucial role in improving the performance of SPPG volunteers. This study recommends improving volunteer management systems, especially in work ratio arrangements, shift systems, and operational support to enhance the sustainability of community nutrition services.

Abstract

Employee engagement is a critical factor in enhancing organizational performance and sustainability amid global competition. The decline in engagement levels within the manufacturing sector highlights the need for leadership that can foster strong work commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of authentic leadership on employee engagement at PT. Europlast Fenster Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative associative approach using a survey of 150 permanent employees selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used was the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (Walumbwa et al., 2008), and the data were analyzed using linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, meaning that higher levels of transparency, integrity, and balanced decision-making by leaders are associated with higher employee engagement. Practically, organizations should develop leadership training programs focused on self-reflection, honesty, and open communication to sustainably strengthen employee engagement.
