Abstract

The aims of this research are to know employee permorfance and to identify the influence factors of enhancement employee performance in Bantuas, Samarinda. The result shows that employee performance in delivering public service can be seen from various aspects such as productivity and responsiveness. Productivity includes the degree of understanding to job description and attitude in delivery the services. Responsiveness includes the degree of respons of employee, the available chances for citizen to deliver their arguments and also spontaneous in handling the problems.

Abstract

The phenomenon of cultural violence involving children and adolescents in Indonesia shows an increasing number from year to year. This causes cases in the world of education to be in the top four after cybercrime and pornography. The phenomenon of cultural violence was born because so far the education system in Indonesia has only focused on the transfer of knowledge while aspects of character development and the cultivation of moral values have received minimal attention. The Indonesian government itself realizes the importance of overcoming the problem of cultural violence in children and adolescents, the government then issued Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 82 of 2015. However until 2018, the number of cases of cultural violence in children and adolescents is still very high. There is another approach that can be taken to complement existing efforts, namely through peace education. The main goal of peace education is to create and increase tolerance in children and adolescents. Keywords: peace education, cultural violence, children and adolescents

Abstract

The purposde of this article is to explain the influence of work environment to employee performance. It was a work achievement, it is very nessecity in supporting organization mission. So that is why, it need some pull factor to improve employee performance. The result show that Farm Resilience Department need to create a condusive situation for increasing employee performence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the E-ID Card Implementation Services at the District Office Sangasanga Kutai regency. The object of the research findings demonstrate implementation of e-ID card service in the district of Kutai regency Sangasanga have implemented the appropriate mechanism, but in the service delivery process of the e-ID card is still confronted by many obstacles so the e-ID card service cumulatively less than optimal. It can be known from the sub-set of research focus that is not everything can be run effectively. Lack of effective implementation of e-ID card service in the District Sangasanga can be known from the aspect of human resources (personnel carrier) and inadequate computer facilities, so that the applicative, both in the process of administration, as well as data recording less effective.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the team evaluation absorption budgeting control in acceleration local government budget on Regional Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province. Based on the research we concluded that the role of the evaluation team monitoring budget spending has not fully in place to improve targer realization of budget absorption, as influenced by three factors namely: First, reporting implementation budget spending to policy holders in adsministrasi, Second, commitment on each SKPD leadership in carrying out the process of accelerating absorption in the scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Third, reward and punishment for each apparatus and leadership in every SKPD in the scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, particularly in East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat pemberdayaan sumber daya aparatur dalam upaya meningkatakan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perikanan, Kelautan dan Pertanian Kota Bontang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan yang dilakukan melalui jalur pendidikan dan pelatihan teknis maupun teknis struktural, penegakan disiplin kerja dan penempatan kerja serta pemberian tanggung jawab telah membawa perubahan yang berarti terhadap sikap dan perilaku aparatur dan melalui usaha tersebut dapat membangun aparatur ke arah prestasi kerja/kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The Role of the Community of Regional Intelligence (Kominda) every single day needed for goverment administration, so that minister of home affairs publish the ministerial regulation No. 16 Tahun 2011 about Community of Regional Intelligence (Kominda). East Kalimantan also publish Guvernour Rule Number 82 in 2011 about Community of Regional Intelligence. Generally, the Kominda’s assigment is helping Local Goverment of East Kalimantan and Coordinating political information, economic, social, cultural, defense, peace, and public order. The Challange of the rule No. 16 in 2011 such as there is not socializing to the people then low knowledge about “Intelligence” for half of Kominda members and there is not assigment divide clearly.

The aim of is article is to explain about the process of aparatus development of Bappeda Kota Smarinda. The result of study states that aparatus development of Bappeda Kota Samarinda in order to performance enhancement goes with an expectation. Aparatus development through Leadership and Functional Trainning has directly influence to performance enhancement of Bappeda Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

This research was aims to analyze and describe Evaluation of Implementation the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Berau Regency Year 2010-2015 of Education and Health. The focus of the research are: medium-term development plan in the field of Education and the medium-term development plan in the field of health. The research data obtained through interview, observation and documentation. The  results of this study illustrate the implementation of educational programs in accordance with what is stated in the document RPJMD Berau District on 4 programs implemented according to priority.
