Abstract

Organization is a forum for a group of people who work in a coordinated manner to achieve common goals. To realize the success of any organization, regardless of its type, it requires a management application in managing its tasks and resources. The chairman is one of the important elements that affect the running of an organization because without a chairman, any problems that arise in the running of the organization will be difficult to solve quickly and efficiently, which results in the goal of the organization being hampered and the percentage of satisfaction from achieving these goals is very low . There are several leadership styles that can affect the running of the organization and affect performance. All of this will have an impact on the success and failure of the organization. In this observation, the researcher used the interview, observation and documentation methods. Based on the results obtained from observations, researchers can conclude that there is an influence between leadership style on performance. The leadership style used by the head of the musyawirot forum has been effective and suitable to be applied in the Ishlahiyyatul Asroriyyah Islamic boarding school, daily administrators have good performance, good performance will be created when the leadership style used by the chairman is right. Abstract

There is one community tradition in Batu Panco Village, namely the implementation of Rati Samman which is a collection of readings in the form of sholawat and zikir along with prayers that have been traditional and carried out at thanksgiving events waiting for a new house. Research I I aims at 1) Knowing the implementation of Ratib Samman, 2) Knowing the public's view of the Ratib Samman tradition, 3) Islamic education values ​​in the Ratib Samman tradition. The results of this study indicate that in the Ratib Samman tradition in Batu Panco village, there are Islamic religious education values, namely the values ​​of faith, worship, and morals. Ratib Samman is held at night either after Maghrib or Isya. This Islamic-nuanced tradition has been carried out by the people of Batu Panco village since 1974 AD The benefits and benefits of implementing this Ratib Samman include: forgiveness of sins from Allah, bringing comfort and coolness of the house, keeping away from various kinds of reinforcements and calamities, cleaning and reassuring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the Cafe Basabasi Sorowajan Banguntapan Bantul. There are many religious activities, including: Selawat Burdah, public lectures, and free takjil. In fact, the majority of cafes are only used as a place to hangout and have coffee. In addition, the majority of visitors are millennial groups. Based on some of the things he mentioned above, this study aims to answer questions about the model of developing Islamic education for millennial groups, the reasons for teaching Islamic education, and its implications for the religious behavior of millennial groups. This research is a field research (field research). Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model. The validity of the data in this study used a credibility test with triangulation. The results of this study can be concluded that the integrated Islamic education development model for millennial groups at the Basabasi Sorowajan Bantul Café is found in activities: semaan Al-Qur'an, Selawat Burdah, free takjil, and public lectures. Abstract

Abstract The research aims to examine the character building programs by PPG DPD LDII from the perspective of Ibnu Khaldun's thoughts. The results of this study indicate that; First, the methods or methods used by PPG DPD LDII, using the following four methods: (1) Planning and formulating character building programs by PPG DPD LDII every year. (2) Collaborating with the five elements of character building, which consist of the community, namely parents, clerics / ustadzah, organizational administrators, expert educators and psychologists, as well as art and sports experts. (3) Dividing the next generation into several classes, namely (a) Cabe Rawit Class consisting of ages 3-12 years, (b) Pre-Adolescent Class consisting of 13-15 years old, (c) Youth Class consisting of 16-20 years old and (d) pre-marital classes consisting of ages 21-30 years. (4) Evaluation, evaluation is held every week, every month and at the end of every year, together with character coaches and administrators of DPD LDII. Second, the target of the character development program for the next generation is Tri Sukses Next Generation and Six Thobiat Luhur, Tri has been successfully educated from: pious and fakih, akhlaqul karimah and independence. While the Six Thobiats consist of: Rukun, compact, good cooperation, honest, trustworthy and Mujhid muzhid. Third, when the researcher analyzed the program of character building for the next generation (LDII) with Ibn Khaldun's thoughts, the researcher found a match between culture. Abstract

