Abstract

The existence of the school committee as been arranged in National Education Minister Decision Number 044/U/2002 formed in order to organize society’s aspiration, to develop society’s role, and to create democratics situation to implement the education so that educational high quality can be reached. The development of educational high quality at school need to be supported by headmasters’ managerial ability. School must be progressed every year. Therefore, good relationship among teachers must be created so that there will be a more condusive and cozier working climate and condition. Thus, the arrangement of physical appearance and school management must be built so that school can be an educational environment which can grow creativity and discipline to increase educational high quality.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the superior product of Blitar Regency along with its development strategy, in conjunction with the preparation of the Regional Industrial Development Plan. In determining the products featured in 2 stages, namely the identification of seed processing industry subsector analysis shiftshare, later identified superior products based seed processing industry subsectors. In determining the priority flagship product alternatives using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the analysis shiftshare and AHP, coconut shell crafts determined as a superior product of Blitar. Furthermore, the preparation of the product development strategy using SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada BAAK Universitas Mulawarman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari keempat variabel bebas (kesempatan untuk maju, kondisi kerja, rekan kerja, dan kompensasi) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada BAAK Universitas Mulawarman.

Abstract

The leading role in the bureaucracyin in Foresty Department in East Kutai are implemented as its function. Nevertheless there are some focus still not implemented effectively. But applicative has showed good indication. The header of Foresty Department of East Kutai doesn’t work optimally reflected on 6 (six) research sub focus which applied, the fact all of roles are not implemented effectively yet, especially the role as facilitator and the role as innovator are not doing well yet, whereas another role as innovator indicate effective. The leading role is not optimal becaused authority limit of Department’s header seeks demand subordinate which concern work facilities nor doing renewal towards apparatus’ mindset through capacity enhancement and apparatus competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyse about the competency’s role in order to enhance employee performance at Social Department of East Kutai. The result shows that employee performance did not too optimal, but they are still produce good work achievement. The lack of performance quality is caused by less compentency.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of Bontang City goverment social grant distribution in the Board of National Unity and Politics of Bontang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, and the data collected through interviews and documentation. Results of the research shows that the implementation of social grant distribution in the Board of National Unity and Politics of Bontang is not optimal in sense of the implementation of the beneficiary  is still lacking.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pimpinan Biro Sosial Sekertariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam memimpin bawahannya untuk dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Pegawai pada Biro Sosial Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur juga memiliki disiplin kerja yang baik dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan pada Biro Sosial Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi kalimantan Timur juga memiliki kepemimpinan yang sangat kuat, positif dan signifikan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai sebesar 98,9%.

Abstract

Research and Local Development Institute (Balitbangda) in East Nusa Tenggara Province as a scientic specific based organization need to adopt  adaptive learning through capacity building . This study discusses and analyze capacity building organization structure and humman resources. The result showed the work is hierarchically by devision of labor  according to job of struktural and functional positions.  Devision of labor by structural job not yet based on specialization professionall but a researcher base on professionalism. Authority is at the High Leader level and task and responsibility delegates are hierarchically at the lower levels. In general human resources Balitbangda NTT province educated undergraduate but still minimal methodology and scientific substance.Keywords: capacity building, learning organization, human resources

Abstract

This study suggests that the ability of urban authorities in implementing the population administration is still not enough, it is because lack of empowerment officers through providing opportunities for education and training, in addition to the inadequacy of the budget and operational funding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Supervisory Function of the Regional House of Representatives in the budget’s utilizatin of Infrastructure Development in Sub-district Malinau Kota. Types of research conducted include descriptive qualitative. The data source is taken by informant and key informance chosen purposively and direct observation result, and supported by secondary data. The data analysis used is an interactive model. The result of the research shows that the implementation of oversight function by DPRD of Malinau District towards Infrastructure Development in Sub-district Malinau Kota has complied with the prevailing regulations, but DPRD supervision is not maximal yet.