Abstract Al-Ghazali was a complete Muslim thinker. His thinking included almost all the discipline of knowledge from theology, fiqh, philosophy, mysticism, to education. This study attempts to explore the ideas of al-Ghazali in mapping science according to its hierarchy in this application of life, as well as explicitly the practice of learning in the world of education (Islam). He divided the science on three global scales by way of epistemologists, ontologists and axiologists approaches. This classification is then translated into four classification systems. First, it cascades its sciences into a theoretical and practical science. Second, huduri knowledge and husuli knowledge. Third, religious (Syari'ah) and rational ('aqliyah), and fourth fard 'ain (compulsory over each individual) and fard kifayah (compulsory over people). From this hierarchy of al-Ghazali's hierarchy also reveals the value of science, which was briefly embodied in mahmudah (good), madzmumah (reprehensible), and neutral-sometimes praiseworthy, sometimes reprehensible, depending on the circumstances and conditions of the background. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study provides answers to several things to review and give an idea of ​​what must be done by the person responsible for character education related to the alpha generation in elementary schools today to produce the golden generation that the Indonesian people dream of can be realized and make developing countries become developed. This research is literary research through document analysis which consists of a literature study with a descriptive method which consists of describing a particular method and interactive method used to examine the contents of documents, writings, or research results that are relevant to this paper. The technique of collecting data in this study is by recording documents or archives that are closely related to the research objectives based on the facts that appear. The values ​​in this discussion indicate that teachers support or apply the values ​​of character education to students supporting three elements, namely schools, families, and the community work together to build cooperation in connecting the character of school residents to obtain information and develop further character education efforts. Abstract

Abstract This research is about the problem faced by SMP Muslimin 5 and the solution of them. The purpose of this research is to describe the problems in learning the qur’an and the efforts made in overcoming the problems of learning the qur’an. This type of research is descriptive with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that the problematic of learning The qur’an in SMP Muslimin 5 include the ability of students to be weak and some student cannot read the qur’an with recitation principles and reading The qur’an is still halting and some students are still not can write arabic and some students are still weak in Their memorization. This happens because the student’s backrounds are heterogeneous and the lack of parental participation. In addition to student factors due to the lack of learning tools and resource that support learning activities of the qur’an. As for the efforts made to overcome the problems of learning the qur’an by holding recitation of the qur’an every Saturday before the scout curricular and reading juz amma before learning begins and holding curricular extracts of writing Arabic (imla’) and adding juz amma. Abstract

Abstract In learning a new language, especially English, the Indonesian students are expected to master in all of English skill and also be able to communicate in English using correct structure, while in spoken or written. In other word, foreign language has different rules with first language which causes the students make some errors in their learning. In writing skill exactly, the students do some error forms in their sentence and it takes place because of some possibilities. There are two research focuses in this research. The first is what the students’ errors in using Simple Present Tense in writing Desriptive Text at the eleventh grade of MA Aqidah Usymuni Terate Pandian Sumenep are, then how do the errors take place in the students’ Desriptive Text is the second of research focus. While, it research is conducted on students’ eleventh grade of MA Aqidah Usymuni Terate Pandian Sumenep. This research will describe through of qualitative approach with descriptive analysis and cluster random sampling. In collecting the data, the researcher uses some techniques are test, documentation and interview. Then, after collected the data, the researcher analyzes it through Corder’s error analysis steps as follow: collection of samples of learner language, identification of errors, classification of errors, explanation of errors and evaluation of errors. Actually, learn English is not as easy as learn the own language, since it is foreign language. Therefore, many students make errors when they learn English, especially in writing. They make errors in four category errors are omission (be omission errors, verb omission errors, suffix –s/-es errors and auxiliary do errors), addition (be addition errors, double verb usage error, double be usage errors and time marker usage errors), misinformation (BE form errors, verb usage errors, pronoun usage errors, singular and plural form errors and auxiliary usage errors) and misordering (misplace of word). Finally, at the end of this research is the conclusion that describe the result of the study and then suggestion is offered to students especially Indonesian students and teacher special for English teacher. Abstract

Abstract The theme of Islamic nationalism is always interesting to be studied in several academic scientific forums, especially among Islamic thinkers, academics, students, santri and kyai. However, until now, it seems that there has been no clear format and is still debatable regarding the many variations in understanding and paradox of implementation. Islam is standardized, but the implementation of nationalism is still in contradiction. Hasan Al-Banna, an Egyptian warrior and thinker cleric, has views and concepts about Islamic nationalism which is then carried out through the Islamic movement within the Ikhwanul-Muslimin forum. (I M). Hasan Al-Banna offers the unity of the Islamic ummah in living the life of the nation and state with the principles of Islamic law as its foundation. Abstract

Abstract Language is a means of communication. Human beings use a language to communicate with each other in order to express their minds and accomplish their needs. World wide communication, technology, politics, literature, agriculture and science mostly used English as the language. Reading is an important activity in every language. Reading enables people to find out information from a variety of texts, written or printed information from newspapers, magazines, advertisements, brochures and soon. Good English reading comprehension is really needed to be mastered especially by students to face this global era in which the English is the language that is used. Reading comprehension is taught since the first year of junior high school till the university.
